Have you ever thought that in our world, there is another parallel world called Jianghu.

The rivers and lakes were first seen in "Zhuangzi Great Master": "It is better to forget each other in the rivers and lakes". It originally referred to vast rivers and lakes, but later extended to have nothing to do with rivers and lakes, and mainly referred to the people who were far away from the imperial court and the ruling class.

In martial arts novels, the rivers and lakes mainly refer to the group of ancient chivalrous and reckless heroes, they are not subject to the command of power, and they are not willing to accept the constraints of laws and regulations.

Times have changed, we have always thought that the rivers and lakes have been annihilated, but in fact, it has always existed and has never left.

It's just that it hides among us in another form, forming a parallel existence to our current society.

The rivers and lakes mentioned here are not an imaginary finger, they are an actual existence.

The rivers and lakes are a kind of society, but also a special group, they have their own groups, their own rules, and their own agreed terms, only as people in the rivers and lakes, do they know each other's existence.

Maybe it's a white-collar worker next to you, a takeaway guy next to you, a grandmother selling steamed buns, a grandfather sending his grandson to school, or even a small clerk in the government's office.

The rivers and lakes are everywhere, and there is no trace.

After years of life and death, the rivers and lakes have gradually formed nine major schools, namely Confucianism, Taoism, Legalism, Moism, Mingxiangmen, Yin and Yang Gate, Vertical and Horizontal Gate, Acrobatic Gate, and Agricultural Gate, collectively referred to as "Four Families and Five Gates".

Jianghu people of all walks and factions have their own other identities in modern society, among which the Legalists are invisible to government officials and are Jianghu people with official titles.

I can't remember the time when the story took place, but I know that the country is called Yanguo, a country ruled by a military government, each city is ruled and managed by the army, and the highest body is called the Peacekeeping and Order Management Committee, referred to as the "National Peacekeeping Council".

Jianghu people like to call the government "official", and call the people who work in the government "official".

Neither the era nor the kingdom exists today, so please do not sit in the opposite seat.

Just remember that our story begins with a glass of wine......
