According to the Buddhist scriptures, the Eastern Twin Tree means 'constant and impermanence', the Southern Twin Tree means 'happiness and no happiness', the Western Twin Tree means 'self and non-self', and the Northern Twin Tree means 'pure and impure'.

The tree of luxuriance and glory signifies the true nature of Nirvana: constant, happy, self, pure;

If the Buddha enters and disappears between these eight realms, it means that it is neither dry nor glorious, neither false nor empty!
