There are two meanings of shoulder rolling, one of which is that shoulder rolling can increase the range of motion of the shoulder joint, enhance the toughness of the shoulder joint, shake the wrist grip, hang the crotch and twist the waist, and the action is done in one go. "Stomping and roaring, pronunciation urging" fully embodies the magical function of martial arts of "refining one breath inside, and practicing muscles and bones outside".

Fourth, Diao Fu plundered and chopped, chopping and crushing fans. This eight characters are the key to the technique of Tang Hand Boxing.
