In modern terms, it is: Yin and Yang force is a sustaining force, transformable, changeable, and a never-ending movement, with the absoluteness of movement, Yin ** has symmetry, the more high-energy Yin and Yang body, the higher the symmetry. Asymmetrical things, such as a gust of wind, stones, nebulae, but even then there is still yin and yang. Once the movement of yin and yang stops, everything will disperse.

Dai Daojin's eyes are shining, the yang qi of the sky falls, the yin qi of the earth rises, the yin qi of yin and yang sympathetic, and all things are born, and rain and fog, thunder and lightning, rain and dew, sunlight, and air are sympathetic to each other, and life forms can be generated. Therefore, if there is no sympathetic movement of yin and yang, there is no nature, and there is no life.

Everything contains the power of yin and yang, if you can control the power of yin and yang in the world, control the power of yin and yang in the enemy's body, and make it unbalanced, wouldn't it be self-defeating?

Dai Daojin thought about it and decided to give this exercise a name, based on yin and yang, then it should be called "Yin and Yang Sutra".

At first glance, the name is few and shallow, but Dai Daojin himself doesn't think that you don't see it, "Tao Te Ching", "I Ching", "Nanhua Sutra" and so on, the names of this kind of divine books are often simple and big.

Then he frowned again, and muttered: "This "Yin Yang Sutra" Qi cultivation chapter, the first weight, this body is directly transformed by the innate Qi, and the starting point is the innate realm, but there is no opportunity to comprehend the acquired wonder, and there is less experience, and the next reincarnation will have to practice."
