After the four meditations, there are still 8 concentrations, and each of them has to go through various tests, so the bodhisattva wants me to keep the precepts and practice, so that I can attain correct concentration and be free from birth and death. Of course, the Dharma is immeasurable, and this is one of the Dharmas, which is that the Dharma is equal and inferior, and it only depends on whether it is suitable or not, and whether it is right or not. Take Zen and reason as the heart, take the pure recitation of the Buddha as appropriate, and take the secret precepts as no leakage. If you do not see the right and wrong of people, that is, you will not be able to move yourself. The external separation is Zen, and the internal chaos is fixed. If the outside is in the picture, the heart is in chaos, and if the outside is out of the picture, the heart is not in chaos. Nature is self-purifying and self-determined. Just to see the situation, the thinking is chaos. If you see those who are not disturbed in the realm, they are truly determined. The external separation is Zen, and the internal chaos is determined. Outer meditation and inner meditation are for meditation.

"Bodhisattva Precept Sutra" cloud: My nature is pure and pure. Good knowledge, in the mind, sees that the nature is pure. Self-cultivation, self-cultivation, self-enlightenment. There is a saying in the "Altar Sutra": "Seeing oneself does not move, and it is called Zen." Walking, sitting and lying can be Zen, but Zen cannot be spoken, only understood. Walking, sitting, lying and talking are all fixed. In the past, there was a person who gave the Buddha a haircut, and he was very focused because he gave the Buddha a haircut, so he was very careful and focused, so he suddenly entered the first meditation, and later the Buddha knew that he entered the first meditation and then conveniently guided him into the two meditations and the four meditations, so it can be seen that the principle of meditation is to concentrate on one thing, to do one thing at a certain time, and to achieve a certain period of time when the body and mind are one, and then it is settled.

The principle of meditation is to concentrate the scattered mind and use it in one place, and I am determined by reciting mantras, whether I recite mantras or reciting Buddhas, and I can achieve concentration by practicing for a long time. When we meditate or sit quietly or lie down quietly, we will find that there are so many distracting thoughts, in fact, we usually have them, and when we meditate or meditate or lie down quietly, we don't do anything else, so it is easy to notice why we suddenly have so many distracting thoughts, in fact, we usually think about this and that. There are distracting thoughts, there is no need to cling to emptiness, clinging to emptiness is also delusional, let it pass, ignore it, you will find that this thought has passed, and the next one will come.

It's like I'm telling you now, because you're thinking about another problem because you've seen this, delusions are impermanent, just chanting the Buddha, and when this thought comes, you ignore it and continue to chant the Buddha, although all of a sudden there will be other thoughts coming out, but you still ignore and continue to chant the Buddha, and you will find that the thoughts have changed again, and the miscellaneous thoughts have changed again, or you still ignore and continue to chant the Buddha, so that as soon as you have delusional thoughts, you go back to chanting the Buddha, so that you can concentrate your mind and you can enter into concentration. Of course, we must remember that everything that exists is false, and seeing what is not the same is seeing what is. In meditation, you should not be greedy and attached to any realm, once you have greed, you will go crazy, it is all sentient beings, born because of thoughts, because of delusion, birth and destruction are constantly repeated, the six sentient beings see slightly differently, the degree of obsession is different, the attachment is also different, and the time and space caused by it are also different. Walking, sitting, lying and talking are all fixed.

When my parents were at home, I was lying down, that is, lying down and meditating, and on the surface, I was sleeping but actually meditating. It was late that night, my father came to my room three times, the first time he saw me, then he went back, then he came back to see me about half an hour later, and then he went back again, and the third time he came to see me, I had to make up my mind, and I asked my father, "What's wrong with Dad." My dad said, "I dreamed that my son had become a fool and couldn't speak? I said where is daddy? I'm not good, this is the 50 yin demons of the stunned demons, in fact, when I was cultivating, I came to see that my Dao heart was firm and couldn't be destroyed, so I went to my dad and destroyed my Dao heart through my father. I comforted my father and said, "How can your son become a fool, how can he not speak, and then I continued," Dad, "You just had a dream, how can you believe in a dream, how can you take it seriously, at this time my father's inner demons have been broken, so there is no way to destroy my concentration through this method." When I was in meditation, I itched here and there, and I knew that there was a demon to interfere with me, so I was grateful, because you sao disturbed me, so that I was full of spirit and did not feel sleepy at all, and it could make me more refined, and when you didn't pay attention to it, didn't care, didn't care, and didn't care, this realm disappeared. At this time, it is the 50 yin demons that are solemnly talked about to interfere with you, so the Heart Sutra of Guanzi doesn't all say that the five aggregates are empty, and if you don't pay attention to them, this aggregate demon will disappear.

When I settled down, I found one thing, the inner demon is actually the deepest habit and desire in your heart, when you start to cling to it, the outer demon will take advantage of the void, and the inner demon will collude with the external demon, then you will go crazy.

When I saw a person who turned into my brother's appearance to make me face, when I appeared in this realm during meditation before, I was very disgusted and hated, so I have not broken through in this realm, when I encountered this realm for the first time, I knew that all appearances are vain, and seeing each other is not the same, although I see this realm, and I do not cling to this realm, that is, what I said in my previous perception, being in all phases and leaving all phases, and not wavering in good times and bad, I continued to hold the quasi-refreshment mantra and ignored it, and then this realm disappeared. It became the next realm again, and at this time, he came to excite me again, wanting me to break the vows, and I ignored and continued to hold the Quasi-Refreshing Mantra, and then the demon had no choice but to go. The realm I have encountered, that is, the 50 Yin Demons mentioned in the Sutra of Silence, is the knowledge of demons and the demons of Se and the demons. Once you get into the picture, you will be taken advantage of by the demons, and then you will not be able to continue to participate in meditation, let alone continue to practice the four meditations and the eight concentrations.

Of course, don't be persistent in the realm you encounter, first talk about Su Dongpo, once he was sleeping in a daze, and dreamed that there were a few women on a carriage, and said to Su Dongpo, Su Dongpo followed, and when he arrived at a house, the car stopped below, and a monk blocked at the door and said that this is not the place you should come, but Su Dongpo wanted to go in, so he went inside and saw a woman in the room, and then he turned into a pig in a blink of an eye。 Therefore, the Dongpo family will first find the Buddha Seal Master.

Master Buddha Yin into the observation, found that Dongpo has been in the dream into the pig fetus, and then the Buddha Yin Master in the Dingzhong instructions to find a family, this family happened to have a sow gave birth to a few piglets, Master Buddha Yin shouted to a pig, Dongpo out, the little pig followed, Buddha Yin Dongpo out of the pig fetus, Dongpo woke up to know that he almost made a pig in his dream, and then the Buddha Yin Master invited Dongpo to eat, there was pork on the table, Buddha Yin said, to eat Dongpo meat, this Dongpo meat is actually Dongpo before the dream reincarnated into a pig, Dongpo is embarrassed, so everyone must not focus on the realm, Lengyan Sutra says that the realm is not a sacred heart, the realm of fame and goodness; If you do holy interpretation, you will receive evil spirits.

Just like I did before, when I was in a dream, I saw a lot of people being pulled by karma and reincarnated, I wanted to help them, I recited the six-character mantra, ong, mani, sad, beautiful, and those people were blessed by the Buddha power not to fall into reincarnation, but at this time I arrived at a place, I saw a man who wanted to climb up and escape from this place first, and then I kept chanting the Buddha to save the suffering Guanyin Bodhisattva, and then Guanyin Bodhisattva changed into a woman and rescued the man, and then a man asked me, saying do you like to be an animal with color Binfen, or do you want to be a variety of people, I said definitely be a person, who is an animal, but I want to have the memory of my previous lifeAt that time, I saw that I became smaller, became a baby, next to a big child with a toothpick to prick me, at that time I asked him why he hurt me, and then he was about to fall into bed, I used a strong mind, want to borrow him with my hand, but the body is not good enough to save him, and then I became good friends, at this time a small animal bit me, I suddenly woke up, only to know, just almost reincarnated into a baby. I am grateful that this little animal bit me, and I also chanted the Buddha to return to him, wishing that the little animal would be liberated as soon as possible and reborn in the Pure Land.

Knowing the body is like an illusion, all the phases are vain, seeing the appearance is not the same as seeing the same, no matter what wonderful realm you see, you can't be greedy, naturally this realm, there is no, and the next one, just like an exam, each realm is your state of mind, the higher the state of mind, the higher the realm, the more different, because of greed to cling to this realm, and do not want to lose this realm, so it has always been this realm. Born from the heart, the mood has changed, and naturally see that all things and characters should be beautiful, the heart does not turn with each other, since when the mud is not stained, the straight heart is the dojo, whether it is a game, or travel, or making friends, all people are to guide you to return to yourself, be grateful. Learning Buddhism is to let you learn to let go, there is no concern in your heart, there will be no obstacles in life, love parting, resentment will be, let go of the West, nothing is like this. It's just empty eyes, an illusion. There is no bitterness and joy in life, all of us are doing something strange in our own hearts, see open, let go, the sea and the sky are so big, all the phases are vain, see each other is not the same, the heart does not follow the phase, the situation can not turn, I am ordered to be self-reliant, change a mentality, change a thought, body and mind at ease.

Today, I'm going to talk about what you'll encounter after meditating. After entering the four meditations, it is a state of light and peace, and if you continue to meditate deeply, a realm will appear, which is the realm that will occur after entering the four meditations, and the realm that everyone encounters is different.

For example, the Buddha meditated under the Bodhi tree and vowed that if he did not realize the path of enlightenment, he would not get up. On the sixth seventh day of enlightenment, when the storm came, the Buddha was motionless, and there was a huge python sticking out its head from behind the Buddha to shield the Buddha from the wind and rain. On the last day of the Buddha's enlightenment, the demon king Bo Xun came to obstruct him in every possible way, and sent his three daughters to tempt him, and he turned into countless treasures to lure him, and he conjured up volcanoes, seas, storms, lightning, lightning, thunder, and army attacks, etc., and finally personally came forward to promise the Buddha eternal life at the cost of preventing the Buddha from becoming a Buddha, and annoyed the Buddha.

(This is the understanding of our laypeople, in fact, the Buddha will not be irritable), so he touched his right hand to the ground, which is the seal of the demon to summon the solid earth god to testify, saying that the Buddha has achieved positive results in cultivation, and then comes to harass you and accepts you. The Demon King then left in a huff. The Buddha displayed a total of five mudras: the Meditation Seal, the Fearless Seal, the Wish Seal, the Demon Seal, and the Dharma Seal, which indicate that the Buddha is in different states and manifestations. This is called "Shakya Five Seals" As for my current meditation, it is still a definition of desire, because the Zen without precepts is the Zen of the desire realm, that is, after entering the four meditations to the state of light peace, continue to practice meditation, because it is easy to enter the devil if you do not hold the precepts and practice meditation, at this time, it is the Heavenly Demon Outer Way or the unjust creditor to interfere, not to let you practice, afraid that you will go beyond the realm of desire, because you do not have the concentration to encounter this realm, you will be afraid, because you have desires, so it is difficult to surpass the realm of desire, so you must not be fixed, you must cultivate the method without leakage, in order to truly the four meditations 8 determinations.

Talking about the realm I encountered in this meditation, there is a lot of wind blowing in my ears all the time, this wind is very strong like a typhoon, it keeps blowing into my ears, making me a little scared, I thought of it for the first time, and shouted Guanyin when I encountered danger, and then I concentrated on reciting Guanyin Bodhisattva who saves suffering and saves suffering, to settle my mind, and slowly calm my heart, and there is no sense of fear or fear of this realm, and soon this realm disappears.

After that, I continued to meditate, and a little girl covered me with a quilt, which made me a little uncomfortable, so I continued to recite the Bodhisattva Avalokiteshvara to calm my mind, and then the little girl saw that I didn't respond, so she threw me with a ball, and I felt a little pain, and I was thinking that I was meditating now, and everything was false and unattached, and I didn't pay attention to it. The little girl saw that I didn't pay attention, so she intensified, he first clasped my feet with his hands, fortunately I was not afraid of itching, and then he bit my feet with his mouth, I was so painful, I finally couldn't hold it anymore, because I didn't keep the vows, my concentration was not enough, so I couldn't bear it, so I reached out and grabbed the little girl's hands, and shook a few times with excitement, I said why are you here to interfere with me? The little girl said, "Brother, you hurt me!" I'm a little embarrassed, think about it carefully, the little girl in front of me is still a little cute, so I said I'm sorry, so why did you tell my brother to interfere with me?

The little girl said, "As long as there are people in the world of sampa who are practicing, we will come to interfere, it is the task assigned to us by the demon king Bo Xun, I and my family today see that there is a great light here, and we know that someone is practicing samadhi meditation, so we will interfere and destroy his concentration, so that he will not be able to cultivate." I said, "Little sister, why don't we make friends, if my brother is successful in his cultivation in the future, I will come to help you and your family, what do you think, my little sister will agree to me." Later, I asked, "What's your name, little sister?"

The little sister replied, "My name is Wu Wu." Then I took three refuges for him and his family, and then I said you're actually quite cute. Wu Wu: Then do you like me?: "My brother likes to be a good child, and in the future, you promise your brother not to interfere with the cultivators again, and my brother will practice well and the merits you have made will be returned to you, and I hope you can get rid of the suffering of life and death as soon as possible." Then I stroked the witch's head and said, "Good boy, my brother likes you, and then I wrote Nam no Amitabha Buddha on the palm of the witch's hand."

The witch was very happy and said, "I will also give you a gift, and stretch out the palm of your right hand." So I spread out my palm and handed my right hand to the witch. I saw the witch draw a spell on my right hand: to the effect that this is my taste, if my family and friends meet them, they will know about me, and they will not come to disturb you. Reply: "Thank you!" After that, the witch and I said goodbye and had something to go back to.

In fact, in the process of our cultivation, all sentient beings who are destined for us will appear one after another, such as debt collection, debt repayment, repayment, etc., as long as we sincerely repent and dedicate ourselves to the heart, it can be resolved.

One night I was lying in bed and resting in a half-asleep time, I saw a beautiful girl running to my bed, kissed me, I said no, but I couldn't move, and then I chanted the mantra of the Great Nirvana Sutra Demon King Bo Xun to offer to the Buddha, saying that this mantra can destroy all fear, can make people support the Mahayana, the Buddha in order to comfort all sentient beings, accept the mantra preached by Bo Xun, the reason why the demon king wants to offer to the Buddha when the Buddha is Nirvana, that is the blessing of the Buddha so that the Demon King Bo Shun temporarily has this righteous thought, so I recited it, Extinguishing the Fear Mantra: 啅zhuo 抧zhi zha 咤 zha Luo Luo 啅zhuo 抧 zhi Lu Lu Hahe Lili Mo Mo Lu He Lu He Lili A Luo Luo Sha Duo Luo Luo Shasha He I woke up, I could move in an instant, I really saw a very beautiful girl, and she asked me: Isn't she saying I'm beautiful?

I said very beautiful, I asked him what his name was, she said Ding Guangshan, I asked why he found me, he said because there is light, it turns out that we chant mantras and chant Buddha has light, and then I seem to have recited a quasi-refreshing mantra for him all night, and I saw the quasi-refreshing mantra, the red light, took her away, and the Buddha's blessing took him to where he should go.
