During the Peiyuan period, the heaven and earth aura in the body continued to condense until it was completely transformed into the true element, and this process was the condensation of the Yuan realm in the Peiyuan period, and then to the true yuan liquid, which in turn strengthened the physical body, which was the liquid transformation realm and the solid nature realm in the Peiyuan period.

When the true element in the monk's body reaches the "extreme" and the physical body is strengthened to the "extreme", then he can break through the jade liquid stage.

Then gather the earth and the demons, refine the heavenly gang, and finally turn into "jade liquid", and the whole process is the focus of the cultivation of the jade liquid period.

The core essence of this stage is to use the external force of heaven and earth to improve the quality of the true element, turn the "true element" into "mana", and then continue to condense and contract, and achieve the Great Dan in the void of the Yellow Court.

This big Dan is a real thing, stored in the Yellow Court of the Middle Dantian.

The "Yellow Garden" in the middle dantian here does not refer to a certain position of the physical body, but another space, which is connected to the physical body, like empty but not empty, like virtual and real.

In the process of achieving the Great Dan, you need to accept the test of the Heavenly Dao again, which is the so-called Thunder Tribulation.

Later, after entering the stage of becoming a Dan, it is necessary to continue to polish and strengthen the Great Dan until there is no way to advance.

The next step is to integrate the various avenue methods of one's own cultivation into the Great Dan and achieve the natal supernatural powers, and this process is to integrate the Dharma realm.

When the Fusion Law Realm is complete, and the Great Dao realizes a certain realm, it will enter the Jindan Realm, and at this time, it is necessary to prepare for breaking through to the Yuan Shen Stage.
