At this time, he remembered the secret of the Quanzhen Dao cultivation left by Wu Yun, and thought to himself that it would be better to take a look at this time, maybe he could get something to learn from it, and add some flesh and blood to his miscellaneous scriptures. Peeking at the secrets of other sects is naturally a taboo for cultivating real people, but Yun Chong's knowledge in this area is very poor. And in his opinion, the secret of cultivating the truth is only part of the reason for the cultivation of the real person, and the biggest reason still depends on his chance and diligence. If a person obtains a peerless secret book, but the opportunity is a little worse or he only cares about playfulness and nostalgia for the glory and wealth of the world, such a person will not be able to cultivate the immortal path.

Yun Zhong put his divine sense into the jade slip, and saw that the jade slip began with the words "The Five Ancestors of the Northern Sect Cultivate the Secret Method". Here it is necessary to introduce the origin and experience of the True Truth, so that we can better understand the meaning of these words.

The founder of Quanzhen Dao is Wang Zhe, who calls himself Chongyangzi. The world calls it Chongyang Zhenren. In the early years, Chongyang Zhenren used to be a small official, but later he was not used to the officialdom, so he resigned and went home. A few years later, Chongyang Zhenren met a scattered immortal who was doing things in the lower realm in Ganhe Town, and he was given the Jindan formula. Since then, Chongyang Zhenren has lived in seclusion in Zhongnan Mountain, cultivated for three years, and achieved a little success. When Chongyang Zhenren met the True Immortal, he was already an old man of nearly fifty years old, but with his natural endowment and extremely firm perseverance, he actually broke through to the Jindan stage within three years.

After feeling that he had achieved a little success, Chongyang Zhenren could not bear the suffering of the world, so he traveled all over the world to preach. In the process of preaching, he recruited seven disciples, including Ma Yu, Tan Chuduan, Liu Chuxuan, Qiu Chuji, Wang Chuyi, Hao Datong, and Sun Buer, known as the seven sons of Quanzhen. The Truth Path was thus officially established.

Chongyang Zhenren advocates "clear mind, quiet and inaction", so the "Tao Te Ching", "Prajna Heart Sutra" and "Filial Piety Sutra" are the must-read classics for Quanzhen Dao disciples. Chongyang Zhenren himself took the strengths of Taoism, Buddhism and Confucianism, and claimed to be one, which can be said to be the precedent of opening a generation of cultivation.

After the Chongyang Zhenren ascended, the Southern Sect and the Northern Sect of the Quanzhen Dao merged into one sect, collectively known as the Quanzhen Dao, and respected the Emperor of Donghua, Zhong Liquan, Lu Dongbin, Liu Haichan and Wang Chongyang as the five ancestors. Although Yun Zhongzi's jade slip has introduced the cultivation techniques of the Quanzhen Dao, he respects his identity and naturally does not peek at other people's cultivation techniques, so it is only a few strokes. And this "Secret Method of Cultivation of the Five Ancestors of the Northern Sect" records the practice method of the Quanzhen Dao in great detail. The "Five Ancestors of the Northern Sect" advocated "true and immortal", and their cultivation was mainly pure, so their entry was slow.

The more Yun Chong looked down, the more he felt that the five ancestors of the Northern Sect were really not ordinary figures, intercepting the strengths of Taoism, Buddhism and Confucianism without appearing pretentious. It seems that in the future, we should read more books on Confucianism, and then learn what Confucianism is worth learning from. In this way, his own miscellaneous scriptures can be regarded as veritable miscellaneous scriptures.

Seeing the end, Yun Zhong found that the remaining jade slips were blank. Yun Zhong increased the power of output, but he still didn't see any signs of words in those jade slips, so he had no choice but to withdraw his divine sense.

Yun Zhong fused the cultivation techniques of the Quanzhen Dao into his miscellaneous scriptures, which took about five days. Yun Zhong felt that it was time to leave, and after explaining a few words to the disciples who had not retreated, he spread his yin and yang wings and flew away. Dancing yin and yang wings, Yunzhong, who was flying unhurriedly in the sky, somehow got the urge to look at the sea. When I was in school before, I just heard Hu Weihua say how good the sea was, but I hadn't seen it, and I always felt a little pity. While there is still some time, why not go to the sea and have a look. As soon as this thought moved, it was unstoppable and frantically grew, and finally Yun Zhong felt that he should go to the nearest Bohai Sea to have a look.

Standing on the Bohai Sea, Yun Chong sighed at the wonder of heaven and earth, which is far beyond human power. The blue waters, the flying fish that swim out of the sea from time to time to breathe, the ferocious sharks, and the dolphins full of spirituality, all of these make Yunzhong feel amazed. Putting away the yin and yang wings, Yun Zhong found a dolphin in the sea to be his mount. The dolphin is the most humane animal in the sea, and it knows that the person on its back will not hurt itself, so it lets him sit on its back.

Sitting on the back of the dolphin and enjoying the rare sea breeze, Yunzhong couldn't help but start screaming. It's an amazing feeling, even more amazing than flying in the sky. Yun Zhong couldn't help urging the dolphin to be faster, but the dolphin was not Yun Chong's yin and yang wings after all, and his speed was superb. So no matter how much Yun Zhong urges, its speed does not increase.

Yun Zhong patted his head and said in his heart: How confused are you, this dolphin's speed must have a limit, and now the speed is already its limit. Then he thought that the dolphin was born psychic, and if he helped it, he might be able to become a goblin, and then fall into reincarnation. Thinking of this, Yun Zhong took out three Tonifying Qi Pills. But I feel that with such a large body of dolphins, three seems to be a bit less. The Tonifying Qi Pill is not a magical elixir, and the requirements for refining techniques and medicinal materials are not very high, Yun Chong can now refine tens of thousands of pills casually. All the creatures in the sea seemed to hear this beautiful music and danced out of the sea. Suddenly, the sea was shining with silver, and schools of fish were competing for beauty.

Yun Chong didn't expect the dolphin to have such a great appeal, and he knew that it was all the credit of the thirty Tonifying Qi Pills. Moreover, Yun Zhong also inadvertently taught a set of exercises for cultivating real people to dolphins. After the dolphin obtained this set of exercises, he cultivated to perfection, so it was naturally not a problem. But let's not mention it for now.

One person and one dolphin swim in the blue world. Suddenly, a fog appeared in front of it. Yun Zhong felt strange. How could there be fog in the middle of the day?
