Therefore, the discerning eye is something that every practitioner must strive to attain, because the Dharma eye and the Buddha's eye are also rooted in the discerning eye and continue to be attained.
The Dharma Eye is the eye that discerns the root apparatus of sentient beings and the 84,000 kinds of Dharma. The Dharma is incomparably precious, but in fact the Dharma was not invented by the Buddha, but the method of welcoming the light in the universe, and as long as you cultivate the Dharma Eye, you can know all these methods, which is the so-called 84,000 Dharmas. Therefore, the better the Dharma Eye is cultivated, the more Dharma knowledge one will naturally know, and the more we will understand the root organs and causes for sentient beings to learn the Dharma, so the Dharma Eye is something that Mahayana bodhisattva practitioners need to work hard to attain
The Buddha's eye is the Buddha's eye that sees everything clearly. The Buddha's eye is the last of the five eyes, and it is also the most perfect eye, the Buddha's eye can know and see everything, and can also deal with everything, so the Buddha's eye is the most final, everything is perfect, everything is sufficient.
A person, even if he has practiced in the world for hundreds or thousands of years, may not be able to comprehend the five eyes and six paths, but if he is reborn in the Western Elysium and Amitabha Buddha gives him a memory, he will immediately be able to comprehend the five eyes and six paths without a teacher, which is enough to save hundreds or thousands of years of hard work.
Finally, if you practice in the secular world, in the face of all kinds of temptations, it is easy to retreat, if you are in the world of bliss, there is no need to worry about retreating, so there are some great monks who will choose to give up their longevity, that is, when they obviously have a yang life, they choose to go to the world of bliss immediately, after all, if you stay in the five turbidity and evil world for one more day, there will be more possibilities for retreat.
However, this does not mean that there is no dharma in this Buddhism, for example, Nagarjuna, who is known as the second Shakyamuni, the revivalist of Mahayana Buddhism and the founder of Tantra, Nagarjuna, because he created his own mantra of immortality, practiced this mantra for 800 years, of course, this is out of the need to spread the Dharma.
For example, the living Buddha system in Tibet, the living Buddha's statement is actually incorrect, they should be called Rinpoche, the living Buddha is the Han people's statement, only the most advanced people can be called living Buddhas, the ancient Celestial Empire, including the Taoist monks, there are a total of three living Buddhas, and as for Rinpoche, no matter how advanced their Taoism is, as long as it is within the Tibetan reincarnation system, it can be called Rinpoche.
Rinpoche in Tibet, through reincarnation after rebirth, is to propagate the Dharma, gain merit, and attain higher attainments.
Of course, neither Nagarjuna's 800-year-old residency nor the reincarnation of Rinpoche in Tibet can be regarded as immortality.
There is a special fruit position in Buddhism called Zhiming Immortal, when it comes to immortals, all people must think of Daomen for the first time, but this is not the case, the existence of immortals, far before Daomen, Daomen was evolved by Taoism in the Spring and Autumn Period, and far in ancient times, there were Guangchengzi red sperm and other human sages who cultivated into immortals.
There is also the Yellow Emperor, who finally became an immortal under the teaching of Guang Chengzi, and the Puhua Tianzun in the heavenly court is not a fictional character like Wen Zhong, but the Yellow Emperor himself, as the ancestor of all the descendants of Yan and Huang, has the power of life and death over all Han people.
As for Buddhism, there are also immortals, Zhiming Immortal is one of them, cultivate this kind of fruition, you can live forever, Guanyin Bodhisattva's lotus mantra, after the cultivation of the Dacheng, you can cultivate the immortal Zhiming fruit position, holding a lotus flower to fly to the sky.
The reason why these two Bodhisattvas can make people immortal is because they are disciples of Amitabha Buddha, who is the king of nectar and can bestow immortal nectar on all beings.
In addition, in Tibet, people want to live a long life, will practice longevity three deities, white Tara, the mother of longevity and longevity Buddha, white Tara is the Guanyin Bodhisattva, practice this method can obtain immortal nectar, the mantra of victory passed down by the mother of Zunsheng, and the mantra of great compassion of the Lengyan mantra are listed as the three major mantras of Buddhism, practicing this method, you can also make people live longer, not to mention the longevity of the Buddha, it is a Buddha, practice his method, you can quickly obtain the immortal attainment of the fruit.
If people in the Sutra want to live a long life, they generally read the Diamond Sutra, which is the easiest way, while those who want to prolong their lives are to practice the Vajra Shou mantra or the Big Dipper Secret Method.
Practicing the vajra longevity mantra, you can obtain vajra lifespan, which is strong and not bad.
