Dan Gong attaches great importance to the appearance of the lower entrance, because this is an important sign of medicine, so there is a lot of discussion in the Dan Sutra, and many people in modern times are paranoid about this and explain, which is a kind of prejudice. When you practice to the fourth step, you need to cultivate your mind, which is the ancestral know-how.
The head of the human body is the meeting of the hundred yangs, commonly known as the head of the six yangs, the yang meridians of the whole body are gathered in the head, especially the forehead can be called the yang in the yang, the human body is the most cold-sensitive place for the forehead, the most cold-sensitive place is the umbilicus, the yin and yang characteristics of these two parts can be said to be distinct.
Due to the condensation of yang energy in the frontal area, it is easiest to see light here, and the entrance is also easier to open. Therefore, many schools in the Danfa regard this as an important gateway to practice. The brain is the divine body, and it is also the place where the five qi and the yuan converge, and the five-colored light is the easiest to gather here, and the sexual light is easier to appear.
Most of the practice exercises from sex to life see the light here, open this entrance for a trick, and then return to the light and shine inside, "the sun is planted in the bright moon". Collect the air pockets and condense the peisheng body or open the iron door to collect medicine and alchemy, and realize the dual cultivation of life.
Many sages in the Tang Dynasty mostly use "present" and "present" to hint at the sexual light of this mystery, such as Lu Zuyun: At present, the road to immortality is close at hand, and how many fools do not wake up. β
