This is just a benchmark and name that he forcibly divided according to the general process of the spiritual practice, and it is not the absolute truth that is truly universal to all generations. If the practice systems are different, this division will not make much sense. But if we really talk about the division of realms, there are actually only two levels of cultivation - one is under the Great Luo, still struggling under the Mandate of Heaven, and the other is to achieve the Great Luo, transcending the Mandate of Heaven and being equal to the Dao.
