Lotus White:
First, use vinegar, light soy sauce, salt, sugar, monosodium glutamate, starch, and water to make the sauce.
Add a little oil to the pot, add peppercorns and dried chili peppers. Simmer over low heat to bring out the fragrance.
Turn the heat to high and add the shredded cabbage that has been washed and drained. Stir-fry quickly until the leaves are tender.
Pour in the sauce, reduce the juice over high heat, remove from the pan and serve.
Stir-fried pork:
There is a little more oil in the pot, add Pixian bean paste and peppercorns, and simmer over low heat to make it fragrant.
Turn the heat to high, add the pork belly slices, drain and wash the soaked fungus and stir-fry.
Add the bell pepper and stir-fry.
Add salt, monosodium glutamate, a pinch of sugar.
Remove from heat and serve.
For this dish to be delicious, the trick is to have more oil. It is a very unhealthy food and it is recommended that everyone eat it regularly.
