Note 1 and character settings and plot logic
This chapter was originally Chapter 520 [Note 1]. Pen "Fun" Pavilion www.biquge.info
But there are too many notes to write, so I had to send a work related to it.
Note 1 reads as follows-
Note 1: Similar to this paragraph, there is actually no earth-shattering flavor, and it is not an exciting plot, just a side description of some characters in the text. Many readers may feel verbose when they see similar words in the article, or even skip it directly, and then feel a little "watery".
In fact, when I wrote this kind of thing, I put more thought into it than just fighting. Because in fact, it is explaining the logical relationship in the text and improving the character setting. For example, why do those practitioners look so stupid? And I have mentioned and explained many times in the previous article, and many of their psychology has been explained.
For example, they are very direct because they have less emotion. Either it is ridiculously wrong - such as the self-confident Yue Yunzi, or it hits the nail on the head - such as these pontifies and heads who see through the pseudo-saints. But if there are not many such explanations, then when reading many plots, you may feel that the characters' reactions are "unreasonable" and have "logical defects", which will actually greatly affect the sense of reading.
For example, a long time ago, someone in the book review section said "abandon the book", what is the reason, saying that "these cultivators have obviously cultivated a problem, and they have cultivated into monsters, and they should not be cultivated like this" and so on. But if this friend has read the book carefully, he will realize that the question he asked has been explained in the text a long time ago, and more than once—there is indeed a problem with their practice!
So if I don't look closely, I'll have to carry the pot.
One of the most obvious examples –
Li Yunxin, a protagonist like Li Yunxin, put it in other books—look at what stupid things he has done—and kill himself several times, knowing that he is in danger and still have to send him to death, and he is subservient in front of the enemy. These are terrible poison spots.
But because I made everyone realize that he was actually a different person through a lot of aspects in the text, and that he had his own logic and reasons for doing all these stupid things, it seemed that "once I accepted this setting, it would look like it would be fun", right?
So, I hope you don't need to "read word by word" when reading my book, but don't skip a lot of paragraphs. Because it is possible that you skip the information that is important for the future - skipping this, you may have doubts about "how can it be such a reaction, how can it be possible to do such a thing" in the future.
