Visualization is a method of meditation, Fang Zhixing has already been able to settle now, and the realm is already a level higher than meditation. It's just that he practices martial arts, and he is more about practicing qi and transforming gods and condensing divine will, and he is not proficient in the laws of contemplation. I am afraid that there is a greater possibility of a problem.

"The contemplation method is mainly based on contemplation, and the medicine king Sun Simiao mentioned a kind of qigong practice method of meditation in "A Thousand Golden Prescriptions", which is also based on contemplation. He is a master of the Mystic True Path, also known as the incarnation of Medicine Buddha, and although this method is simple, it can be said to be both the way of Buddhism. If I create my own meditation method, I should use it as a base, so that I can better integrate with the Great Sun Yin and Jiuyang Divine Skills, so that the two can promote each other. Fang Zhixing carefully recalled the Taoist and Buddhist views he had seen, and thought in his heart. Daomen pays more attention to the practice of qi and transformation of gods, and the view of the law is not too much, what Fang Zhixing can think of is mainly the skull view of the Quanzhen Sect and Sun Simiao's meditation method. However, Wang Chongyang did not pass down the skull view, so he had to refer more to the meditation method.

In the Tibetan Scripture Pavilion, Fang Zhixing naturally thought of the ancestral court of Shaolin Temple, Zen Buddhism: "Shaolin Temple belongs to Zen Buddhism, although it is mostly a practice method, but as a major sect of Buddhism, there must be a lot of views. You may be able to find some unseen descriptions of the Dharma as a reference for the creation of the Dharma. Although Fang Zhixing does not expect to get the visualization map of the secret transmission of Zen Buddhism, if he can see the exposition of the Zen patriarch on the contemplation, he should also be able to gain a lot. Thinking of this, Fang Zhixing found Jueyuan again and asked him to find out all the descriptions about the Dharma in the Zangjing Pavilion and read them carefully.

The Shaolin Scripture Pavilion is famous all over the world, and all kinds of scriptures and classics are vast. Although Fang Zhixing has bothered to collect books over the years, it is compared to the hundreds of years of accumulation of Shaolin Temple. The gap is still huge, especially in terms of Buddhist classics, which is even more difficult to compare. When Jueyuan heard Fang Zhixing's request, he brought a lot of them after a while, including not only the exposition of the Zen patriarch on the "Myoho-renge-kyo" and "Yuanjue Sutra" and other scriptures. There are also scriptures closely related to the Dharma, such as the Sutra of Amitayus Sutra of the Pure Land Sect, the Sutra of the Great Prajna Sutra and the Six Wonderful Methods. Shaolin Temple, as a major sect of Buddhism, has a lot of classics about the view of the law.

Most of these scriptures were originally read by Fang Zhixing, but many of the annotations of Shaolin ancestors on them have never been passed on, and most of them have not been printed or copied, which can be said to be the only one in the world. Fang Zhixing sighed with emotion in his heart, "Shaolin Temple has been inherited for nearly a thousand years, and it is really profound, although these monks who commented on the scriptures are not famous, and some of them have not left their names, but they can think of this." Obviously, they have reached a very high level in spiritual practice. The last time I competed with Lekong, he led all the monks in the hall to launch a divine impact together, and obviously understood the magic of the spirit. I can't say that in the current Shaolin Temple, there may be a monk like Sakya Pandita who does not practice martial arts but cultivates his spirit, I can't underestimate it. ”

Of course, although Fang Zhixing was more cautious in his heart, he was not afraid. Spiritual use sounds wonderful, but to the extent that Sakya Pandita is able to influence matter with spirit. But it's hard and difficult. If you don't reach that realm, when you use it to attack, you have to cooperate with sonic skills such as sonic skills, and Fang Zhixing refines sonic skills such as soul intimidating sounds. It can be said that he is extremely proficient in this, and naturally he will not be afraid of others. Moreover, Buddhism practices the world of desire, the world of color, and the world of colorlessness, and the monks who can get rid of the world of desire are all a generation of monks, and even if the Shaolin Temple exists, there must be very few. And it is even more difficult to reach the point where Sakya Pandita is close to or even to the colorless realm. These people are in the history of Buddhism. It is also a figure who is called the ancestor of the sect, and it is still in the Shaolin Temple of the closed mountain. It can be said that everything will happen.

Looking at the scroll in his hand, Fang Zhixing shook his head slightly. Although the commentaries of these people have their own characteristics, they are inevitably full of omissions, and even some contradictions that cannot be justified. Fang Zhixing is also extremely familiar with Buddhism, and his realm is only higher than these people, so he can naturally distinguish it. Flipping through the pages like this, he was getting faster and faster. In less than half a day, I read the commentary on the Myoho-renge-kyo. He secretly said in his heart: "Although these people have their own ideas, they are not systematic, and they can't get out of their own way, which is much worse than the six patriarchs of Zen Buddhism." It's a bit of a benefit for me, but it's not a big deal. Alas, it's a pity!" Although Fang Zhixing has not completely found his own path now, it is only a line apart, and the works in the Shaolin Zangjing Pavilion that can still inspire him are only a few people such as the six patriarchs of Zen Buddhism, and the rest of the people are at most similar to him, but they can't beat it.

"However, this Myoho-renge-kyo reminds me that lotus flowers are common objects, and that the lotus platform on the visualization map is so clearly drawn that I may be able to visualize it alone. Thinking of the lotus platform on the visualization map contained in the "Interpretation of the Great Nikkei", Fang Zhixing couldn't help but think in his heart. He picked up the page again and looked closely at the image of the Great Sun on it, hoping to gain something from it.

"The lotus flower on this picture has eight leaves, with four Buddhas and four Bodhisattvas, and together with the great day on the lotus platform, it should be the so-called 'eight leaves and nine statues'. It is said that Buddhism has an eight-leaf lotus view, which is similar to this. If I don't visualize the Buddha and Bodhisattva on the lotus leaves, and visualize the lotus flower alone, will it have an effect?" Fang Zhixing thought to himself. He didn't want to convert to Buddhism, so naturally he wouldn't visualize the Buddha above, but if he only visualized the lotus flower, it was still acceptable. It's just that there is no blessing from the Buddha in this way, and a large piece of the texture is missing, so I don't know if it will have an effect.

While thinking about it, Fang Zhixing happened to catch a glimpse of the aura like the great sun behind the Great Ri Rulai, and his heart moved again, thinking: "The halo behind this Great Ri Rulai statue should be painted with a round of sun, if I want to intercept part of this picture, it is better to visualize this round of sun directly." Although this is flawed, it can be more in line with the Great Nippon Seal. And although this picture is a little incomplete, the texture is simple and easier to complete. If it goes well, it will have a partial effect of visualizing the image of the Great Sunrise. And it's part of the whole visualization, so it shouldn't be dangerous, and it's safer than creating it yourself. "Fang Zhixing's best thing is to summarize Tuina, and rarely create any exercises by himself, although he has been able to deduce some exercises after looking at the meridians in his body over the years, but now when it comes to the spiritual realm, he doesn't dare to take the liberty of it, and this round of the mutilated sun as a reference, it is very good.
