In the mountains and forests, the light was dim and bright, bright and dark, and Xiao Yi still ran endlessly. Fortunately, the true qi in his body flowed on its own, stopping the wound on the back of his shoulder and gradually healing, otherwise the bleeding alone would have caused him to die of exhaustion of his essence and blood.

At this time, his mind was extremely confused, and the past experiences were constantly flipped and repeated, forming too many questions, but he could not find the answers. He couldn't understand how a sanctimonious and moral person could do such a thing that violated his conscience.

The Tao is the accumulation of tens of thousands of years of human experience, the perception of heaven and earth, and the enlightenment of the wisdom of future generations. Those who uphold the Tao can make the people dwell in peace, calm their hearts, and make all things peaceful. But after these people learned the Tao, their minds were greatly opened, and what did they do? It was not as good as the simple people who did not learn the Tao.

There is a saying in the Tao Te Ching: "If you are not virtuous, the people will not fight." Inexpensive and rare goods, so that the people will not be robbed. If you don't see what you want, the people's hearts will not be disturbed. It is the rule of a saint, who is humble in his heart and strong in his belly, weak in his will and strong in his bones. It often makes the people ignorant and desireless, and makes the husband dare not do it. If you do nothing, you will not be cured. "Do you have to make all the people in the world as ignorant as newborn babies so that these filthy things will be put an end to in this heaven and earth?

However, the Tao is a natural existence between heaven and earth, and it is born from nature. Whether you learn it or not, the Tao will always exist. The true Tao is the unity of heaven and man, and the harmony of nature. Since the current Tao, after learning it, it is better not to learn it, then this is not the real Tao, at least not the Tao that everyone can learn.

"What is the true Tao?" Xiao Yi kept asking himself.

The people only care about three meals a day, and the people who cultivate the truth only think about cultivation and improvement, who would think about these things that are beyond their power and beyond their means, but Xiao Yi has been enlightened for many years, and his mind is full of heaven, earth, and humanity, which have been deeply rooted, and he can't help but dig into the roots and figure out what the real Tao is.

He kept asking and running. As for why he ran, he didn't think about it. As long as you have strength on your feet, keep running. Maybe he could be in a slightly better mood by running like this.

Finally, Xiao Yi stopped running with a mournful scream. That scream was a call to life, the last cry on the verge of death, and it was extremely penetrating. Xiao Yi hurried over, but saw that among the barren grass, a fox had just bitten off the rabbit's neck. He couldn't help but be stunned. In the past, in the mountain village, I saw a lot of similar things, but I never felt it. But now, hearing the incredible cry of a little rabbit when it was dying, he suddenly realized something.

Aren't rabbits, foxes, and people all living beings in heaven and earth? Foxes eat rabbits when they are hungry, and rabbits try their best to scream when they survive. It's all about living. Isn't it true that man dominates all things, obtains all things, and comprehends the way of heaven for life? It is the birth that allows heaven and earth to continue to evolve. But if there is life, there will be death, this is a natural process, and no one can avoid it. But between life and death, there should be a degree. This is the degree of the Tao.

If the fox does not kill the rabbit, it will starve to death, and if the fox kills the rabbit too much, it will also starve to death. Man uses all things to survive, but when all things are exhausted, man also has to die. It's like a person who dies of hunger, and who dies when he eats. You have to control a degree. There is no sun in the sky, and all things will die, and ten days in the sky, all things will die. The weather is dry and thirsty for rain, and the rain becomes waterlogged, and the reason is the same.

From the sun, moon and heaven, to the reincarnation of the four seasons, to the hungry fox killing the rabbit, and the hungry people wrapping their stomachs, all have degrees. The same is true of cultivating the true Tao, there is a degree between non-action and action, and there is also a degree between yin and yang. Returning to say, the way of non-action cannot be said to be unholy, but this way is the way of saints, not the way that mortals can learn. To learn or not to learn, who to learn, who not to learn, should be measured. Ming Hao and others cultivated the way, that is, with the body of a mortal, to cultivate the way of a saint, and if they deviated from this degree, they would see profit and forget righteousness and go against the grain.

After figuring out this section, Xiao Yiden felt that he could explain anything clearly, and his thoughts gradually became clear.

Xiao Yi sat under the tree, thought about it for a long time, and suddenly thought, thinking should also be moderate, if I continue to think, I am afraid that I will fall into the horns of the bull. Immediately, he laughed and stood up.

At this time, he remembered his situation. He had been running for many days, in what direction he had run, where he had run, and his mind was empty, and he had no impression at all. He jumped up on the canopy of the trees and looked at it, but he saw that there were trees all around, and they stretched endlessly, and he couldn't figure out where he was.

Jumping down from the tree and looking at the identical scenery around him, Xiao Yi's heart suddenly became confused. The group of people who left the mountain to preach fell apart, their life and death were uncertain, and the original longed-for preaching trip did not want to be such a result. He thought to himself: "Lu and Wu have Yuan Zhuo's protection, so they should have no worries about their lives, but I don't know if Ming Ran escaped and ascended to heaven." Although Ming Ran took advantage of me, after all, he taught me a lot of Taoist skills, and he has the grace of knowing things, I hope he can escape the catastrophe. But where do I go from here?"

Before I cultivated the Dao, I longed for the Dao, thinking that I could do whatever I wanted to do after cultivating the Dao fruit. However, when I really started cultivating, my vision was different, my thinking was different, and my original simple idea of cultivating the Tao changed. Not only Ming Hao and Jing Ling, but also thinking back on their own path of cultivation, all of them are full of scheming. The original simplicity of mind is gone, but it is not as happy as when I was a beggar. I don't know if it's because monasticism makes people smarter, or if it makes people more stupid.

I try my best to get the cultivation method, but the higher I cultivate, the more unhappy I am, so what's the point?

Now that I think about it, everything in the past has lost its meaning.

At this moment, he became extremely disgusted with the Chongzhen Sect, not because the Taoist way was wrong, but because the Chongzhen Sect had crooked the Tao. Now, his only attachment to the Chongzhen Sect is probably just Jingshu. But she only regarded him as a little beggar, never looked at him properly, and then relied there, only afraid that it was herself who was heartbroken.

Looking back on the past, he suddenly felt that it was more comfortable and happy to be a beggar. No worries, no desires, no wants.

Then be a wandering beggar!
