My Southern Buddhism has always practiced with good faith and piety, and does not strictly control the karma of killing, and often when the disciples first get started, they do not preach the karma of killing, but advocate how to make a trade-off between the karma of killing and merit, and the good fortune that comes later. I haven't done a good job in this life, so why bother asking for the next life? Therefore, there are only a few Buddhist temples in the Thousand Lamps City of my South Buddha Gate. If there is no Buddha in the heart, then all the people you see are Buddhas! If there is no Buddha in your heart, even if you worship a thousand or 100 million Buddha statues, it is useless, and if you have a Buddha in your heart, you will not be guided by our Buddha anywhere and all the time, and the land of bliss will be under your feet. Therefore, there are thousands of lamps in the world, and there is no secular city in the North Buddha Gate, and the reason for this lies in this. ”

Master Dezhen smiled: "I'm afraid that a few Buddhist temples are insufficient." Keeping the piety in the heart is naturally a kind of cultivation, and we have actually discussed it a lot before, but the temple is not a pure land, and if you don't keep the karma of killing, the disciples will inevitably go astray. Sweep the floor and cherish the lives of ants, and cherish the moth gauze lamp. In this way, there are Buddhist monks and nuns, and there are many disciples in this temple, and they are all those who have not attained the Tao. If we don't guide them diligently, how many people can there be, such as revering the wisdom of the monks?"

Since ancient times, the practice of the Northern Buddha Gate has been to recultivate the mind, and the vast light in the heart can give birth to wisdom, and the vast wisdom can turn into a Buddha!"

Master Shoude glanced at the revered monk and said, "In fact, all living beings are re-immense, it doesn't matter who was in the previous life, only in this life. ”

At this moment, Master Dezhen and Master Shoude said at the same time: "Thirty-six thousand methods, different paths lead to the same end!"

Master Shoude smiled like a child for a while and said, "In recent years, Buddhism has become increasingly prosperous. In fact, it is also related to the Dharma and the natural restraint of the ancient demons, a hundred years ago, the leaders of the Jingshi sect of various cultivation schools, and even the Jingshi rice seed blessed the world! Its ancestor did have great merits! However, in the past 100 years, he has paid too much attention to the way of observing all things, and has neglected the original intention. Heaven and earth incarnate all things, and correspondingly give rise to various rules. One of the laws between heaven and earth is that people can become Buddhas and immortals, and it is a good thing to observe all things, but the ingenuity is becoming more and more serious, and the more eager for quick success, the more you will achieve nothing. I heard that the senior brother tried his best to avoid the immortal rice ceremony, but who knew that he still ran into it. Hey, it's just a cause for trouble, and there's nothing good of it. ”

Master Dezhen couldn't help but nodded: "I have asked you to return tomorrow, but rely on the old and sell the old." Senior brother, you can also set off tomorrow to go to the Jingshi Sect. I won't stay with you more, so why bother to upset the real people. In fact, I am happy to see its ambition to revive the Jingshi faction, and of course I will not pour that cold water. ”
