Today, on the day of Meng Qiu, I have a treasure pot with hundreds of strange flowers, thousands of strange fruits and other things, and you can enjoy this 'Bon Festival' with you, how about it?"

Since Taoism, dragons and phoenixes and other forces have devoted themselves to Buddhism, the current Buddhism power has been very large, and there are many followers.

Shakyamuni said to the people: "I look at the four continents, and all beings are good and evil, and all parties are different: those who win the Shenzhou in the east are respectful to heaven and earth, and their hearts are refreshed and peaceful; those who are in the north of Luzhou are good at killing, but only because they make a living, and they are clumsy and sloppy, and they do not do much; I now have the Three Tibetan Sutras, which can persuade others to be kind. ”

When the bodhisattvas heard this, they took refuge with their palms together. He asked in front of the Buddha, "If there is a true scripture of the Three Tibets?" He said, "I have a Dharma and a Tibetan to talk about the heavens, a Tibetan to talk about the earth, and a sutra to save ghosts." There are a total of 35 books in Sanzang, and the 15,144 volumes are the scriptures of cultivation and the door of righteousness and goodness. I am about to send it to the eastern soil, and I will endure the stupidity of the sentient beings on that side, slander the truth, do not know the purpose of my Dharma, and neglect the authenticity of the Yoga. How to get a man with magic power, go to the east to find a good faith, teach him to go through thousands of mountains, inquire about thousands of rivers, go to me to seek the true scriptures, forever pass on the east soil, and persuade all sentient beings, but it is a great blessing and a good celebration in the depths of the sea. Who's going to go for a walk?"

When there is Guanyin Bodhisattva, walking close to the lotus platform, the Buddha three turns said: "The disciple is not talented, I wish to go to the East to find a person to learn the scriptures." ”

After setting down Guanyin Bodhisattva, the Bodhisattva said, "What words do you have to tell your disciple to go to Dongtu?"

Shakyamuni said: "This time, you must look at the road, do not walk in the sky, you must be half cloudy and half fog; But I'm afraid it's hard to believe in kindness, I'll have five treasures with you. ”

Shakyamuni immediately ordered Ah Tai and Ka Ye to take out a collar of "brocade robe" and a "nine-ring tin staff", and said to the Bodhisattva: "This robe and tin staff can be used by the person who took the scriptures." If you are willing to come here, put on my robe so that you will not fall into reincarnation, and if you hold my tin rod, you will not be poisoned. "This bodhisattva takes refuge and worships.

Rulai took out three hoops and handed them to the Bodhisattva: "This treasure is called 'tight hoops', although they are the same three, but they are used differently. I have three mantras of 'gold, tight, and forbidden'. If you encounter a powerful demon on the road, you must persuade him to learn well and become an apprentice to the person who learned the scriptures. If he doesn't call for it, he can put this hoop on his head with him, and naturally see the flesh take root. According to the mantra used, his eyes swelled and his head was cracked, and he was disciplined to come into my door. ”

Guanyin Bodhisattva immediately called the Hui'an travelers to accompany him and traveled to the east.

Guanyin, who presided over the Journey to the West, naturally knew that the script of the entire Journey to the West had been set, and he was nothing more than going through the motions and urging the relevant people to follow the script.

However, Guanyin Bodhisattva did not dare to slack off in the slightest, so he said to his henchman Hui'an: "The quota for Journey to the West has been set by various forces, and there are constraints from various forces, and they can't jump out of the box, but the Monkey King, the chosen son, is not easy to restrict, what is your good plan?"

Hui An said: "The Bodhisattva thinks too much, since the Monkey King is the chosen son, he naturally has his responsibility, even if there is no us, we must go through this experience." ”

Guanyin Bodhisattva might as well glance at Hui'an Xing and said, "I don't want you to have such knowledge." ”

Hui'an Xing said: "Besides, there is a tight hoop given by the Buddha, and it is expected that no matter how powerful the Monkey King is, it will not reach the number of Da Luo, so he will naturally be obedient." ”

Guanyin Bodhisattva said: "I'm afraid that he will not be convinced, and it will hinder us in the future." ”

Hui'an walker said: "One is the Buddha's gift for the journey to the west, the Bodhisattva just borrowed it, and the two heard that the Monkey King was suppressed because of the demons, and he was grateful to the Bodhisattva!"

Guanyin Bodhisattva was even more surprised when he heard this, so he said to the Hui'an traveler: "If this trip to the west is successful, you will be allowed a Bodhisattva fruit." ”

Hui'an Xingshi hurriedly said: "Thank you, Bodhisattva." ”

Guanyin Bodhisattva had a plan in his heart, so he settled down, and according to the agreement, he successively received Sha Wujing, Zhu Wuneng, and Bailongma, and came to the Five Elements Mountain.

At this time, Sun Wukong was pressed into a stone box, his mouth could speak, but his body could not move.

The Bodhisattva said, "The surname is Sun, do you recognize me?"

The Great Sage opened his fiery eyes, nodded and shouted, "Why don't I recognize you." Hello, that Nanhai Putuo Luojia Mountain rescues suffering, great compassion, Nanwu Guanyin Bodhisattva. I live here like a year, and no one who knows each other comes to see me. Where are you from?"

The Bodhisattva said: "I follow the Buddha's decree to go to the East to find the scriptures, and from then on, I will leave the remnants to see you." The Great Sage said: "If you come to coax me and press me on this mountain, I can't earn it for more than 500 years." Wanwang Bodhisattva is convenient for one or two, save my grandson!"

The Bodhisattva said, "You have a deep karma for sin, and if you come out, I am afraid that you will cause disaster again, which is not beautiful." ”

The Great Sage said: "I have repented. May great compassion show you the way, and I would like to practice. ”

When the Bodhisattva heard this, he was full of joy and said to the Great Sage: "The Bible says: 'Since you have this heart, when I go to the Eastern Tang Kingdom to find a person to learn the scriptures, teach him to save you. How about you become an apprentice with him, uphold the teachings, enter my Buddhism, and then correct the results?"

The Great Sage said in a loud voice: "I am willing to go!

The Bodhisattva said, "You were troubled by the demons in your heart before, making trouble in the Heavenly Palace, what if the demons in your heart rise again?"

The great sage said: "The Bodhisattva is clever, can there be a way?"

The Bodhisattva then said, "I have a tight hoop that I have given me to restrain and even destroy the demons in my heart, and I can also restrain my behavior, are you willing to take it!"

The Great Sage said gratefully: "I have been practicing for a period of time, although the "Lengyan Sutra" and "Pure Sutra" are companions, and there is a six-character mantra that has suppressed the demons in my heart, but I feel that the demons in my heart have not been removed. ”

After the Bodhisattva brought the hoop to the Great Sage, he was satisfied with the Hui'an Walker to the Tang Kingdom of Chang'an, and soon found the reincarnation of the golden cicada.

The golden cicada in this life was reincarnated again, but it was many days later than expected.

It was only because of the last time the golden cicada lost his life, his own Buddha nature was damaged again, and he had to postpone his reincarnation to cultivate Buddha nature.

Hundreds of years passed without thinking about this cultivation, and it was only recently that I was able to reincarnate as a human again under the protection of Jizo.

The appearance of Tang Seng made Guanyin Bodhisattva complete the important task of finding people to learn scriptures and opened the prelude to the journey to the west.
