Among the six roots, the eyes are greedy for color, the ears are greedy for sound, the nose is greedy for fragrance, the tongue is greedy for taste, the body is greedy for smoothness, and the mind is greedy for pleasure.

If you can't get rid of it, it will be a combination of the three poisons of "greed, hatred and ignorance", and you will never be able to get out of the sea of suffering.

Precepts and wisdom are the essence of Buddhist practice, and only then can wisdom be born after taking precepts and cultivating oneself, and meditating on one's practice, so that the six roots are pure and the flow of life beyond life and death is cut off.

Taoism lies in the word "harmony", and Buddhism practice is to transcend with "breaking".

Under the sorrow and anger, martial arts are in turn far superior to their enemies.
