113, Chaoxi refining qi recipe (three watches, big chapter)

Worry-free listened to the Jin Hall Master, that small sword poured into spiritual power, it would emit blue light, and the other small sword in the Jin Hall Master's hand would also have a sense. But Wu Wu did not cultivate spiritual power, and in order to find the Jin Hall Master, he had to go to the door in person. But he thought of another way to see if it worked.

He took out a small array about four inches wide from the Qiankun Fortune Bag, which could be used to arrange a moving formation. If there is no such formation, the arranged formation cannot be moved casually. Another advantage of arranging the formation on the top of the formation is that the operation is simpler and can save a lot of preparatory work.

Worry-free arranged a spiritual power transformation array on the top of the array. This formation is based on the spirit gathering array, and then adds a formation that converts spiritual energy into spiritual power. However, there is not much spiritual power transformed.

He inserted the small sword given by the Jin Hall Master into the array, urging the spiritual power transformation array, and a very subtle spiritual power wave was injected into the small sword.

The little sword didn't move at first. As the spiritual power wave continued to be injected, about half a tea time, a blue shimmer began to flash on the little sword. After another five breaths, after the blue light became stronger, a blue qi sword finally manifested and hovered near the array ding.

The Jin Hall Master quickly rushed to the worry-free room. He was still surprised at first, Wu Wu didn't have cultivated spiritual power, how did he control the little sword? After seeing that array Ding, he couldn't help but admire Wu Wu: "Your idea is very peculiar! Do you have anything to do with me?"

Wu Wu replied: "Uncle Jin, I have thought of a way that should solve the problem of failure to transmit gong. ”

After listening to the idea of worry-free, the master of the Jin Hall felt that the worry-free method should be feasible and could be tried.

Before starting to transmit the exercises, the second finger of the right hand of the Jin Hall Master was placed on the Wuwu left hand vein in advance.

The worry-free right hand was against the vest of the Jin Hall Master, and the innate true qi flowed into the main body of the Jin Hall, fusing with his spiritual power.

At the same time, the divine consciousness carrying the exercises was sent into the worry-free body by the spiritual power of the Jin Hall Master.

Sure enough, with the assistance of the worry-free innate true qi, this transmission was no longer hindered by that mysterious power. The whole exercise went into the mind of worry-free, and this exercise was called "Chaoxi Qi Refining Technique".

Combined with this exercise, the master of the Jin Hall made a relevant explanation for worry-free.

Chaoxi Qi Refining Technique, as the name suggests, cultivates the Qi Refining Realm.

The Qi Refining Realm is divided into nine levels, and the cultivation level can be manifested with a certain manifestation law.

According to the manifestation law of Chaoxi Qi Refining Technique, layers of apertures will be manifested on the top of a cultivator's head, and each recultivation will correspond to a three-inch-high aperture. Inside the aperture is the manifestation of the Dharma phase, some people's Dharma is a golden pagoda, and some people's Dharma is a tree, or a flower, or a spirit animal, this has no fixed formula, and it varies from person to person.

For beginner disciples, there are several basic skills that must be mastered, that is, concentration, pranayama, breathing, and inner vision.

Generally, it is more common to meditate to collect the mind, settle down, and then regulate pranayama. These processes are the foundation of cultivation, and what is exercised is the state of mind and will of the cultivator. Some immortal cultivators will also use illusion arrays and illusions to exercise the state of mind and will of immortal cultivators. When one's cultivation reaches a higher level, one can sit casually, stand, or even walk, without being disturbed by other things at all.

The next step is to vomit kung fu. Beginners often inhale through the mouth and nose, incorporate the qi into the dantian according to the exercises, absorb the aura in it, and then exhale the exhaust qi. The above is to absorb the aura from the qi of heaven and earth, and there are two other expensive sources of aura, one is the spirit stone, and the other is the elixir, both of which have corresponding exercises to absorb the aura contained in them.

Internal vision refers to the fact that a practitioner can see his own dantian, meridians, internal organs, etc. through internal vision. If you have cultivated to a certain level and opened the door to your own realm, you can still see your own realm.

He has practiced the "Lingshu Washing Marrow and Yijin Sutra" without worry, and has also learned internal vision. In comparison, he found that it was basically the same as the internal vision technique in Chaoxi's Qi Refining Technique. In fact, the basic processes such as concentration, concentration, pranayama, breathing, and inner vision are similar to those mentioned in the "Lingshu Washing the Marrow and Easy Tendon Sutra", and worry-free can be seamlessly connected.

According to Chaoxi's Qi Refining Technique, when the spiritual energy in the dantian has accumulated to a certain amount, the next thing is to wait for the spiritual sprouts to sprout.

The spiritual buds are born from the convergence of the spiritual energy in the dantian. The spiritual sprout is like a new sprout from a seed, and although it is tiny when you look inside, it contains infinite vitality. If there are no spiritual buds in the dantian, it is almost impossible to cultivate immortals.

Visually, the spirit bud is a small gaseous sprout, which is only the size of a grain of rice. As the cultivation improves, it will mutate into the cultivation phase.

Auditory, the sprouts are manifested as thunder at the beginning of the yang. That is to say, when the spirit buds sprout, there will be thunder in the body.

After the spirit buds sprout, they need to do a weekly cycle to clear the customs tricks.

Qi induction is to lead the spiritual energy stored in the dantian to the designated parts of the body after the spiritual buds sprout.

There are many air pockets on the meridians of the human body, and there are also many levels, which are collectively called guanqi. When cultivating, guide the aura to rush through the level, and the aura can pass smoothly and run around the body, and then you can refine Zhou Tian Kung Fu. It can be seen that customs clearance is a very important link.

The weekly cycle is divided into three phases:

First, the small Zhoutian cycle: the second pulse of Rendu runs in the eight veins of the Qi Sutra.

Second, the primary Great Zhou Tian Circulation: Qi induction runs in the eight veins of the Qi Sutra.

Third, the high-level Great Zhou Tian Cycle: Qi induction runs in the eight veins of the Qi Jing and the twelve positive meridians.

So, what's the use of doing a weekly cycle?

The first is to open up the meridians, which is the foundation of cultivation. If the key to the meridians is not cleared, there is no way to talk about cultivation at all.

The second is to refine the flesh and meridians, which is similar to washing the marrow and making it stronger. The deeper the cultivation, the stronger the impact of the aura and spiritual power flowing through the meridians, and only when the meridians are strong can they withstand the powerful impact.

The third is to refine the aura, make the aura more condensed, and then refine and fuse it into its own spiritual power.

The above is only a general description of the exercises, as for the specific changes after cultivation, you still need to experience it when you follow up with formal cultivation.

Qi induction and Zhou Tian Cycle are not difficult for Wu Wu, and his current cultivation of the Lingshu Purifying Marrow and Yi Jin Sutra can already easily do a high-level Great Zhou Tian Cycle. The difference is that the qi that is introduced by the Lingshu Washing Pulp and Yijin Sutra is the innate true qi, which already exists in the body, while the cultivation of the true qi is the spiritual qi that is absorbed into the dantian, and this foreign qi needs to be further refined into spiritual power. In light of this, it is uncertain whether it will be more difficult to attract foreign energy.

Chaoxi Qi Refining Technique also mentioned the spiritual root, and Wuwu raised a deep interest in it.

The spiritual root is the talent of the cultivator, which can be intuitively reflected through the dantian. This exercise also describes the hierarchical division of spiritual roots.

According to a certain law of manifestation, it can be seen that the dantian is in the shape of a round cake, and its five elements of gold, water, wood, fire, and earth correspond to the five colors of white, black, blue, red, and yellow. According to the composition of the color of the dantian, the grade of the spiritual root is divided, and its naming is similar to the official grade.

The first type is the absence of spiritual roots.

That is, there is no spiritual root, and the dantian is empty.

The second category, miscellaneous spirit roots.

The dantian can be seen mixed with various colors, spots.

The third category, the five-grade spiritual root.

The dantian is composed of five colors: white, black, blue, red and yellow, of which the four colors of white, black, blue and red are distributed around in turn, and yellow is located in the center of the dantian. This kind of spiritual root has all five elements, and the proportion of various colors is balanced.

The fourth category, the four spiritual roots.

The dantian of the four spiritual roots is composed of four colors, and the proportion of various colors is balanced, and no one color accounts for prominently.

From the four-grade spiritual root, it is worse than the positive four-grade spiritual root, and there is also a color that accounts for a small proportion and is also a spiritual root with all five elements.

The fifth category, the three-grade spiritual root.

The dantian of the positive three-grade spiritual root is composed of three colors, and the proportion of the three is balanced.

From the three-grade spiritual root, it is worse than the positive three-grade spiritual root, and there are one or two colors that account for a small proportion.

The sixth category, the second grade of the spiritual root.

The dantian of the second grade spiritual root is composed of two colors, and the proportion of the two is balanced.

The second-grade spiritual root is a little worse than the positive second-grade spiritual root, and there are one to three colors that account for a small proportion.

The seventh category, the first grade of the spiritual root.

There is only one color in the dantian of Zhengyipin Spiritual Root, white is the gold fairy root, black is the water fairy root, cyan is the wood fairy root, red is the fire fairy root, and yellow is the earth fairy root.

The first-grade spiritual root is a little worse than the positive one-grade spiritual root, and there are also one to four colors that account for a small proportion.

To sum up the above classification, it can be seen that there are no spirit roots and miscellaneous spirit roots that cannot cultivate the immortal law. The fourth-grade spiritual root and the fifth-grade spiritual root are too slow to cultivate. The three-grade spiritual root is the main body in the immortal sect, and it is also the common spiritual root level of the backbone disciples. The second-grade spiritual root is relatively rare in the immortal gate, and there is no one in a hundred. The first-grade spiritual root is called the fairy spirit root, and it is the best spiritual root among ten thousand.
