Chen Mo is an authority on contemporary research on Jin Yong's novels, with rich works and unique insights, which have won praise from all walks of life, and have a very important position in the research and promotion of popular literature.

Chen Mo, formerly known as Chen Biqiang, was born on August 18, 1960 in Saikou Town, Wangjiang County, Anhui Province.

After graduating from high school, he met a grandfather who was both like Hong Qigong and like an old naughty boy, which had a great impact on him.

In 1978, he was admitted to the Department of Chinese of Anhui University, majoring in Chinese language and literature, and graduated in 1982 with a bachelor's degree in literature, and then went to teach in the Department of Chinese at Huizhou Normal College (now renamed Huangshan College) in Anhui Province.

In 1985, he was admitted to the Department of Modern and Contemporary Chinese Literature of the Graduate Department of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, where he studied under the literary critic Mr. Chen Juntao, and graduated in 1988 with a master's degree in literature.

In the same year, he went to work at the China Film Research Center (China Film Archive), worked as a newspaper editor and reporter, and transferred to the Contemporary Film Research Office two years later, and is now a researcher in the Research Office of the China Film Art Research Center.

Chen Mo began writing in 1986 and has published more than 100 literary reviews and research articles. In 1989, he began to study Jin Yong's novels and Hong Kong and Taiwan martial arts novels.

His main works include: "Appreciation of Jin Yong's Novels", "The Mystery of Jin Yong's Novels", "Jin Yong's Novels", "Jin Yong's Novels Art Theory", "The Love World of Jin Yong's Novels" (i.e., "Jin Yong's Novels on Love"), "The Mystery of Jin Yong's Martial Arts" (i.e., "Jin Yong's Novels: Martial Arts"), "Jin Yong's Novels and Chinese Culture" - Taiwan's Yunlong Publishing House adapted and published a set of "Chen Mojingxue Collection" in 1997, including "Appreciation of Jin Yong", "Martial Arts Jin Yong", "Love Jin Yong", "Political and Religious Jin Yong", " Jin Yong of Skills", "Jin Yong of Culture", "Jin Yong of Literature", "Jin Yong of Humanity", "Jin Yong of Human Nature", "Jin Yong of Art", "Jin Yong of Image", "Jin Yong of Aesthetics", etc., a total of 12 works.
