What's more, Mount Meru is the place to suppress Rahu, and it is also the first battlefield when the immeasurable calamity comes in the future.

Based on all this, the non-returnee will change the suppression of Buddhism all along, and instead use the Great Tribulation to improve the luck of Buddhism.
