Volume 4 Chapter 27 Epiphany

Mingxin is the contemporary Tianjiao of Nanda Temple, and if you want to make progress in the practice of asceticism, the most important thing is to have an epiphany.

But no matter how high your own understanding is, how can it be so easy to get out of the path of enlightenment that no one has walked before?

Only when a Buddhist proverb like Duan Fei suddenly told Mingxin that there had never appeared in the world of Kyushu contained the most profound Buddhist truths, could he play a role in giving the lead and giving Mingxin a sense of empowerment, so as to take a key step in his cultivation realm.

The last time Mingxin had such a feeling, it was when Duan Fei and he were fighting the wind or the edge, and this time, he also had this feeling again.

As Mingxin's cultivation became more and more profound, it was naturally more and more difficult for him to have an epiphany, but Duan Fei could easily do it with just one sentence.

Mingxin knew very well how great the benefits he had received this time were so great that he would pay such a heavy salute to Duan Fei, and if it was possible, Mingxin even wanted Duan Fei to go to the inner temple to ascend the altar to preach the Fa.

I don't know how many ascetic monks in Nantuo Temple are unable to make a breakthrough in the realm of cultivation because they lack the opportunity for epiphany?

Only a stranger like Duan Fei, although he suddenly appeared, can bring the supreme Buddha's teachings, which is enough to form a great impact on many monks, this is the opportunity to bring progress!

Mingxin himself had personal experience, of course he understood how great the shock brought by Duan Fei, if he seized this opportunity, it would also be a qualitative leap for Nanda Temple.

It's that Duan Fei is embarrassed to accept such a big gift from Mingxin, after all, he just stole a Buddhist proverb on the earth, and didn't he do something particularly remarkable, can Mingxin use it like this?

Just as Mingxin knelt down, Duan Fei got up and flashed to the side, saying that he didn't want to accept such a big gift from Mingxin.

However, when Duan Fei got up, he saw the shadow of the Bodhi tree swaying in front of him, and saw that Mingxin had realized that this was the time when his thinking was the most active, and if it was possible, he could give him another great creation.

At this time, Mingxin saw Duan Fei get up to avoid the salute, and he insisted on making a big salute in his heart, so he turned around and prepared to continue to bow to Duan Fei.

But at this time, Duan Fei put on a solemn appearance of treasure, and opened his mouth to sing: "Bodhi has no tree, and the mirror is not a platform, there is nothing originally, where can it cause dust." ”

As soon as this sentence came out, Mingxin suddenly felt like he had been struck by lightning again, and his body stiffened and remained motionless.

When he heard Duan Fei say "everything is possible" before, it had a great impact on Mingxin, which made him realize in his heart, and he only needed to continue to study deeply, and it was just around the corner to step into the realm of epiphany.

However, after Duan Fei chanted these four more profound verses, the stimulation of Mingxin was so great that it was like adding a kick to the door, and he suddenly felt what it meant to be called supreme reason.

In this short moment, Mingxin entered a state of epiphany that could be met but not sought, and at that moment, he could no longer feel everything in the world, and even Duan Fei's guidance was completely left behind by him, just like a dream bubble, no longer existing.

I saw Mingxin's stiff body, and suddenly slumped to sit, and his mouth kept chanting: "Mingxin sees nature, self-proof Bodhi." Clear-mindedness, self-proof Bodhi ......"

This is the sound of Sanskrit singing initiated by Mingxin in the state of epiphany, and in a Buddhist holy place like Nanda Temple, it is like representing the avenue of heaven and earth, which can naturally resonate with heaven and earth, so that this epiphany of Mingxin has an extraordinary effect.

Countless "*" characters representing the avenue of Buddhism appeared out of thin air, piercing in and out of Mingxin's body, as if Mingxin's body was just a phantom.

Moreover, these "*" characters can be connected to each other, as if constructing an illusion of the Buddha, constantly uniting with the body of the mind.

Anyone who sees such a scene knows that Mingxin's epiphany this time is definitely extraordinary!

But for Duan Fei, after Mingxin entered such a state, how long would it take for him to return to normal?

Listening to Mingxin's constant repetition of the Sanskrit chant of "Clear-minded Vision, Self-Proving Bodhi", Duan Fei couldn't think about it, so he simply sat down cross-legged under the Bodhi tree and watched how it would develop next.

Duan Fei could only see the various abnormalities that appeared on Mingxin's body, and for the time being, he couldn't feel what a huge change this would be for Nantuo Temple.

At present, this splendid temple is just the outer temple of Nanda Temple, and there are not many monks who practice asceticism here, but as Mingxin enters the state of epiphany, the Buddhist avenue formed by his continuous chanting has spread to the surroundings in a way that moistens things silently.

Duan Fei doesn't practice Buddhism, of course, he can't feel such fluctuations, but as long as you reach a certain level of attainment in Buddhism, you will naturally be able to sense all kinds of changes that have taken place in Mingxin.

The first thing that comes to me is clarity!

Clarity is the closest, and he has been thinking about the verse "All things are like dreams and bubbles", thinking about how to connect the second half of the sentence, and he is in a subtle state of the natural upward ascension of the Dharma.

When Mingxin sensed the changes in the avenue of Buddhism formed by Mingxin's epiphany, he seemed to be being pulled and unconsciously came over on his own, and after walking to Mingxin's side, he also sat down like Mingxin.

The Dharma doctrine expounded by Bodhi is an extension of the Buddhist view of emptiness, which is in the same vein as the verse "All things are the Dharma", and Mingxing has been thinking about the verses related to it, and when he came to Mingxin's side, his feelings were naturally different.

The Sanskrit chant in Mingxin's mouth, "Clear-mindedness, self-proof Bodhi", is like a loud bell of Da Lu, knocking on Mingxing's heart, and when he sits down like Mingxin, he also enters a state of epiphany.

The epiphany of Mingxin and Mingxing have the same opportunity, both of which are triggered by Duan Fei, but the content of their epiphany is different.

After all, Mingxin and Mingxin are two different people, and their Dharma and insights are also different, and the information received by Duan Fei here is also very different, and the things they comprehend are naturally different.

But in any case, the two young monks of the Ming generation entered the state of epiphany under the Bodhi tree at the same time, which is enough to become a good story that has never been seen in Nanda Temple.
