There is a mountain peak, I don't know how high, that is the place where the Bodhi Patriarch cultivated, and there are countless peaks under it, some high and some low, which is the place where the disciples of the sect live.

Master Xuyun pointed to those peaks and said, "Qin Ku, do you know why these peaks are tall and short?"

Qin Di blinked his eyes and said, "Could it be that there is a difference in seniority? The people who live on the high mountain peaks are of high seniority, or are they the disciples valued by the ancestors? Or maybe the people with high skill live there?"

"No, no. The four major Buddhist families are empty, and the patriarch treats his disciples equally, and there is no distinction between high and low. These peaks represent the high and low levels of Buddha nature. Every disciple who enters Lingtai Fangcun Mountain, whether it is a formal disciple or a miscellaneous disciple, has a place to stand. If you become enlightened to the Dharma, this land of standing will continue to rise and form hills, peaks, mountains!"

"Oh, I see! Master, how high is your mountain?"

"The teacher is only a bodhisattva in the eight places, so he has opened up a hill of eight hundred zhang!"

Qin Di thought to himself: "I am the Bodhisattva of the Seven Lands, can I open up a hill of seven hundred zhang?"

Master Xuyun led him to the foot of the Xuyun Peak where he lived, pointed to a clearing, and said, "Qin Ku, from now on, you will live here! You sit down here cross-legged, let out compassion and that Buddha fire, and show your Buddha Mountain!"

Qin Di sat down as he said and released the Buddha fire.

As a result, his Foshan was only a dozen zhang long! It was too different from what he imagined!

Qin Di was almost dumbfounded: "Master, why is my Foshan so short?"

Master Xuyun smiled slightly and said, "As Master Wei just said, these mountains represent Buddha nature, and they have nothing to do with your skill. You have only learned a little bit of the Diamond Sutra and have not yet fully comprehended it. In the next 10 days, as a teacher, I will teach you the true Dharma! When you finish learning the basic Dharma, your Buddha nature will be greatly improved. ”

Qin Di looked around and found that some people's Foshan was not as tall as his own, so he balanced his heart a little at the moment, and said: "Master, ten days is too short, Buddhism is broad and profound, where can I learn it?"

Master Xuyun smiled, "One day here is equal to a thousand years outside. Have you ever noticed that you have been in for a while, and have you ever seen the sun in the sky, moving a single inch?"

Qin Di looked up at the sky, although this is the Pure Land of Buddhism, but there is also a round of sun, he looked at it carefully for a while, and sure enough, this sun is not moving as fast as the outside world.

Master Xuyun said: "In this Lingtai Fangcun Mountain, one day is one yuan, which is equal to 129,600 hours!

"Thank you, master!"

Since then, Qin Di, as a miscellaneous disciple, has gone out every thousand hours to chop wood and cook on fire, and the rest of the time has been spent studying Buddhist scriptures with Master Xuyun.

On the first day, he studied the Prajnaparamita Heart Sutra. This sutra is very short, only a few hundred words, but the Buddha speaks very deeply.

Master Xuyun asked him to memorize the Heart Sutra and recite it every other hour. And advised: "This sutra is very important, and some people who specialize in reciting the Heart Sutra can also achieve good results." ”

Qin Di followed his words, and every time he recited, he had a new harvest.

By the end of the first day, when the cave opened again in the morning, his Foshan was already more than thirty zhang high!

The next day, he studied the Vajra Prajnaparamita Sutra.

Master Xuyun said: "The Diamond Sutra is of moderate length, it is one of the core classics of Buddhism, and many people hold this sutra for a long time, which is also the most important thing for Patriarch Bodhi. It is full of Buddha's words to Patriarch Bodhi. The Buddha is profound, you can't understand it for a while, so I'll memorize it first!"

Qin Di memorized the rolling melons of the "Diamond Sutra" very well, and 129,600 hours a day was enough for him to figure it out carefully.

By the end of the day, his Buddha Mountain had grown to a hundred feet tall.

On the third day, Master Xuyun passed on his "Lengyan Sutra".

The Sutra is known as the 'Lengyan Sutra of Wisdom', and this sutra is mainly spoken by the Buddha to Venerable Ananda, who is the first to hear more among his disciples. Hearing more, that is, having a wide range of knowledge, the corresponding Ananda is the worst in practice among all the great disciples, and even like ordinary people, he can't resist the temptation of women, much like modern people, he has a wide range of knowledge and very little practice, so this sutra is very suitable for Qin Di's practice.

Although the Sutra is long, the teachings of Buddhism are quite thorough and clear and easy to understand. And what Qin Di likes is that this scripture is clever and amazing, and it is catchy to read.

Master Xuyun explained the Buddhist scriptures again, and then asked Qin Di to recite them as well!

There are more than 62,000 words in the "Lengyan Sutra", and it is too difficult for mortals to memorize it. However, Qin Di had the foundation of a ninth-order heavenly immortal, and with just a sweep of his divine sense, he wrote down the scriptures!

On the fourth day, Master Xuyun passed on his "Myoho-renge-kyo".

This sutra is called the 'Mystic Method for Becoming a Buddha', and the original text calls it 'the first of the sutras', which shows its importance. This sutra is also relatively long, with more than 80,000 words, divided into 28 products, and the Buddha is profound. Before reading this sutra, you must have faith in the Buddha, otherwise you will not believe it after reading it, or even slander the sutra, but you may suffer great retribution, so it is better not to read it.

On the fifth day, Master Xuyun passed on his Huayan Sutra.

This sutra is the first sutra spoken by Shakyamuni after becoming a Buddha, and it is most suitable for people with deep Buddha roots. When Shakyamuni first became a Buddha, it was as if the sun had just risen and shone on the mountains, and when he finally spoke about the Myoho-renge-kyo, it was as if the sun was about to set. Comparatively speaking, the "Lengyan Sutra", "Diamond Sutra", "Heart Sutra", etc., are like the sun and can illuminate the whole person.

The Huayan Sutra is very long, with 80 volumes and a total of more than 1.4 million words.

This tome of classics is like an encyclopedia, Master Xuyun did not let Qin Di memorize it, but Qin Di refused to give up, and it still took a few hours to memorize all the scriptures.

Next, Qin Di learned the "Amitabha Sutra" on the sixth day, the "Amitayus Sutra" on the seventh day, and the "Amitayus Sutra" on the eighth day.

These three scriptures all talk about Amitabha Buddha and the Western Elysium. Among them, "Amitayus" is one of the original meanings of "Amitabha". Those who want to cultivate the Pure Land and rebirth in the Western Elysium will take these three sutras as their first choice.

On the ninth day, Qin Di learned the "Chang A Han Sutra".

This is the core text of Theravada Buddhism, which mainly deals with meditation and other practical practices.

On the tenth day, Master Xuyun passed on his "Dizang Sutra".

This sutra talks about how to eliminate disasters, avoid disasters, and seek blessings. Eliminating sins and accumulating merits is also the right way to seek Buddhahood.

In the Fangcun Mountain, after ten days, the outside world has passed 10,000 years!

Because Qin Di restrained the immortal family's qi and only retained the cultivation of the Buddhist family, he didn't know how far the external body and the major clones had cultivated. Thinking about it, maybe it's already a high-level Ancestral Immortal. As long as he walks out of the Lingtai Fangcun Mountain and releases the immortal qi, his skills will spring up like mushrooms after a rain, "clicking" and rising!

At this time, the Foshan that belonged to him had increased to more than 700 zhang, and finally made up for the shortcomings of Buddha cultivation, and he was a qualified Bodhisattva of the Seven Lands!

Qin Di couldn't help but sigh: "It's not easy to cultivate Buddhism! It took me 10,000 years to lay a good foundation for Buddhism, but when will I be able to learn real kung fu from Patriarch Bodhi?"
