The second step is to use the power of the mind to drive away external objects;

The third step is to take the yin and yang and the soul together, so that the mind is strengthened;

The fourth step out of the body means that the soul can break away from the body without dissipating;

The fifth step of incarnation refers to the cultivation of the divine soul, which can be separated from the body for eternity like a primordial infant;

The sixth step of the primordial spirit is the same as the primordial realm in the cultivation of qi refining, and there is no longer any need to take refuge in the physical body, and it will remain forever from now on;

The seventh step of the tribulation is like the realm of doom on the road of qi refining, and it is necessary to go through the double tribulation of heaven, thunder, earth and fire to wash away the impurities in the soul;

The eighth step of ascension is equivalent to the cultivation of returning to the realm of the Great Perfection, which can break through the barriers of the small worlds and descend into the great worlds in a single thought;

The last step of enlightenment is no different from the realm of the extreme of the Dao mentioned in the practice of refining qigong, which refers to the realm of congenial path.
