Chapter Ninety-Seven: The Tomb of the Ming Concubine behind the Weide Mountain

Extending the Tsing Yi River to the northwest to trace the source, full of dangerous peaks and cliffs, graceful as opening the sky giant axe road split. Tsing Yi water flows south from Kunlun, flows into Dongbu, flows into Mengshui, and then flows into the river, feeding this county town at the junction of Tubo and the Central Plains.

There are a lot of cliffs on both sides, there are many green mountains and green trees, the bamboo trees along the river are horizontal, the strange stones are clustered, so there are many big apes and small monkeys, and the rare beasts and strange birds jump over in the meantime. The most famous is the Gold Swallowing Beast. If there is a black and white round bear shadow in the bamboo bushes, it must be this beast.

Between the green mountains and green waters, a passenger ship is going up the river. At the bow of the boat sat a lama dressed in red and wearing a yellow hat. In the cabin, through the faint shadows, a few wisps of red and yellow could be seen, as well as the occasional chanting sound, as well as the shallow conversation and low sobbing of the girl.

After a while, a lama came out of the cabin, came to the lama sitting cross-legged in the bow of the boat, leaned over and called "Senior Brother Dorjee", and then reported in his ear, he couldn't hear what he said, only to see the lama called "Dorjee" frowning, then nodded, stood up, and entered the cabin with the lama who came out.

When he arrived in the cabin, "Dorjee" first looked at everyone, and then sighed slightly:

"You are the concubine, but you will serve the Dharma King in the future. Your family sent you to His Holiness so that you would have the opportunity to preach. On the path of cultivation, there are hardships and joys, leaving home is suffering, and attaining the Tao is happiness. Leaving home is a small suffering, but attaining the Tao is a great joy. It's right to endure a little hardship for the sake of great happiness. Stop crying. ”

With Dorjee's words, some of the older girls said "yes" and stopped crying, only a few seven or eight-year-old girls still couldn't stop it, Dorjee frowned, glanced at the lama on the side, and walked to the bow of the boat to sit cross-legged and chanted.

It didn't take long for the girls to stop crying, but they didn't know what the lama had said.

Looking at the cabin, there were about thirty people, except for four lamas, the others were all girls, the younger ones were about seven or eight years old, the older ones were twelve or thirteen years old, and the oldest was only sixteen or seventeen years old, most of them were beautiful and handsome.

After Dorjee walked out of the cabin, a pair of phoenix eyes in the crowd slowly raised, looked at the direction of Dorjee's departure and lowered it again. Dorjee, who had just walked to the cabin, suddenly felt a slight chill in the back of his head, looked around, and there was nothing abnormal, so he continued to walk forward and sat down on the original position at the bow of the boat.

After a day and a night of sailing, the ship stopped early the next morning. Under the guidance of several lamas, the girls on the boat walked out of the cabin and followed the lamas ashore.

After going ashore, they did not immediately arrive at the place, but under the supervision of the five lamas, the group walked into a mountain road and walked all the way up the mountain. Fortunately, most of the girls are from peasant families, although they are not very old, but they still suffer hardship, these days on the boat, the food provided by the lamas is not bad, but not many people are left behind. The younger ones also climbed the mountain with the help of older sisters.

There is a lama temple on the mountainside, and the gilded roof is covered on the red temple wall, which looks particularly atmospheric and solemn under the shroud of the morning light. In the eyes of a group of girls who may not have enough to eat, this lama temple seems very tall.

"This is where you're going to live. This temple, called Waide Monastery, is dedicated to the great Buddha Ming King himself, and if you wait and serve Loring Rinpoche and all the lamas wholeheartedly, you will be blessed by King Ming, and you will be blessed and wise. Dorjee was very satisfied with the eyes of the girls, and explained with a smile. But after seeing some girls hear this, their eyes actually showed a little yearning and longing.

Seeing this, Dorjee smiled, led the way in front, and led everyone into the temple. In the middle of the main hall, there is a statue of King Kong with nine heads and nine faces, thirty-four arms and green faces and fangs, King Kong embraces a female body, and the woman also has a hideous face. Seeing this honor, many girls were so frightened that they trembled.

"Don't be afraid, this is the main god we worship, the Great Mighty King. In the arms of King Ming is the Ming Concubine King Kong Lu Xuan, the Ming King represents compassion, and the Ming Concubine represents wisdom. Dorjee explained to everyone, and then he smiled and said, "When someone takes you to the monastery to live in the monastery, you can wait and rest for a few days, and when the auspicious day of serving Lorraine Rinpoche comes, I will come back to look for you again." ”

After saying that, Dorjee turned and left, said a few words to one of the lamas waiting in the temple, and then raised his feet and went to the back of the hall. The commanded lama came to the people, guided them with kind words, and they followed him to the palace of the Eight Maidens to the west of the main hall, and said to them:

"All the concubines, this is the residence of all the people, a women's hall can live ten people, now you only have twenty-seven people, you can live in three halls, you and divide the team yourself, choose a master of the palace, and then the head of the hall will temporarily manage a hall of nine people. ”

The women looked at each other, and each found a sister who knew each other, and formed a hall of nine. After everyone had divided the line, the lama took out three "Zhangdian" orders from his bosom and handed them to the people at the head of the row as tokens of "Zhangdian", and then let everyone go into the room to rest.

At noon and dinner time, some lamas brought meals to everyone, all vegetarian dishes, but the victory was enough, they could eat enough, and the women were also happy.

That night, everyone went to bed early, and when the sound of gentle breathing in the palace of the female king came and went, a woman got up quietly, crept out of the No. 3 female hall, looked for a direction, and disappeared.

Behind the main hall of the Great Buddha is connected to Lorraine Rinpoche's room, and to the northwest of it is the back entrance of the temple. From the back door, walk only three miles of road, there is a cave, this side is called the back mountain of Weide Temple.

As the woman's figure approached the cave, she slowly stopped and found a rock to hide. But I saw a fire flickering in the cave, and several lamas were carrying something outside. It's a little far away, and the things that are being moved are covered with sacks, so I can't see what they are. Not long after the woman arrived, a familiar figure came out of the cave - it was Dorjee.

"Be quick, do you want to get the guidance of your master?" said Dorjee as he scolded the lama who was carrying things, and kept his voice low, as if he was afraid that someone would hear him.

"Senior Brother Dorjee, every once in a while, we have to empty this Mingfei Cave, every time a few of our brothers are doing it, can we change a few people?" The lama who was accused didn't seem to be too afraid of Dorjee, but complained.

"Hmph, you guys are too embarrassed to be troublesome. Every time the master finishes the exercises, the first reward is a few of you, and if you can have your current cultivation, isn't it the teacher's reward? What, you don't want to do it if you feel troublesome? It's okay, I can tell the teacher to change a few people to carry things. Hum. Dorjee snorted coldly when he heard this, and the complaining lama immediately laughed and said:

"Senior Brother Dorjee, don't, I was just joking, I'm going to work! I'm going to work!" said the lama, but he was a little frizzy, and the mouth of the sack was not tightly entangled, but something was exposed from it.

The woman hidden behind the rock squinted slightly, but she was angry—the piece that was exposed was a bare white arm!
