Allowing the Yin God to travel freely to and from the flesh is the first step in the Yin God's cultivation, and it is also an extremely difficult step.

Ordinary people have the possibility of coming out of the Yin God because of internal and external opportunities, but once they leave the soul, it is almost impossible to return to the physical body, and there is only a dissipation of the point of no return like the ghost after death.

If the Inner Dan Martial Arts is cultivated above the foundation and the acupuncture points are refined, the Yin God will have a portal to return to his own body. And when I arrived at Jindan to cultivate the Yin God again, it was actually twice the result with half the effort, and the Yin God almost didn't have a situation where I couldn't return because of my physical body.

"The flesh is like a salary, and the yin god is like fire. If the body is too strong, the fire will be too strong."

When my Jindan's Yin God goes out to wander, as long as he can't touch the evil ways and ghost cultivators who refine people's souls mentioned in the Taoist books, he can float in the air, shrink the ground, and pass through people's bodies without any scruples.

Therefore, in the state of the Yin God, I can enter the underground rock formations as easily as a fish diving, and through the bodies of ordinary people and through the invisible air - strictly speaking, I am indeed a ghost in the Yin God state - but a powerful ghost that is difficult to dissipate.

However, the so-called is difficult to dissipate, and on the other hand, no matter how strong my Yin God is, it will still dissipate after being separated from the body for too long.

The Taoist book of the dojo records that as long as the pure yang spirit has not been refined, the yin god cannot wander out of the body for more than seven hundred and forty-nine consecutive days.

-- No matter how strong the fire is, it will not last long without the support of salary.

Floating, shrinking, penetrating solid ...... After leaving the body, the Yin God activity has no physical support, and it consumes its own vitality all the time, and the greater the activity, the greater the consumption. It is necessary to return to the physical body of the self to replenish the vitality before the self formed by the Yin God is too weak to be formed.

After cultivating the Yin God for three months, my limit is to go back and forth from the dojo to the underground Scorching Night Zhilin for seven days after leaving my body - because my Yin God cannot appear in the daytime, and if I want to test my Yin God's endurance level, I can only wander in the dark light or no light.

There is no difference in the essence of the exercise of the yin god and the exercise of the physical body:

First, continue to exercise your body. "The flesh is like a salary, and the yin god is like fire. If the body is too strong, the fire will be too strong." The more powerful the physical body, the more it can feed and strengthen its own yin god, and constantly refine it into pure yang.

Second, master the skills of controlling the yin god. The Yin God is the Yuan Qi Neidan Martial Arts, which can not only control the luck of the physical qi, but also the use of the yin divine qi. Endurance, strength, flexibility, speed, and so on are common to the Yin God and the physical body, and the Yin God has nothing more than the body, shrinking the ground, and floating a few items.

And after a few months of intensive cultivation in the spring, I tested the limit of my Yin God, and after leaving my body, I went back and forth from the dojo to the scorching night zhilin underground for twenty-one days.

The significance of exercising the Yin God for cultivation is to condense into the Yuan Shen, and in actual combat, the cultivators of the Jin Dan do not separate their Yin God from their bodies, because that is an extremely stupid thing. A medium-grade divine weapon (almost every imaginary opponent of Jin Dan) can inflict heavy damage on the Yin God who has not reached the pure yang. They still obediently hide the Yin God in their bodies, and the actual effect is the same as that of the Jindan Warrior who does not produce the Yin God.

In actual combat, the true purpose of a powerful Yin God is to separate thoughts, and let them control talismans, spells, and magic weapons to achieve various wonderful uses.

This is the application I seek to exercise the Yin God.

Since the Yin God has been consolidated, I began to practice distraction and open the door to learning spells.

Mortals have many thoughts about the yin gods, and the fish eyes and pearls are confused.

The Yin God of the Foundation Builder is composed of 3,000 Foundation Building Thoughts, and the quality of the thoughts has a Yang.

The Yin Gods of the Jindan are composed of 5,000 to 30,000 Jindan thoughts, and the quality of the thoughts ranges from two yang to four yang.

The thought ranges from pure yin to six yang and there are seven levels of the gods, just like the hardness sequence of gemstones in the world.

Now my Yin God is divided into the smallest, which is 7,000 two yang thoughts.

In order to keep the consciousness of the self-yin god intact, about 3,000 thoughts must be retained. What I can divide in the magic of spells and other magical powers is 4,000 thoughts.

At this time, I found that there were more extraordinary things about the General Outline of the Heavenly Thunder Law.

According to the common sense of Shuzhen, I couldn't cast the wind spell that withstands the storm and the thunder spell that shattered the human head when I was in internal strength (in fact, I used my fingers with the thunder spell to smash Honda's face at that time)

- Without it, the quality of the thought is too low.

That is to say, with the transformation of the general outline of the Heavenly Thunder Method, my pure yin thoughts have been raised to a higher level, and I have the quality of a yang thought. When I built the foundation to kill the dust eaters and fight against Ren Pingchao's residual thoughts, my one-yang thoughts were automatically promoted to the quality of the second-yang thoughts by the general outline, so that I was not crushed by his pure yang thoughts in the delusional realm of thoughts.

So, when I first became a Jindan and shot Aung San Baoyan, the two yang thoughts actually had the power of the three yang thoughts!

I shook with excitement.

Although this kind of bonus is only within the narrow range of the three spells of thunder, fire and wind, doesn't it mean that my snake guard can deal with opponents who are one level higher than myself? It only takes ten thoughts to conjure a snake guard that can go down to the sky, and Lao Tzu can turn into four hundred snakes at once.

Hahahaha!

After the triumph, I realized that the learning of spells that were difficult to reach the sky had just begun.

- I don't have a talent for other spells, and I have a hard time learning them without a teacher.

In the spell of "Tengyun", the wood spirit root is not outstanding enough, and I have not jumped high for three months, and my body can still fly a stick of incense with the phoenix butterfly tattoo death gun.

Eventually, I gave up.

My solution was to merge the thirty snake guards into a giant snake that flew into the air with a wind spell, which could carry Murong Zhi and me at subsonic speed for an hour. This is a method of ostentation and extravagance, and it costs me three hundred dollars to fly once.

Within ten months, the black and white bear had reached the lower level of his internal strength like drinking water, which kept me awake at night.
