He who washes the marrow in words wants to purify the inside; Those who are easy to tendon want to be strong. If you can be quiet on the inside and strong on the outside, Dengshou Domain is between the ears of the backhand, and there is no trouble. And the muscles and bones of the human body are affected by the fetus, including those with loose tendons, those with spasms, those with weak tendons, those with contracted tendons, those with strong tendons, those with comfortable tendons, those with strong tendons, and those with tendons. If the tendons are relaxed, the tendons are thin, the tendons are weak, the tendons are weak, the tendons are slack, the tendons are contracted, the tendons are strong, the tendons are long, the tendons are strong, and the tendons are healthy. If there is no emptiness in the person and there is an obstacle in the inside, and there is no solidity in the outside and there is an obstacle, how can he enter the Tao? What he says is easy to say, easy to say. Change is the way of yin and yang. Easy is easy to change. The change of change, although it exists in yin and yang, and the change of yin and yang actually exists in people. The sun and moon in the pot, the yin and yang in the palm. Therefore, it is easy for those who are virtual and real, easy for those who are rigid and soft, and easy for those who are static and moving. Those who are superior and inferior are easy to rise and fall, those who are ahead of them are easy to be urgent, those who are obedient are easy to come and go, those who are dangerous are easy to be safe, those who are chaotic are easy to govern, those who are in trouble are easy to be blessed, those who are dead are easy to survive, those who are angry can be easily recovered, and those who are heaven and earth can be easy to repeat. As for the bones of the human body, it is not easy. However, the meridians of the human body are also. Outside the joints, within the muscles, the limbs are hundreds, everywhere is not tendons, there are no meridians and non-meridians, connecting the whole body, passing blood vessels, and supporting the spirit. For example, the shoulders can bear, the hands can shoot, the feet can walk, the body is lively and agile, and the muscles are upright. How can it be allowed to be relaxed, spasmed, sluggish, and weak? And those who are sick, thin, impotent, and lazy would rather be allowed to enter the Tao. The Buddha used the method of redemption and mediation, so that those who have tendons and muscles are easy to be comfortable, those who are weak are easy to be strong, those who are relaxed are easy to be harmonious, those who are shrunk are easy to grow, and those who are weak are easy to be strong. That is, the body of the mud can be erected into iron and stone, why not be easy. The benefit of the body, the foundation of the saint, this is one end of the ear. Therefore, yin and yang are also held by people, and yin and yang cannot be yin and yang. Every man becomes his own person, and man should not be swept away by yin and yang. Driven by blood and gas, it is easy to become the body of gold and stone. There is no obstacle inside, there is no obstacle outside, and you can enter and exit. However, this effort is not a trivial reason. And the work has gradually, the law has internal and external, the qi has the application, the line has a beginning and end, to the medicine system, the years, the diet and daily life, there are always signs and tests.
