If there has ever been a person who has appeared in the form of a ghost or has the intention of looking for a substitute for death, or has used these words to frighten or deceive people, although it has not caused death, then all hells will not allow him to be commuted even if he has done good deeds before.

If, after death is born, the ghost does not restrain the form of the ghost, so that a person is frightened and dies, then immediately order the ghost servant with blue face and fangs to lure him to the hells to suffer. After a hundred days, he was sent to enter the Great Hell of Ah Bi, and he was forever chained and chained, and he was not allowed to be reborn.

If a person who can cherish sentient beings and not kill animals and creatures, who instructs, advises, and advises children not to harm insects and other small animals, and who makes a vow on the first day of the third lunar month to abstain from killing and releasing life, and who can perform the above three good deeds, at the end of his life, he will not have to go to all the hells, but will immediately hand him over to the tenth temple and send him to the place of rebirth in the deep plains of good fortune.

It can be seen that if there are no resentful ghosts in the underworld, there will be few resentful people in the underworld.
