Second, once the Yin God below the stage of internal strength is separated from the body, it is difficult to return to the physical body of the self. The fragile Yin God who can't return to the flesh will inevitably end up in five or six hours.
However, the Yin God cultivated by the Foundation Builder who was already able to draw Qi into the body was not: the induction between the physical body and the Yin God was already very strong, and the Yin God who had left the body could always find the location of the physical mansion that he had returned; Although he is not quite able to withstand the pure yang qi, hiding in the dark room for a week and then returning to the flesh is not much of a hindrance.
Murong Zhi, who was on the lower level of the foundation, chose an extremely secluded and dark void room to cultivate and enter and exit the Yin God. If you escape from the shell, you can go out in the state of a wandering spirit on a breezy and moonlit night.
I cultivated the Yin God step by step, and by the end of the winter month, I was able to patrol the spiritual fields outside the dojo like an invisible ghost on a night when the weather was good. I don't need to touch the ground with my feet at all, as if I'm floating in mid-air. Although it could not reach the subsonic speed of the physical body, it was still much faster than the usual walking, and the Yin God seemed to be like a small whirlwind, sweeping across the endless fields, and taking the scene into his mind.
