This is a great undertaking that has been practiced and empirically proven, and it is not like talking about philosophical mindfulness and just thinking about it.
The most advanced method, although there is also a formula, but the degree of danger is relatively light. If done properly, there is no danger.
It doesn't matter if you're in danger once in a while. In the middle and lower grades, the more complicated the formula, the greater the danger, so the quality of the Dan product must not be selected without first investigation.
Those who walk the Dan are also dreams. The disease of omission is the most common. Tired of socializing during the day and barely meditating at night, even if you can calm your mind, the effect may be minimal.
Although it is not to be mistaken for a disease, it has its own limits. Even shaking his head and tail, dancing with his hands and feet, it is unusual.
It is a good situation to have a sound in the abdomen, but you can't use the power of breathing, and you can't deliberately make it sound, you must rest in peace, and there is a natural sound, so that it is in harmony.
Therefore, those who have a voice are also the test of the qi in the abdomen. If you want to rejuvenate the sun, you will become a phantom pill. With its unclear water source, it is reluctant to stay, and it will eventually be lost.
