After the "spirit" is developed, it is natural to see this so-called "universe" and "three realms" very clearly. And it is the one who sees "life" most thoroughly.

That's why Buddhism says "emptiness", and Taoism says "non-action".

However, it is not enough to talk about "emptiness" and "non-action" to make the connection between "life" and "truth" very clear.

It's like talking about "emptiness" with people who don't know what "emptiness" is, and talking about "non-action" with people who don't know what "non-action" is, and the result is "playing the harp to the cow".

As a result, people don't know what you do, and you hate people who don't know what you do. As a result, those who preach gradually stop preaching, and those who are willing to believe do not know how to believe and how to believe.

Therefore, all "enlightenment" still has to be obtained from the bits and pieces of life.

It cannot be separated from the "real life" that everyone recognizes, but it is also necessary to let everyone slowly perceive the "avenue" from real life.

Therefore, it is back to "cultivating the mind". If the "mind" is not "quiet" and "clear", then it is impossible to perceive the existence of the "Great Dao" from life, and it is even more impossible to "perceive".

Therefore, the word "spiritual awareness" is a word that complements each other, and there is no "flash of inspiration", and there is no opportunity for "enlightenment", but the key to these is in a "calm mind".
