The information in the jade slip is divided into two parts: one is the exercise chapter, and the other is the sword cultivation chapter. Whether it is the practice chapter or the sword cultivation chapter, there is a long table of contents, and to see the specific content, as long as the divine consciousness stays on the list, the content inside will be quickly presented.

Tang Chen's admiration for Wang Fengzhou couldn't help but add another point, he could imprint a huge amount of information in a small jade slip, Wang Fengzhou's cultivation was indeed unfathomable.

He soon found the "Gluttonous Sutra" in the practice chapter.

At the beginning of the "Gluttonous Sutra", Wang Fengzhou briefly described the principle of the rapid improvement of cultivation in the "Gluttonous Sutra".

Wang Fengzhou created the "Gluttonous Sutra" by himself, and the purpose was very simple, that is, to make cultivation improve faster. However, as we all know, cultivation and improvement is a water grinding effort, which requires accumulation of painstaking cultivation over time, and the accumulation of spiritual power in the body to a certain extent will naturally achieve a breakthrough in cultivation. In the history of cultivation, there are many people with great wisdom and perseverance, and there are also exercises that can quickly improve cultivation, but it turns out that those methods all have fatal flaws, and they are finally eliminated by the monks one by one.

There are thousands of exercises, and the paths are different, but the essence is the same, and they can be simply summarized as: the spiritual energy that is free between heaven and earth is introduced into the body, and the spiritual energy left in the body becomes the source of the monk's spiritual power. To put it more simply, the principle of operation of the exercises can be summed up in two words: "introduction" and "existence".

But cultivating the truth is going against the sky, and there are many dangers and obstacles, and it is not easy to just collect the aura and use it.

The aura between heaven and earth is domineering and mixed, and directly storing in the meridians and dantian will damage the body, let alone call it directly. The monk must first refine the aura to make it pure, so there is a third point: "refining".

Pull!

Refine!

Exist!

It is the three keys to cultivation and improvement.

To evaluate the quality of an exercise, in fact, the main thing is to look at the performance of the exercise in the three key points, and the exercises with a high grade evaluation are usually the exercises that have good performance in these three aspects.

The biggest common problem with the exercises that appeared in the history of cultivation to rapidly improve cultivation is that the spiritual power is not pure. In order to speed up the improvement of cultivation, recklessly strengthen the speed of spiritual energy inhalation; because of the excessive inhalation of spiritual energy, the speed of refining and purification cannot keep up; impure spiritual power remaining in the body will not only continue to damage the body meridians, but also increase the difficulty of the monk to break through the realm, and even go mad. The initial cultivation is indeed very fast, but when the hidden dangers in the middle and late stages are gradually obvious, it is difficult to have room for recovery.

It can be seen that among the three key points, refining is the most difficult problem to solve.

Whether it is the aura drawn between heaven and earth, or the aura that is directly absorbed from the spirit stone, the aura is domineering and mixed, and it must be refined. It takes time to refine the aura, and the monks often meditate for several days, but in fact, most of the time is spent refining the aura. Although the refining efficiency will increase as the monk cultivates to refinement, in the same way, the aura inhaled after cultivation is improved, and the improvement of refining efficiency is not obvious.

From this point of view, there is not much difference between a low-ranking monk and a high-ranking monk.

Wang Fengzhou is indeed a strange person, and he is inspired by food refining and alchemy.

Refining food is to make the ingredients rich in spiritual energy, through special proportions, carefully and professionally processed, to completely stimulate the spiritual energy in the ingredients, and the body is easier to absorb. The spiritual power absorbed from the spiritual food is relatively milder, almost harmless to the body, and the refining time is very short.

Alchemy is actually the same, although it is different from the method of refining food, the fundamental purpose is to remove impurities and make the aura more conducive to the body's absorption. The popularity of alchemy is far better than refining, each sect can find a large number of talents who can do alchemy, and the disciples of the gate sect are cultivating quickly, in addition to talents, teachers, and exercises, a sufficient supply of pills is indispensable, and there are countless monks and masters who are fed with a large number of pills.

Wang Fengzhou doesn't know how to refine pills, but because of good food, he is a master of refining.

The "Gluttonous Sutra" he created himself is to solve the problem of spiritual energy refining in cultivation by means of refining food!

If it is just like this, the "Gluttonous Sutra" is not a miracle feat. The most powerful thing about Wang Fengzhou is that his self-created exercises are perfectly compatible with food refining, which greatly improves the efficiency of spiritual power retention. That is, the last step of the trilogy of "Refinement and Storage": Storage.

The inhaled aura will return to heaven and earth through the orifices of the whole body, and only a very small part will remain in the body, even if the aura has been refined.

When Wang Fengzhou explained the principle of the "Gluttonous Sutra", he put forward a concept: the efficiency of aura absorption.

The so-called aura absorption efficiency refers to the ratio of the last aura left in the body to the total amount of aura inhaled.

The efficiency of aura absorption is affected by factors such as the monk's physique and exercises, and everyone is different, but the general range can still be delineated. Wang Fengzhou pointed out that the efficiency of spiritual energy absorption is usually between half and one percent for exercises without obvious flaws, and the absorption efficiency of elixirs and spiritual food is much higher because the spiritual temperature is mild and easier for the body to absorb, about 20 percent.

In other words, when a monk meditates, he painstakingly absorbs the refined spiritual energy, and only 5%-10% of it can really be absorbed by the body, and only 20% of the spiritual power in the elixir and spiritual food can be left.

This is undoubtedly a great waste!

But there is no way, the aura is natural, and the cultivation of monks is tantamount to plundering the aura in the heavens and the earth, and they will naturally encounter resistance, and the human body structure is not conducive to the retention of aura, which is inferior to demons and spirit beasts.

There are five layers of the "Gluttonous Sutra" heart method, and the most rebellious place is that it can greatly improve the efficiency of aura absorption, and the efficiency will increase with the level of the heart method. When cultivating the "Gluttonous Sutra" to the first layer, the absorption efficiency of spiritual energy is about 30%, and the absorption efficiency of 30% is not only far more than what can be obtained from meditation, but even more efficient than eating spiritual food and elixir.

In addition, practicing the Gluttonous Sutra may lead to supernatural powers!

Tang Chen was excited.

Before, he only admired Wang Fengzhou, but now he admires him so much.

"Gluttonous Sutra" uses food to replenish the sky, completely skipping the step of "introduction", but almost achieving the ultimate in "refining" and "saving", and the high efficiency of aura absorption is appalling. The absorption efficiency of the first layer of the mind method is 30 percent, and what will be the absorption efficiency after reaching a higher level? With Wang Fengzhou's cultivation, the cultivation of the "Gluttonous Sutra" has continued to advance by leaps and bounds for twenty years, which shows how rebellious the "Gluttonous Sutra" is.

"Gluttonous Sutra" combines eating and cultivation, which is Tang Chen's dream exercise.

A foodie suddenly felt the emotion of looking for it in a dream.

Tang Chen's original practice of "Lihuo Sutra" was peaceful and upright, ordinary, he had no sense of cultivation before, and he meditated every day, mostly to recover from fatigue after meditation. Now that there is the "Gluttonous Sutra", it is impossible to improve the speed of cultivation as usual, and it is really a bit unreasonable to practice well.

He is now at the seventh level of Qi refining, and he is not far from building a foundation.

Tang Chen's eyes flashed: Brother has to work hard!
