Students from professional schools are able to do a lot of simple work, but they are not able to take on important enough tasks.

Only a very small number of talented people can help companies professionally, and the top talents often come from professional schools.

However, Liu Xie's fancy is not that Lin Ranran and the two are from professional schools, but that the two are from Qingtan Art Technology.

In recent days, Chingdam Art Technology has really been in the limelight, and many professionals have been surprised by the enrollment situation, marveling at the progress of Chingdam Art Technology.

Later, Liu Xie noticed that Lin Ranran and Di Mengyun were studying visual arts.

It's not that visual arts are closely related to advertising design, but that he remembers that the most recent rookie teacher is a teacher from Cheongdam Art Tech, who seems to be teaching visual arts classes.

Could it be the rookie teacher's student?

Liu Xie was a little interested, and he also wanted to see how the students taught by such a noisy rookie teacher were.

So, although Lin Ranran and Di Mengyun had great age defects, Liu Xie still put them into the interview team. With a small expectation in my heart.

Soon it was Di Mengyun's turn, and the little girl was a little timid, and her expression was a little unconfident.

"I've read your information, you are from Qingtan Art Technology, you studied visual arts, did you take that teacher's class Fang Lan?" Liu Xie looked at the little girl in front of him, his expression remained unchanged, and he asked unhurriedly.

Di Mengyun replied, "It's Teacher Fang." ”

"The visual arts are actually a little bit related to art advertising, can you talk about the relationship between the two?"

Liu Xie noticed that the expression on Di Mengyun's face was not confused, nor confused, nor worried, but showed a confident expression of relief after listening to his question.

Liu Xie looked forward to it even more.

Regarding the relationship between visual art and art advertising design, Di Mengyun has heard a lot from Fang Lan, and he has spoken very profoundly, and many classes have touched on it, from the application of all aspects to the specific operation, the effect brought by it has illustrated the embodiment of art advertising design.

Di Mengyun organized the language in his heart, and then began to narrate, saying what he felt was important and useful.

As a senior advertising designer who has worked for many years, Liu Xie has also come into contact with this kind of knowledge, and even attaches great importance to it in his heart, believing that it is a necessary element to become a top talent.

Generally speaking, few people who come to apply for jobs can say something in this regard, at most they just talk about it, as if they are rigid, and it is impossible to talk about specific applications.

But the girl in front of her can say the truth, and it can be seen from the surprised expressions of several staff members next to her, it is not fake, Liu Xie heard the value of what she said from Di Mengyun's words, although it is only a point, but it is very valuable.

Many of the views and contents even he felt were eye-opening and promising.

However, if you want to apply visual art to art advertising, you need to do it practically, and there is a mystery in it, and only those who understand this aspect can do it.

Ordinary people can't do it even if they listen to some relevant knowledge content.

However, Di Mengyun not only understands this content, but also knows how to operate, and when it comes to this content, Liu Xie knows that she does have real materials.

It's just that how is this possible, looking at it, Di Mengyun is just an ordinary person, without any cultivation on his body, even if he knows how to connect visual art with advertising design, he can't control those related props.

It's just that Liu Xie would never have imagined that although Di Mengyun is just an ordinary person, he has the power to create a miracle.

Later, Liu Xie asked several questions about advertising design, and Di Mengyun used visual art to answer them.

"Miss Di, did you learn these things in class or did you learn them yourself?" Liu Xie was curious, if it was learned by himself, it would be very unusual, and if it was learned in class, it would be worth thinking about.

Di Mengyun said honestly: "I learned it all in Teacher Fang's class, I thought it was very useful, so I wrote it down by heart, and I also looked for relevant materials after class." ”

"Well, the stuff you mentioned is really useful and it opened my eyes as well. Liu Xie smiled, "It's just that I'm a little curious, in the final analysis, this advertising design job is a test of actual operation, if you can't actually operate, just knowing knowledge is useless." ”

"I don't know how much you are familiar with the tools and props in advertising design?"

Di Mengyun hurriedly replied: "The relevant props and tools have also been explained by Teacher Fang, but I have not actually touched it due to the conditions. ”

"Well, that's not a big deal. But none of it matters. ”

Liu Xie was obviously very satisfied with Di Mengyun: "Your interview is over, but you have to wait for the notice whether you are hired or not." ”

Di Mengyun nodded, her face did not show much disappointment, she didn't have much hope at first, she felt very good that there was this result, and the others Liu Xie just asked casually and didn't ask in such detail.

The next moment it was Lin Ranran's turn.

Seeing Di Mengyun's cousin, Liu Xie also had some expectations for Lin Ranran.

Lin Ranran did not disappoint Liu Xie, although she did not pay so much attention to advertising design, but she also knew this knowledge, and what was stronger than Di Mengyun was that her family conditions were better than Di Mengyun, she had used relevant props and tools, and knew how to operate.

Although Lin Ranran's answer was not too eye-catching, it was also what Liu Xie expected, with surprise in his eyes, and he thought that both of them were talented in this area.

What made Liu Xie even more surprised was that Lin Ranran had actually operated the relevant tools, although he could not use props due to lack of strength, but there were many people in the company who could not use props, if he was indeed outstanding, the company would naturally cultivate him as a Taoist.

"Tianya Advertising Design Company" is strong, and it is completely composed of Taoists who have the ability to cultivate.

"Well, thank you for coming, the specific company will notify you. Liu Xie smiled. In fact, Liu Xie had already decided to recruit Lin Ranran and Di Mengyun in his heart, but the specific position and what kind of job had to be discussed with other colleagues.

Di Mengyun and Lin Ranran didn't know that their interview was on the right track from the beginning, let alone that this interview was just the beginning.

After coming out of the recruitment site of "Tianya Advertising Design Company", Di Mengyun and Lin Ranran went to several places, all of which belonged to visual art technology-related work, or what they had heard in class.

Some gave materials but did not have an interview, and some also entered the interview.

However, the results of the interview were not directly announced, but they were actually much better than the two thought.

Coming out of the Eagle Mansion, Lin Ranran contacted Lin He, and Lin He's face was obviously disappointed, it was estimated that the application situation was not very good.

"Cousin, how is the result of the application?" Lin Ranran didn't think much about it, but just asked subconsciously.

Lin He glanced at it with a slightly cold face, shook his head and said, "I guess there is no hope." The jobs here are very demanding, I looked for a long time, and there were few interviews, and the situation was not very ideal. ”

"What about you?" Lin He just subconsciously asked in passing.

Lin Ranran just said: "We don't know, I feel good after a few interviews, but I don't know what the final result will be." ”

Lin He didn't care when he heard it, in his opinion, he didn't have any hope, and the two who came out of a low-level professional school were even more hopeless.

He comforted: "Anyway, I also came out to see and let you know the gap between yourself and others, so that you will not be too ambitious to find a job in the future." ”

Lin Heyi said, Lin Ranran and Di Mengyun also nodded, and they didn't feel that there was a problem, after all, although the two of them had learned a lot of knowledge, the time was only two months, and in their opinion, they still needed to further improve.

There are Lin Ranran and Di Mengyun, and the students of the "Qingtan Art and Technology School" who have finished the course have also begun to run to the talent market for 66 years, although the jobs they are looking for are different, but they are more or less related to visual arts.

In addition to advertising designers, there are game design companies, animation design companies, stationery manufacturing groups, stereoscopic image groups, graphic image development companies, and other related companies.

......

Huanyu City.

There are many well-known company groups and forces from all sides.

Lin Ziqian was dressed in decent clothes, with a majestic face and a stern expression, and walked into his office, the first thing he did at work was to turn on the Internet.

Clear images of all parties are presented in the office, zoomed in and out, and changed with Lin Ziqian's movements.

As usual, Lin Ziqian browsed through the relevant information, including the most cutting-edge image generation technology, the latest art technology, the most luxurious props and tools, and the latest video works.

Lin Ziqian, as an intermediate Taoist, and at the same time as the general manager of the "Huancheng Image Group", his status is different from that of ordinary people, and he has his own channels to know all kinds of secret things.

This is also one of the reasons why Huancheng Image can become bigger and stronger.

In a corner of the thousands of images in the office, a message caught Lin Ziqian's attention.

The combination of image technology and the Internet makes Lin Ziqian's Internet more vivid and realistic, and Lin Ziqian pointed his finger and clicked on the piece of information.

"Recently, a number of advertising agencies have hired several advertising designers under the age of 30...... Interstellar Animation Entertainment hired a 20-year-old professional school student......"

This secret information is Lin Ziqian's own latest channel, and in fact, it has not been announced to the public, and Lin Ziqian is equivalent to being the first to know about it except for their company.

The person who delivered the information listed the information related to the students at the end of the message, so that Lin Ziqian could pay attention.

Cheongdam Art & Technology School, Visual Arts Student. ”

Lin Ziqian was curious, he has also paid attention to Qingtan Art and Technology School recently, and heard that the number of students has increased a lot recently, and he even heard that there is a rookie teacher who is now more famous.

Lin Ziqian read the entire message and probably understood something.

His eyes flickered, he pondered for a moment, opened a communication channel, and sent a message inside.

Soon after, Lin Ziqian called the person in charge of recruitment and asked him to bring him the information.

Sure enough, he saw several student profiles from Cheongdam Art & Technology School.

The person in charge was a middle-aged woman in her forties, Lin Ziqian relied on her a lot, he took out the information of these students and asked, "Have these people been interviewed at the beginning?"

The middle-aged woman's name is Tan Tan, a very delicate name, but she is not delicate at all, in fact, she is very stereotypical, she took a look and shook her head, "At that time, I saw that these people were not highly educated, and they did not have any experience, and they came from a professional school that was not very famous, so I didn't let them enter the second stage." ”

Tan Tan, a middle-aged woman, said and asked with some apprehension in her heart: "Is there anything wrong with these people?" What she is most afraid of is that these people are related to each other.

Lin Ziqian glanced at Tan Tan and shook his head: "These people don't have any background, I'm just curious, you contact them and let them find a time for an interview, this time I'll go and see for myself." ”

......

Fang Lan smiled at home, his divine power had begun to grow again in the past few days, and the amplitude was still relatively large, and he could replenish a lot of divine power every day.

"The second class has ended, and now some students should have gone to find jobs, and with what they have learned, although they have suffered a little bit in terms of hard conditions, many things are forward-looking, and they should be able to find good jobs. In addition, some people have become my believers, and their physical qualities will get better and better in the future, and it is possible to break through to become Taoists. ”

In this way, the strength of faith in me will be strengthened. And my reputation is starting to grow, and I believe that more people will pay attention to me, and maybe some of them can provide the power of faith. ”

Fang Lan thought about it, one plan after another took shape in his mind, and a broad prospect map came out.

He believed that it would not be long before his fame would spread, not only to Zhonghai but also to Zhonghai.

"As long as I'm strong enough, I'm not afraid to reveal my identity!"

Fang Lan's mind is also constantly changing, from being cautious at the beginning, to slowly becoming bolder, and then to being fearless now.

......

President Li is paying close attention to the latest student employment situation.

Generally speaking, schools do not interfere with students' employment, no matter how much they have studied, as long as they can leave at any time for reasons. Of course, the school doesn't care how long they study, as long as they pay enough to the school, they will be fine even if they study for a year or two.

Many students often study for a year or two in order to learn more knowledge.

And some students just enter the school to learn about the professional knowledge, and they don't stay for too long, so many people actually go out to look for jobs.

In today's world, under the turbulent situation, the world of ordinary people is still stable, but jobs are not so easy to find, and more attention is paid to talents and abilities, and even advanced cultivation is preferred.

Although the vast majority of people can find a job, there is a difference in work, the better the job, the higher the salary, and the more access to the world of monks, which is the most powerful group in the world.

For them, life is not a problem, the question is how to go further, and further represents not only the superiority of life, but also the strength and longevity of life.

The children of the big family don't have to worry about this, the family with a long inheritance is naturally powerful in this regard, but for small families, finding a good job is hope.

The hope of changing your life.

The recent employment situation has made President Li very concerned, because this is the first wave of employment since the Cheongdam Art Technology exhibition in recent days, and it can almost be said that most people choose to go out to look for jobs at this time.

On the one hand, this is because the fame of "Cheongdam Art and Technology School" has begun to spread, and many people want to take advantage of this rare opportunity to increase their chances of finding a good job.

In addition to the students themselves informing the school about the employment situation, if you want to know the latest job situation, you need to go to some special network bases.

A network base is an important network area, and generally speaking, it has a heavy role, some have opened a small virtual space, some have opened an important virtual forum, and some have built a virtual environment.

Principal Li has his own channels, some of which are network bases for the heads of major schools to inquire about the employment situation, and many people who have a lot of information on these network bases, and they can find answers.

Cheongdam Cyber Base is the oldest cyber base in Cheongdam Town, and many school leaders come here to find the information they want to know.

Principal Lee paid attention to the information that improved the "Cheongdam Art and Technology School". He's been around a lot lately.

There are all kinds of information, some only mention "Qingtan Art and Technology School" slightly, and some are close-ups of this school, Principal Li basically did not let go, and the face of the praise showed a smile, and the one who deliberately belittled him showed anger.

There was a message about work, about the students of the school, that caught his eye.

This message describes it like this:

I am a student at Qingyang High School, majoring in advertising design, and I have won a lot of awards in school, and I asked myself to have some ability in advertising, but the day I went to apply......

In addition to mentioning a student from a higher education school, the information mentioned a student of "Qingtan Art Technology", this student is a boy, twenty-one years old, who has studied visual art technology for a period of time, but he applied for advertising design, and made an advertisement on the spot, and the advertisement produced by the company was high-quality, full of creativity, and extremely eye-catching, so that the company designers present were greatly praised, and the student was admitted on the spot.

When they learned that the student had only been studying visual arts technology for two months, the designers present did not believe it, and in their eyes, it seemed that the student should have studied advertising design for many years, but to their surprise, the student had indeed only studied visual arts for a while.
