Because of the living environment, I have liked Taoist culture since I was a child, and I especially like to listen to the legends and stories in the countryside.

When I grew up, I naturally fell in love with Xianxia novels, and later met some real Taoists by chance, only to find out that many Xianxia novels involved Taoist classics.

So I also came up with the idea of writing a Xianxia novel myself, but due to my limited pen power and my laziness, this idea has always existed in my heart and has never been put into action.

Until July this year, when I happened to have some free time, I started to write the beginning of this book "Daohua Hongyuan", but I didn't expect to receive a short contract when it was more than 10,000 words.

At that time, I was really happy, but I didn't expect that this whim of my book could be favored by the editor.

Thanks to my editor-in-charge Beihe, although we have never been in touch.

What I didn't expect was that this "Daohua Hongyuan" would be on the shelves one day!

Why do I mention my book title repeatedly?

Because I have a lot of grudges about the title of the book, it wasn't the name that people chose at the time!

I have thought of more than a dozen titles that are more appropriate for the content of this book, but all of them are occupied.

Alas, I'm a difficult household.

In the end, there was really no choice but to revise the outline and change the last Dao technique in the book to this title.
