After graduating from university, my grandfather began to formally teach me Taoism and pass on the exercises to my family. Since opening the meridians and incorporating the Heaven and Earth Yuan Qi into the body, you can get rid of the dilemma that the spells must be used together, and turn the Yuan Qi into a power chanting spell, you can attract the magnetic field around your body to attack or defend, and the power is definitely more than ten times or more than before, if I meet the Ape Ancestor Sect Master, the Sky Eagle Gate Master, and the Moon Moon Gate Master who surrounded and suppressed us now, at least I will not become a burden to Songqi.

The descendants born in a Taoist family like ours must not only practice the Dao, but also have a strong body, which is the so-called cultivation of the Dharma and complementing each other. With enough physical strength to subdue demons, don't think that reciting two spells and drawing two talismans can level those things that cannot be seen or touched, the things we have to deal with are out of the body, in other words, they are all in a state of soul, a movement and a static fluctuation, will not honestly stay there for you to fight, it is much more difficult to deal with than people, if you don't have quite lasting physical strength, what to do to compete with demons and monsters.

So I practiced the "Yin Yang Tai Chi Sutra" handed down by my family since I was a child, and the "Yin Yang Tai Chi Sutra" is divided into two parts: martial arts and scriptures.

As the name suggests, martial arts is a Tai Chi method for exercising physical fitness, which not only strengthens the body and cultivates physical fitness, but also exercises the endurance of monks. The realm of cultivation is divided into heavenly level, earth level, and human level. I have been practicing since I was a child, and now I have broken through the middle stage of the human level, and I am close to the end of the human level, even if I don't use the Dao method, I will not hurt my life by using my physical strength to deal with ordinary ghosts, which shows the importance of martial arts for monks.

And my grandfather once told me that he had already broken through the Heavenly Steps, and even if he broke into the armed police force alone, he would be able to do it with ease.

The full name of the Xuanjing is "Xuantian Sun Pole Sutra", which can attract the qi of heaven and earth and the yang, and the unique exercises in the Xuanjing are added to the murderous spirit between movement and static. The full name of the Sutra is "The Nine Yin Sutra", and the practice is just the opposite of the "Xuantian Sun Sutra", which attracts the yin qi of heaven and earth between stepping on the gang step.

The Yin and Yang Tai Chi Sutra was created according to the Taoist theory of Yin and Yang, which induces the two qi of heaven and earth, yin and yang.

The yang energy of the "Xuantian Sun Pole Sutra" turned into the Xuantian Seal, which was divided into three levels: heaven, earth and man, and the power of the strong yang was surging, even the immortal saints above were afraid of three points.

The yin qi of the "Nine Yin Yin Sutra" turns into the Nine Yin Seals, which are also divided into three levels: heaven, earth and man, and the power of yin and cold penetrates the ice into the marrow, even the nine ghosts will travel a hundred miles and dare not get close. With the gradual deepening of cultivation, the Xuantian Seal and the Nine Immortal Seals can be compatible and harmonized, and the greatest power of the Yin and Yang Taiji Seal can be exerted.

Although the "Xuantian Sun Polar Sutra" and the "Nine Yin Yin Sutra" are very powerful, they also have their drawbacks.

One of them must be strong enough, martial arts can be practiced by some people in the world, and they are all unique creations, and martial arts in the world are rare. If the soul is not strong enough, and the concentration is not enough, it will not attract pure yang energy, but it will burn the soul and reduce the yang life, and from then on, it will stop cultivating, and even become a wasted person.

When cultivating the Yin and Yang Sutra, it is even more terrifying, if you are not careful, you will be corroded by Yin Qi, go crazy and fall into the demon world, even if you are cautious, you will become a demon, so if you want to practice the Yin and Yang Tai Chi Sutra, you must master the martial arts part, if you want to take a shortcut, you can only eat the consequences.

In layman's terms, the martial arts part and the scripture part of the "Yin and Yang Tai Chi Sutra" are standard, just like Apple's data cable can't charge the Android phone, and the power of joint cultivation will be greater.

In addition to this, there is another drawback of the "Yin and Yang Tai Chi Sutra", that is, the murderous spirit is too heavy, whether it is the martial arts part or the scripture part, one move and one style, one movement and one static killing is invisible, leaving no room for the other party. Therefore, there are very strict requirements for the soul and conduct of the cultivator, if the mind is not right, and the individual rests on the scriptures and the scriptures, he will soon fall into the demon path, and from then on he will be a disaster, and it will be difficult to deal with.

On the contrary, if a person whose soul is not strong enough practices the Xuan Sutra, he will soon be consumed by the spirit of the strong yang and his soul will be incomplete.

Therefore, the ancestors of the Nangong family, generations of Nangong descendants, must have good character and care for the common people, and enter the realm of refining qi and transforming the Yuan Earth Spirit in order to control the "Yin and Yang Taiji Sutra" scriptures and exercises.

But whether it is the Xuan Jing or the Yin Sutra, it must be practiced only when it enters the stage of refining qi and transforming the element, otherwise it can only stay in the martial arts part forever, which is why I have never mentioned the scriptures before, but I have been practicing the martial arts Tai Chi Gong in it.

Although the ancestral training has said that only by entering the realm of refining qi and transforming the Yuan Earth Spirit can I control the "Yin and Yang Taiji Sutra" scriptures, but I was born different from ordinary people, and I am a living treasure that the family has waited for thousands of years, and my grandfather said that as long as I enter the human soul, I can cultivate, and I don't have to follow the ancestral teachings.
