Thirty-three, the historical Ji Longfeng

Ji Jike (1602-1683), the word Longfeng, a native of Puzhou, Shanxi Province (now Yongji City, Shanxi Province), is known as the Divine Fist. Liuhe marksmanship and boxing are transmitted. It is the ancestor of Xinyi Liuhe Boxing, Xinyi Boxing, and Xingyi Boxing.

When Ji Jike was young, he studied literature and martial arts in his home school. He is hardworking and intelligent, and is deeply loved by parents and teachers. Later, Ji Ji could visit a famous teacher in Zhongnan Mountain, and obtained Yue Wumu Boxing Book (Yue Wu Mu Wang Boxing Sutra) [no evidence, suspected to be passed down by descendants]. Ji is proficient in big guns, it is said that when Ji practiced "point rafter gong": riding a war horse, holding a big gun, every time he galloped on a horse, he could always stab the rafters under the eaves. I also heard that "the old man broke the stream in the west of the village, annihilated the Qukui with his hands, and the person was called 'Magic Spear'". Passed out the Liuhe marksmanship. Later, because the Qing Dynasty forbade the people to hide weapons privately, it is said that Ji Ji could create the Liuhe Fist Method according to the Liuhe Marksmanship, and became the ancestor of Xingyi Fist in later generations.

Due to the entry of foreign nationalities into the Central Plains, there was a strong anti-Qing and anti-Qing and restoration of the Ming Dynasty at that time. After Jiashen, Ji Ke was already middle-aged, and always wanted to organize anti-Qing aspirants to restore the great cause of the Ming Dynasty, so he left Xie County, towards the Guandi Temple, to the southeast, Yuezhongtiao Mountain, and to Henan through Pinglu. When crossing Nakajo Mountain, the horse accidentally stumbled and tumbled down the deep stream. With his years of hard work, he climbed the cliff and climbed the path. After arriving in Henan, he heard that anti-Qing people from all over the country gathered in Songshan Shaolin Temple, and the Shaolin Temple rebuilt the "Precepts" and listed "opposing the Qing Dynasty and restoring the Ming Dynasty" as the first purpose of recruiting disciples. Ji Ke went to Shaolin Temple to perform boxing and spearmanship, which was praised by the monks. He was also inspired by the martial arts practice of Shaolin monks. During his stay in Shaolin Temple, he studied in depth the five fists of tiger, dragon, leopard, snake and crane that were prevalent in Shaolin Temple in the Ming Dynasty. One day, he suddenly saw two chickens fighting, and he realized the reason. He thought: Why not create a new idea according to the strengths of various animals? It can be summarized as: chicken legs, dragon body, bear arms, tiger hugging head. There are many scholars, and only Zheng is the only one who is outstanding. The Zheng family passed on Cao Jiwu, and Cao passed on Dai Longbang and Ma Xueli, and this technique was promoted.

Ji Keju Shaolin Temple for ten years, seeing that the "anti-Qing Dynasty and restoration of sight" has come to naught, he left the temple and returned to teach his descendants. His descendants called Xingyi Fist Jikequan. One year, a group of strongmen came to the west bank of the Yellow River, infringing on the people and looting property. Ji Ke led the villagers to resist, personally killed the leader of the strongman, defended his hometown, and won the respect of the villagers. After his death, he was revered as a "master" by his descendants, built a "Fengxian Hall", and enshrined more than 200 portraits. The portrait is still very clear: Ji Ke has a thin face, is about 1.8 meters tall, has white hair, wears a light blue Ming Dynasty costume, and sits peacefully on a painted wooden pier. Like the sideline, it says:

It is difficult to start a business, and it is necessary to keep a good example for children and grandchildren;

It is not easy to keep it, and you must not be ashamed of your ancestors.

Ji Jike's creation of the heart of the Liuhe fist (later known as Xingyi boxing by its disciples rich and perfect, has become one of the important types of boxing in our country, spread at home and abroad.

P.S. Shanxi Xingyiquan Research Association: According to the descendants of the Ji family, Jike's lifelong activities are limited to Shanxi and Henan provinces. He has never been to Zhongnan Mountain, and Zhongnan Mountain does not have Yue Fei Temple. There is no evidence to prove that Yue's boxing scriptures can be obtained.

Later, according to research, Ji Longfeng's "Heart Liuhe Marksmanship" was learned from Dong Bingqian, the martial arts of Qianzai Temple.
