Jindan, after the foundation is completed, the monk's first tribulation will appear at any time, and the successful tribulation is the Jindan monk. Jindan monks can cut the valley without eating, the face is permanent, and the youth and immortality pursued by women can be achieved as long as they practice to the Jindan period. Entering the Jindan period can be regarded as crossing the threshold of cultivation.

Yuan baby, dantian Jindan broken Dan into a baby, appeared a true baby. By entering this realm, the monk has been able to communicate with heaven and earth, and deduce the beginning and end of all things. There is no longer a need for the imperial object to fly, but to use the power of heaven and earth to fly, the power of the spell and the Dao technique has increased greatly, and the state of mind is extremely confident and powerful, and he has truly entered the hall of cultivation.

Yang God, Yuan Infant Dacheng will usher in the second calamity of the monk - Yin Wind Tribulation, the monk who survives the Yin Wind Tribulation will become more powerful, the divine consciousness can fly out of the body, the Yang God out of the body, travel the world, incarnate thousands, manipulate the clone, can do more than two things at the same time, can exert influence on different locations at the same time.

Merging, the yang god, the primordial baby, and the physical body gradually become one, and the continuous integration of profundity, energy and flesh is complete, reaching a powerful realm that conforms to heaven and earth, and the unity of heaven and man. This realm can already support the teleportation of spatial rules, which is also known as "shrinking the ground into inches". Truly stepping into the realm of "rules", the strength of the spirit and the body can make you feel more about the power of rules.

After the Mahayana and integration period is completed, it means that the monk's cultivation has reached the peak, and the monk will usher in the final calamity—the Heavenly Thunder Tribulation, also known as the Heavenly Tribulation. The tribulation is extremely dangerous, and if you are not careful, you will die, and if you are lucky enough to survive the tribulation, you will enter the Mahayana period. Entering the Mahayana period basically means that the monk has become a quasi-immortal, and there will be no more heavenly calamities after that, but only need to accumulate strength, consolidate cultivation, and make the divine body become more and more pure, pure, and self-consummating.

The seven stages of cultivation are divided into the early stage, the middle stage, the late stage, and the Great Perfection.

At this point, the introduction of the cultivation method ends here, and it is unknown whether there is still an unknown realm after the Mahayana, and Zhenyuan Daxian did not have an introduction in it.

The second part of the Taoism, that is, the spell, mainly talks about how to use the aura in the body, for the five elements of each attribute has a categorical introduction, if you don't understand the Tao, it's like having power in the air and don't know how to make it, just like Zhang Wuji, who just learned the "Jiuyang True Scripture" in "Heaven and Dragon Slayer".

And the refining weapon is made of various heavenly and earthly treasures, which are integrated with the prohibition and refined.

The refining chapter has labels on the materials of various refining tools, such as the origin, function, refining method, and so on.

Zhenyuan Daxian divides the magic weapons of the world into magic weapons, magic weapons, spiritual weapons, and artifacts, and divides them into low-level, middle-level, high-level, and top-level.

Magic weapon, the lowest magic weapon, can carry simple prohibitions, achieve simple functions, and have average power.

The refining conditions of the artifact are extremely harsh, and the artifacts in the current world are basically divine weapons that existed before the opening of the sky, and the strength of the power can basically be seen according to the time when they appear.

The refining chapter not only introduces the method and classification of refining weapons, but also gives a detailed explanation of the method of receiving magic weapons, mainly through special prohibition techniques, combining one's own soul brand with magic weapons.

The fourth is alchemy, in a broad sense, alchemy is divided into inner Dan and outer Dan, the inner Dan technique is to use the human body as the furnace, absorb external qi, nourish internal qi, and yin and yang, and pass through the meridians, in fact, it is the process of cultivating the aura of heaven and earth. And the alchemy mentioned here is the outer pill technique, which refers to the use of various secret methods to smelt the elixir and use it to take it to assist in cultivation.

There have been legends about demons and monsters in the world since ancient times, and these demons have been mixed in the world, but they are not discovered by ordinary people.

In all cases, the "Five Elements Formula" can be said to be all-encompassing, with not only the cultivation exercises sent, but also the Taoist arts, alchemy, refining tools, etc., which are commonly known as the six arts of cultivation, and it is a real treasure book of cultivation.
