Emperor Wu Fengyan was delighted, and issued an edict affirming the legal status of Jingjiao and allowing it to build temples in the seat of each state capital.

The Empress Wu worshiped Buddha and was known to the whole world, and Jingjiao wanted to gain political status. There have been subtle changes in the packaging of many doctrines and in the way they are preached. For example, it does not object to the worship of ancestors. You must know that in a powerful country where filial piety is the priority, if you preach that you can only worship God and not your ancestors, you will be stoned to death by a bunch of villagers with hoes when you preach in the countryside, and the government may not care.

On the other hand, the biggest change in Nestorianism is that it has made a similar packaging to Buddhism, for example, the Nestorian monks also call themselves "monks", and they also eat vegetarian food like monks, and the dojos they cultivate are not called churches but "temples", and the translated classics also absorb a lot of traditional Chinese philosophical terms. At the same time, it also borrowed from the authentic Taoist scriptures that were circulating at that time. For example, the title of "God" is "Aroha Great Heavenly Venerable".

Modern people can do all kinds of research on the Nestorian teachings and how to become "hereticals." However, the common people of the Tang Dynasty did not know this, and only knew that this was a kind of Hu religion spread from the Western Regions, preaching the great heavenly venerable Aroha and saving the suffering Christ, believing that it could be redeemed and go to the kingdom of light. The so-called "jing" is the meaning of light in Chinese.

This change in packaging and in the way of preaching was a change of skill in the circumstances, and it was necessary to preach to the common people who could not read a word and had never heard of Christ in a way that they could understand and accept.

However, from a bystander's point of view, although the school of Nestorianism is different from today's Catholic school, its doctrinal core has not changed, it is still God is the only God, believe in me for eternal life, obey the call of Christ to be redeemed, and sin will be punished by hell. Mei Zhenyi was slightly surprised to see them, and the Golden Immortal and the Bodhisattva also had the leisure to join in this excitement? It's normal to think about it, didn't Mei Zhenyi and Zhiyan also come? Moreover, this is the same as the "competition shed" of the Jianghu people, and it is impossible for the Guanzi Bodhisattva in the Wuzhou Municipal Dojo not to come to see who the other party is.

There was also a big man in coarse cloth clothes standing in the crowd, who turned out to be Wei Tan, the boatman. Looking around carefully, Mei Zhenyi now has several people that his divine sense can't easily peep on. He hadn't seen it before, and it seemed that there were a lot of high-ranking people from all walks of life.

With so many high-ranking people coming to a not-so-remarkable puja, it seems that the person who came to the altar to speak must be quite remarkable. Maybe there is an earth-shattering cultivation power. Mei Zhenyi was thinking to herself, and heard the sound of gongs and drums on the stage, which was a signal that the festival was about to begin, and the people in the audience were quiet, and some people were still doing the salute with their hands.

"If there is no desire and no action, then there is no seeking and no action, and if there is no seeking and no action, then you can be pure, and you can be pure. If you can understand and prove, you will be able to understand and prove, then you will be able to shine all over the light, and you will be able to live in peace. If you meet him somewhere else, you will not attract special attention and vigilance. Could it be that this person's cultivation is higher than that of Qingfeng, and he has already reached the realm of thorough Taoism and nature?

If Mei Zhenyi is not mistaken, these should be the "Exodus" in the Old Testament and the "Gospel of Matthew" in the New Testament.

Qingfeng didn't know what to say to Miss Guan secretly, Miss Guan smiled slightly and took out half of the copper coin, gave half of it to Qingfeng, and when the person who collected the money came over, they each put down two hundred and fifty Wen.

These two people gave a lot, and the aunt who received the money stopped and said excitedly: "Pious and loyal people, Arohe Tianzun will definitely bless you...... As long as each of them offers 500 texts, they can be baptized with holy water and bathed in the glory of heaven, which is more effective than the pure bottle of nectar of the Bodhisattva who is at ease. ”

Guan Xiaomei's face did not change and she couldn't see her joy and anger, but Qingfeng looked at the sky, and waved her sleeves indifferently, which clearly meant that she was saying: "The reward has been completed, don't be too talkative." ”

When the person who was holding the basket and collecting the money left, Qingfeng took out a piece of gold ingot and threw it to Miss Guan, and Mei Zhenyi saw this scene in her eyes. It turned out that Qingfeng borrowed change from Miss Guan as a reward, and then returned her a gold ingot. Where did Qingfeng get the money? I think that Mei Zhenyi found Wei Tan in order to thank him, and left three hundred taels of gold in Jingting Mountain.

This fairy boy has also learned to go into the city to spend money, but it is really rare for him to spend money like this, and he is unwilling to put the gold ingot in the basket, so he used it to exchange it for two hundred and fifty copper coins to Miss Guan as a reward. That gold ingot was worth at least 25,000 wen, and Miss Guan accepted it without saying anything. Jiang Quanju re-ascended the stage, reviewed the various miraculous deeds of Christ in the "King Ma Said the Gospel of Salvation", and finally said: "Fellow villagers, as long as you awaken the piety and loyalty to the Great Heavenly Venerable in your heart, there is no miracle that cannot be created, and no suffering cannot be overcome. ...... Keep your eyes open and witness the miracles together!"
