At this time, the poor road was bored and looked around, and saw a book stuck on the branch not far away, and that book was this boxing scripture. Later, my master and I searched for a few more days, but found nothing before returning to the view with the boxing scriptures. This punch has also become a method of strengthening the body in my view, and learning this punch is also light and healthy, and it will prolong life. ”

If the big profit is rushing, its use is endless...... 'this road fist has a total of seventy-two roads, which is to attack the real with falsehood, and win more than enough with the insufficiency. It is necessary to aim at being clear in the air, soft and tough, feminine and incomparable, and if there is no fist power, it needs to be clear and clear in the heart. The sixteen-character key of this fist is, 'empty hazy pine hole, wind and dreams, rushing to the poor, and Tong Yong bow worm'. ”
