1. About the background of creation

The first 30 chapters of the book were written in August 2013 and published on the Tianya Forum. At that time, Sanguan left the capital and returned to his hometown, feeling that the five years of Beijing drifting were written against the background of my colleagues, friends and my experiences, and the characters and even the names in the early stage of the novel were all my colleagues and friends in reality. Many of the stories in it also happened around us, Mingjiao, Heifeng Village, and Liu Qingfeng all have prototypes, so it is very easy to write.

On January 25, 2016, after the novel was serialized, it was out of control, and more and more readers liked it, and as a result, the manuscript was expanded to 1.2 million, and I didn't expect to write so many words. The meager manuscript fee made me not very concerned about writing books. It's just that seeing so many book friends waiting for updates every day keeps me going.

For that, I am very grateful to the lovely readers. As for pirated book lovers, I also treat them equally. 2. On the creative process

Sanguan is a newcomer, and a brain-hole player, except for a 200-word outline when signing the contract, there is no outline at all, even sitting in front of the computer today, I don't know what kind of story to write in two hours, what I can do is according to the previous plot, combined with things in reality, let the story produce the story by itself, as for the outline or something, it will restrict my thinking. Of course, there are also drawbacks, that is, many of the holes dug cannot be filled, or the writing collapses. If you set a good outline, when writing, you will lack aura and creativity, which will directly affect the quality of the book.

After 250,000 words of "Dart", it is basically a brand new story, originally planned to be 800,000 words, but was later asked to write 1.2 million, adding some fantasy plots in the middle, what the underworld, and also added a trip to the Northern Zhou Dynasty, which was originally unplanned. If there is a chance to publish a physical book in the future, I will make major changes to the plot and cut it to less than 800,000. But if you don't publish a book, so be it.

With a correct attitude, I also have to analyze my own shortcomings. One is that there are too many typos, this needs to be reviewed, I didn't think so much at first, and I didn't bother to revise it after I finished writing, and when I re-read it recently, I found that typos do affect the perception very much, and the next book must definitely avoid this; Fourth...... In short, there are too many shortcomings, and the next book will improve and break through!

3. About the update speed

I usually write updates from Monday to Thursday nights, and since the book opened, it has only been interrupted for six days, and I have never saved the manuscript, which I am quite proud of. But to expect me to blow up or something, that's almost impossible. A person's inspiration for a day is limited, and after writing every day, it feels like the body has been hollowed out. The explosion will only increase the watering, and there is nothing substantial. Fortunately, my readers are more tolerant and there are no problems scolding me for updates.

Fourth, about the pit and the sequel

The book dug a lot of holes, most of them were filled, and some of the holes were not filled due to the time gap of 3 years. For example, Huang Xiaoyu of Heaven and Earth, and a love mad control hooligan walker with Xiaomi 4S, the story of the drifting bottle and so on. If I have the opportunity to write a sequel or a dart story in the future, I will fill these holes.

There is also a side story - "Liu Qingfeng Havoc in Wudang Mountain", I didn't fill it in, it is expected to be about 8,000 to 10,000 words, and I will fill this hole before opening a new book.

5. About the new book "The Days of the Immortal Class"

I wanted to take a month off, but writing became a habit. I'm going to spend a week preparing the materials, thinking about the outline, starting to write around New Year's Day, saving enough 100,000 words to start uploading, and it is estimated that it will be around the Spring Festival.

The new book is a funny novel set in Chinese mythology, telling the story of the struggle between the six worlds of gods, devils, demons and Buddhas for the resources of spiritual stones (the power of faith), it should be a funny version of the Heavenly Court Infernal Affairs, the goal of this book is to subvert traditional Chinese mythology and explain Chinese mythology from a new perspective.

Another piece of good news is that the new book is written in the third person, with full punctuation. I'm used to first-person nonsense, but I don't know if I'll be able to handle third-person articles when the time comes.
