Over time, it was enough for Yue Buqun to get a glimpse of some of the mysteries of the Yi Jin Sutra from the subtle changes in the undefeated spirit of the East.

In addition, Yue Buqun had vaguely heard that the opening chapter of the Yijin Sutra was named: If you want to ascend to the right fruit, there are two initial foundations, one is called clear void, and the other is called replacement; Those who want to clear the inside, and those who take off it, the I Ching is also, and they want to strengthen the outside......

The five qi are supple and smooth, and just cultivating the Yijin Sutra to the advanced realm can also wash the five internal organs, and there is no need to wash the marrow meridian at all.

In fact, it is not difficult to speculate that the Yijin Sutra and the Pulp Washing Sutra. It is all Bodhidharma's pure glazed body that is poured into the body by the vitality of heaven and earth in the realm of the unity of heaven and man, and washed by it.

After long-term cultivation, the body's muscles, bones, and viscera can gradually reach the standard of the innate realm, and the internal force will push the boat down the river to enter the innate realm, and continue, getting closer and closer to the body of the unity of heaven and man.

Of course, just getting close to each other cannot really achieve the unity of heaven and man. After all, the wonder of the unity of heaven and man is mysterious and mysterious, with one mind, formless and substantial, and it is by no means easy to achieve by tangible cheats.

From a closer look, the practice of the Yijin Sutra is not complicated, but the inner principle is extremely subtle. The state of mind of the body, and even the chance, miss the slightest mistake for thousands of miles, and if you don't practice it right, it will be useless, so many Shaolin abbots have not practiced it in their lives.

In contrast, it is more difficult to get started with innate skills, and once you get started, it directly refers to the essence and spirit core of the innate three treasures of the human body, aggregates the innate three treasures, and cleanses the body with the innate vitality of essence and purity.

The body and mind are pure, the essence is supple, and even the heart is not outward, the love is not chasing things, the practice of qi is gradually getting better, and the natural state of the five qi is profound.

If you can be full of essence and energy, mixed as one, and incarnate without limit, you can get a glimpse of the wonder of "three flowers gathering at the top", and you can be empowered to create the foundation of immortals.

A wisp of sandalwood had already burned out, the secret room was dark and chaotic, day and night, Yue Buqun's mind escaped into the void, and he didn't know the passage of time.

I don't know how long it took, the blue, red, white, black and yellow five elements qi that flowed into the dantian qi sea in Yue Bu's group was extremely rich and majestic, and naturally followed the innate purple qi around the whole body and spread all over the skin.

But seeing the purple glow on his face, the five colors of blue, red, white, black and yellow flashed one after another, and the cycle began endlessly.

And in the lower dantian qi sea, the reunion, chaotic innate purple qi and the core of the five elements qi began to slowly rise along the Ren vein, passing through the Shenque and passing through the Juque......

Where the true qi aura passed, the plain white thin clothes were as transparent, directly revealing a huge ball of brilliant amethyst floating in front of Yue Buqun, and the blue and white, black and yellow colors inside flowed, and the light and extinguish flickered.
