In the final analysis, the essence of the human body is also transformed by the vitality of heaven and earth, and the essence of heaven and earth is active and agile in this world, so the essence of the human body is also extremely active.

In fact, with the strength of his [Essence and Spirit] origin and the richness of his accumulation, every time he gathers his thoughts and settles his mind at the age of three, he will sprout a strong sense of qi, and if he wants to practice true qi, it is only a thought.

However, he knows very well that when surviving the sea of suffering in life, the physical and physical treasure raft must not be damaged in the slightest, and the foundation of cultivation is really the most important thing, and it must not be taken lightly.

Refining and refining qi too early is actually fueling the seedlings and destroying the foundation, so I have been ignoring the temptation of true qi, and has postponed it until now, only to feel that everything is ready, and the spiritual opportunity has arrived, so I can move with my heart and enter the practice of qi.
