In short, the human body is a treasure raft that crosses the world, which contains the secrets of heaven and earth, and many of the Buddhist yoga methods and mantra mudras are through the three secrets, through the yoga realm of the human body, the mind is clear, the life potential and wisdom are stimulated, and the universe is communicated, and the state of unity between heaven and man is achieved, that is, the body becomes a Buddha.

Of course, there are many practitioners of the Three Tantric Yoga, and there are very few who can truly communicate with the universe and even become one with heaven and man, and the vast majority of people can only stop at the clear mind and open up the potential and wisdom of life!

That is to say, like the four holy monks in this world, the Buddhist saints with deep mental conception may be slightly inferior to the top great masters in the world, but for any master below the great master, they are all stones in the pit, smelly and hard, which can be said to be more than enough.

Even so, no one can deny that Buddhism is one of the broad avenues for human beings to explore the meaning of life and pursue the eternal way of heaven, which is enough to be listed as the crystallization of the highest wisdom of mankind along with the Tao and the two sects of Demons.

Shi Zhixuan's own attainments on Daomen Jindan Avenue are no longer inferior to any great masters in this life, even if the [Longevity Formula] and [Huangtian Da*Fa] are face-to-face, they are only a little reference.

Half a day later, Shi Zhixuan left the Dashi Temple, carried the pine Zen staff, and went to the wilderness and dense forest, transporting the [Floating Light Glimpse] light work, walking on the ground on countless towering ancient trees with green shade, and going deep into Qingcheng Mountain.

Compared with the Qingcheng Mountain in the previous life, the Qingcheng Mountain in this life is more desolate and primitive, the mountains are deep and the forests are deep, and there are few human tracks, but it is also suitable for Shi Zhixuan to let go of all disguises and enjoy retreat and refinement.

Finding a dry stone cave on the most secluded cliff in the back mountain, covering the entrance of the cave with tree vines, Shi Zhixuan recovered the true qi of the beginning, and began the longest and most important concentrating and calming qi since the cultivation of this life......

Although it has absorbed Buddhism Yoga, an alternative method of cultivating the body and mind, the core of the cultivation of the [Yuan Shi Zhen Fa] created by Shi Zhixuan is still in the three of [Essence, Qi and Shen], and the method is the way of integrating the three teachings of the Quanzhen Dao.

The one who is true is also the one who is true. All essence, all energy, all spirit, it is called all true.

The premise of the three perfections is to be determined, the heart is pure, and the mind is true. The essence and spirit are the three elements of medicine, and the body and mind are the three elements. The refining of essence depends on the body, the refining of qi depends on the heart, and the refining of the spirit depends on the mind.

Refining and refining qi, so first protect their body, refining qi and transforming their gods, so first protect their hearts. The body is solid, and the form is solid. If the heart is fixed, God is perfect, and God is perfect. The body and mind are combined, the life is complete, the form is wonderful, and it is called Danji Chengye.

If you want to condense the inner pill like Yan Fei more than a hundred years ago, Shi Zhixuan only needs to breathe during the day and absorb enough heaven and earth essence qi to do it.

However, reincarnated and rebuilt, how could Shi Zhixuan waste the opportunity to hastily form such a chicken side door Neidan.

Not bad. Yan Fei's Inner Dan is among the Dan Dao that Shi Zhixuan III is known and understood, and it is only limited to the color of the Inner Dan of the side gate!

Originally, taking the method of Dan Tribulation could not form an inner Dan, and could only be burned into ashes by the sun fire like the original owner of the Dan Tribulation, Fengdao people, which proved that this method could not naturally become a Dan, and it was really a side door evil method that misled one's life. Not enough to become enlightened.

However, it can't cover Yan Fei's pig's foot aura, and it is hard to synthesize the inner Dan by chance, but this kind of inner Dan that relies on the external force Dan fire yang qi and the different kinds of yin and cold true qi to combine yin and yang, and the inner Dan that is made up haphazardly is actually worrying in texture, and it is not reasonable to calculate that it is worse than the authentic inner Dan.

And when Yan Fei Neidan was first formed, the reason why he named the practice of the Imperial Envoy Method [Jindan Da * Law] was actually unclear, precisely because he did not know the difference between truth and falsehood, authenticity and side doors.

However, even so. Yan Fei can also rely on this side door inner pill to become one of the top masters in the world, it can be seen that the inner pill is rare - the side door inner pill is also an inner dan, which is enough to open a huge gap with all those who have not become an inner dan, and it is still a qualitative change!

Zhongcheng is to take Qiankun as the tripod tool, and Kanli as water and fire. The black rabbit is the medicine, the spirit and soul are the five elements, the body and mind are the dragon and tiger, and the qi is the true seed. The cold and summer of the year are the fire, the water irrigation is the bath, the inner realm does not come out, the outer realm does not enter the solid economy, Taiyuan, Jianggong, and Jingfang are the three essentials, the mud pill is the entrance, and the spirit is mixed into Dancheng.

The only pity is that Sun En's [Huang Tianda * Method] missed the yang to the strong, and the middle-grade Neidan failed to mellow yin and yang, but instead compared to Yan Fei's side door Neidan.

Of course, regardless of the upper, middle and lower grade Neidan or the side door Neidan, it is better to have Neidan than nothing.

Just like Shi Zhixuan in his previous life, because of the low and inert nature of the vitality of heaven and earth, even though the spirit and spirit were mixed into a round and the form and spirit were wonderful, he had never been able to form an inner pill, otherwise there was no need to give up the flesh * body.

However, the similarity between Shi Zhixuan and Sun En in the previous life lies in the fact that both of them persevered in cultivating their minds with great perseverance and great wisdom, and they were born into the realm of returning to the void, so that the primordial gods could seize the cosmic Yuan power, so that they could be sure to suppress Yan Fei, who was both yin and yang and inner Dan Dacheng by chance.

According to Shi Zhixuan's conjecture, the only person who truly completes the inner pill and successfully achieves the golden pill is Guangchengzi and Ling Donglai, because they can fly * rise in the white * day.

It's a pity that Shi Zhixuan is currently limited by his physical development, and his spirit and spirit have not been fully developed, and he has become a premature baby who has become a congenital deficiency.

It is best to be full, full of energy, and complete, and the spirit is full of condensation, and it will naturally achieve Neidan.

This was exactly Shi Zhixuan's plan ten years ago, and according to his speculation, she who was reincarnated as a daughter, should have similar plans if she had an unexpected chance.

However, the paths of the two are not exactly the same, if the reincarnation into a female body is only a necessary level for her [Taiyin Transformation], then the female body in this life is a natural "Dao Fetal Spirit" that belongs to her only in the beginning.

From this point of view, Shi Zhixuan is actually a little behind, but his Jindan Avenue is a gradual way to heaven after all, there is no shortcut, and it is not as good as her completely giving up men and women, and she has her own gains.

However, since discovering that the Heaven and Earth Yuan Qi in this world is extremely rare and extremely spiritual, Shi Zhixuan has also repeatedly thought about some ways to use the spirituality of the Heaven and Earth Yuan Qi to promote his strengths and avoid his weaknesses.

Finally, when he accidentally gave birth to a sheep last month, he had a feeling, so that he determined the most feasible "prototype of the Tao", and this time after referring to the supreme yoga contained in the five hundred Arhat statues in the Dashi Temple, he was even more sure of it.

The complete Dao fetus is actually no different from the golden pill, comparable to the spirit of the spirit is perfect and leaky, and the golden pill that returns to the void, the entry of the Dao fetus is low, and only a part of the innate Yuan Shen and the vitality are combined, and it can become a congenital Dao fetus.

The more the god is finished, the more qi is sufficient, the more mature the Dao fetus is, and finally the consummation is complete, and the realm similar to the golden pill can be achieved.

Perhaps for others, it is extremely difficult to combine the innate primordial spirit and the innate vitality, and if you want to force it, it will inevitably fall into a state of mixed acquired consciousness and innate vitality, but the tiger will not become an anti-dog.

But Shi Zhixuan once stepped into the state of mind of returning to the void, and his extraordinary attainments in the Yuan Shen and Yuan Qi are difficult to compare in this life.

And what really gave him this idea was that when Daoxin passed on his Dharma hand, the two of them joined hands to fight, when he suffered a secret loss on the copycat version of Daoxin's [One Finger Zen], and his whole body was stimulated, and the mysterious and infinite [Yuan Shi Zhen Fa] was almost about to operate on its own and dissolve the strange force. If he hadn't taken the initiative to operate the pure true qi of the [Moko Immeasurable Wisdom Sutra], dissolved the anti-shock force in time, and straightened out the qi veins, I'm afraid he would have been 'exposed in his original form' long ago!

Because of this, at that time, he pondered this point roughly, and felt that the [Yuan Shi Zhen Fa], as his origin exercise, could be said to be deeply rooted in the bone marrow of the body, rooted in the Tao and spirituality, and integrated with the essence and spirit.

Once an external force invades his body and wants to destroy his essence and spirit, the [Yuan Shi True Method] will be intolerably explosive, ready to move, ready to operate on its own, and eliminate these strange forces.

From this point of view, the [Origin True Method] can be described as extremely domineering, and there is quite a subtle spirituality of self-respect!

But after thinking about it repeatedly, he felt that the key here was not only that the [Origin True Method] was too domineering and mysterious, but because he was reincarnated and recultivated, his spirit was not powerful at first glance, but it was extremely pure and beautiful.

And he practiced the pure innate qi as soon as he practiced the qi, and at the beginning he practiced the most exquisite innate god, perhaps both of them reached perfection, but they have begun to secretly merge, and there is a tendency to achieve the innate dao fetus.

This will make when his body is invaded by external forces, his spirit and qi will be ready to move, ready to run the Xuan Gong on his own, and eliminate these strange forces.

This kind of supernatural spirituality, which is far superior to any innate heavenly skill, is actually infinitely close to the innate Dao fetus, or it can even be said that it is only one foot away from the Dao fetus.

Just like Sun En, Neidan has it, and there is the realm of returning to the void, just about grabbing the Yuan Force of Heaven and Earth and turning it into a thunderous blow that is extremely strong and strong, but it is difficult to go further, let alone smoothly peek into a higher world...... Alas!

It is precisely because when Sun En cultivated his innate qi and formed the inner pill that he chose to focus on the most powerful yang in the yang, the result was that it was difficult to return, and he could not reach the realm of both yin and yang, water and fire.

Therefore, Shi Zhixuan will always endure the act of achieving the Dao Fetus, until he integrates the supreme yoga method of the Dashi Temple, and is ready to gather the supreme mysteries of the Tao and the Buddha, and achieve the best quality of the innate Dao Fetus in the sympathy of heaven and man, and the harmony of the underworld.
