It can be seen that the subtle spiritual realm can effectively regulate the dynamic balance interval of the body, body, essence and spiritual thoughts, that is, to reconcile yin and yang, and sort out the void and reality. In Taoism, this state of mind is the nature of the Tao and the law, the unity of heaven and man -- no desire and no action, harmony and unity with the nature of heaven and earth, so that miscellaneous thoughts and demonic thoughts are plain and scarce, and the waves are not prosperous; in the case of Buddhism, this state of mind is the emptiness of all laws, bright and peaceful -- not attached to all kinds of things, the heart has its own great joy and purity, not stained with dust, not moved by demonic thoughts; in Confucianism, this state of mind is the human heart is only in danger, the Tao heart is only slight, but the essence is the only one, allowing attachment to the middle - Be prepared for danger, firm beliefs, sincerity, be cautious in doing things, walk on thin ice, like facing the abyss, and naturally will not be mistaken by delusions and illusions.
