What kind of character Lao Tzu is, he can naturally see that the impassioned color of the lantern Taoist is pretended, and after thinking for a while, he said to him: "Don't worry, the Hinayana Buddhism has merit to be obtained, and the benefits of the teacher and nephew will naturally be indispensable at that time." The reason why Lao Tzu said this was because he thought that the people who lit the lamp wanted to ask for benefits from him, so he would say comfort. But Lao Tzu never thought that the people who burned the lamp Dao had apostasy at this time.

However, when the person who lit the lamp heard that there was merit to be obtained, his eyes suddenly lit up, and he said secretly: "I never thought that there would be an unexpected gain this time." Then there was a secret smile in his heart: "It seems that Lao Tzu thinks that I want to take this opportunity to make some benefits, hum! After thinking about it, Randeng's face was straight, and he said to Lao Tzu: "The master has been preaching for his disciples for hundreds of years, which is a rare harvest, how dare the disciples think otherwise!"

Lao Tzu listened, nodded slightly, and then said: "In this way, the master and nephew will leave." Then he took the mount of the green ox and the lamp, and ordered him to take it and ride with the doppelganger.

Hearing this, the people who lit the lamp Taoist bowed to Lao Tzu, led the green ox, and ran out of the Taiqing sky to the mortal world.

Just after Lao Tzu ordered the lamp to be lit in the lower realm of the Daoist, in the Biyou Palace on Penglai Island, Tongtian, who was cultivating with his eyes closed, suddenly opened his eyes, his face was gloomy, and he said coldly: "Lao Tzu is really a fool, he actually thought of such a bad trick, he is really a saint! Hmph, if this continues, the West may really resurrect and prosper again." "After all, Tongtian's face is even worse, and the gloomy ones can drip water.

You must know that Lao Tzu's move, not only failed to achieve the expected effect, but also sent a quasi-saint to Western Buddhism, what is even more hateful is that Buddhism took this opportunity to supplement the luck of the Great Sect with Theravada Buddhism, and no longer worry about the damage of the twelve golden lotus.

"How did the original teach the disciples, don't you know? I'm afraid it's not just the lamp, but also that Cihang and the others now have different intentions. Such a disciple, such a teacher, you can't even see what kind of senior brother you should be!" Tongtian was depressed in his heart and yelled directly.

You must know that if Randen and others really join Buddhism, then the position of the Buddhist quasi-saint will increase dramatically, only under his interception, although the strength of the quasi-saint of Buddhism is a step worse than that of the quasi-saint of the Daomen, but don't forget, there are many Buddhist disciples, that is, others, exposition, and interception of the three teachings together can not be compared, so many quasi-saints, plus so many disciples, Tongtian suddenly felt a worry in his heart, I don't know if the disciples can cope with it.

At that moment, Tongtian thought for a moment, then raised his head and said hatefully: "Even if you wait for the Buddha Gate to have this opportunity, if you want to prosper, you still need to pass the poor road." After that, I thought that all these things were caused by Lao Tzu's own cleverness, and I couldn't help but feel a big hatred in my heart, and said secretly: "Lao Tzu, you are so shallow, and the poor road will not make you feel better. ”

After thinking about it, Tongtian no longer cultivated, and directly began to plan the journey to the west and Shushan.

However, it is said that after the lantern man led the green ox out of the sky, he came to the world in a few days. Then go all the way to Luoyi, after arriving at Luoyi, the people who lit the lamp easily found Lao Tzu's clone, after all, Lao Tzu's clone is famous in the world, and after a little inquiry, you will know its residence.

When the lantern man saw Lao Tzu's clone, Lao Tzu's clone was sitting in the middle of the house. At that moment, Lao Tzu heard someone coming in, opened his eyes leisurely, and saw that it was a person who lit the lamp, so he said lightly: "It's here." ”

Although the person in front of him is just a doppelganger of Lao Tzu, the person who burns the lamp does not dare to slack off, and at this critical moment, he does not want to make extraneous branches, so he even makes a big bow to worship: "The disciple has seen the master uncle with the lamp, and I wish the master the holy life of the master." So saying, he fell to his knees.

Lao Tzu's clone nodded slightly and said, "Don't be polite, get up." After a pause, he continued, "Then I'll go." With that, he got up and walked out.

When the lantern Taoist heard this, his heart was excited, but his face was silent, and he nodded: "Yes." Then he followed behind Lao Tzu's clone and walked out.

The two got out of the house, Lao Tzu rode on the green ox, and the lantern Taoist immediately stepped forward and led the green ox to Hangu Pass.

However, it was said that Guan Yin, an official who guarded the Hangu Pass, was observant of astronomy when he was young, loved to read ancient books, and had profound cultivation. Seeing the purple clouds gathering in the east, which are 30,000 miles long, shaped like a flying dragon, rolling from east to west, I know that there will be a saint coming. So he sent people to sweep the road for forty miles, and burned incense in the middle of the road to welcome the saints. In the afternoon of this day, the sun was setting in the west, and the light was shining eastward. Guan Yin suddenly saw an old man among the sparse pedestrians under the pass, riding a green ox upside down. The old man's hair was as white as snow, his eyebrows were drooping his sideburns, his ears were hanging down his shoulders, his beard was hanging down his knees, his face was red and plain, and he was simple and clean. Guan Yin looked up to the sky and sighed: "I am fortunate to see a saint in this life!" So he took three steps and made two steps, ran forward, knelt in front of the green ox and bowed: "Guan Yin knocks on the saint." ”

Lao Tzu saw that the person who bowed to him had a square face, thick lips, long eyebrows, and a nose, majestic but not cold, soft and not flattering, and knew that he had some fate with this person, so he deliberately tried to say: "Guan Ling Lord bows to the poor old man, which is a very courtesy! The old man does not dare to bear it, I don't know what to say?"

Guan Yin said: "Old man, the saint is also! ”

Lao Tzu tried again: "What is the sacredness of the old man?" Shame on you for being so loved. Shame on the old man?"

Guan Yin said: "Although Guan Yin is not talented, he is good at astronomy and knows a little about changes. Seeing the purple qi coming from the east, knowing that there is a saint going west, seeing the purple qi is vast, rolling like a dragon, its length is 30,000 li, knowing that the one who comes is holy and supreme, not the usual saint; seeing the white clouds of the head of the purple qi, knowing that the saint has white hair, it is the appearance of an old man; seeing the purple qi before the green ox stars are holding each other, knowing that the saint is coming by the green ox. ”

After hearing this, Lao Tzu laughed: "Awards, awards!" is the lantern Taoist who is holding the green ox in front of him is also secretly frightened, thinking: "I never thought that there is such a person in the world, looking at his face and knowledge, I am afraid that some immortals are difficult to match, it is really rare." Thinking about it, the Lantern Daoist took a deep look at Guan Yin, but he was secretly interested in him.

At that moment, Guan Yin heard Lao Tzu's words and was overjoyed, and then he knelt on the ground and kowtowed.

After that, Guan Yin led Lao Tzu to the official residence, invited Lao Tzu to sit down, burned incense and performed the disciple's ceremony, and then pleaded: "The teacher is the great sage of today! Now the saints will live in seclusion and be unkind, and it will be difficult for those who seek advice to find them! Why not write the sages of the saints as a book? Although Guan Yin is shallow and untalented, he is willing to pass on to the world on behalf of the saints, and to pass them on through the ages and benefit all generations. ”

Hearing this, Lao Tzu nodded secretly. Then he took the rise and fall of the dynasty, the safety and misfortune of the people as a reference, and traced its source. He wrote two articles, the first and the second, with a total of 5,000 words.

The first part begins with "Tao Ke Dao, very Dao, name can be named, very famous". Therefore, it is called the "Tao Jing".

The beginning of the second part is "If you are not virtuous, you are virtuous, and if you are not virtuous, you are not virtuous, but you are not virtuous." Therefore, it is called "Tao Te Ching", collectively known as "Tao Te Ching". The Tao Jing says that the universe is the root of the universe, containing the opportunity of the changes of heaven and earth, and the wonder of the changes of yin and yang;

Speaking of this, Lao Tzu's eyes flashed, and then he said: "There is a junior disciple in the poor Dao, who is the Tongtian Sect Master in your mouth, and his exercises are very peculiar, but it is suitable for you. Poor Dao also fought with him, watched his spells, and created a sword cultivation method, which can be passed on to you. ”

Guan Yin heard Lao Tzu say that he was not suitable for cultivating the Taiqing Immortal Method, and he was depressed for a while. But after listening to Lao Tzu's next words, there was a burst of ecstasy in my heart. At this time in the world, the ancient gods gradually became legends, and there were few believers in each religion, but Tongtian's interception of religion was still the first of the four religions, which was Tongtian's experience of the Lich War, the Three Emperors and Five Emperors, the Great Tribulation of the Gods, and the accumulation of countless years of accumulation, which is not comparable to the other three religions.

And this Guan Yin, as a human race, naturally knows the name of Tongtian, and when he heard that he could obtain the cultivation method of Tongtian, he couldn't help but feel excited in his heart.

Lao Tzu saw Guan Yin's expression, and secretly sighed in his heart, intercepting the sect is deeply rooted in the hearts of the people, even when such a practice is not prosperous, there can still be such an achievement, which makes Lao Tzu jealous. At that moment, Lao Tzu cleaned up his mood and awarded the sword cultivation method to Changmei. After thinking about it for a while, he gave him the "Liangyi Dust Array", the top apologetic array of others, and also gave him the "Innate Qi Taiqing Divine Rune" refined in the Bagua Furnace as a spiritual treasure of the town array.

Guan Yin Daxi took it, and there was a burst of jealousy in the hearts of the people who burned the lamp on the side, and at the same time, the people who burned the lamp also noticed the fluctuations in Lao Tzu's heart, and secretly remembered it in his heart.

Lao Tzu glanced at Guan Yin and said lightly: "So everything is over, and the poor road should also be on the road." With that, he went out with the lamp.

Seeing this, Guan Yin hurriedly got up to send him off.

The three of them went out of Hangu Pass, Lao Tzu turned to Changmei who saw him off and said: "This is not a place to practice, after you pass on my "Tao Te Ching" to the world, you will go to Emei Mountain in Shuzhong to practice." After that, Lao Tzu went to Hangu Pass with the lamp.
