Dayu has made such a great contribution that he has become a powerful contender for the future co-owner of the human race, but Di Shun has already chosen for this. Therefore, Emperor Shun gave a piece of black jade to Dayu on the top of the human sacrifice ceremony to commend his merits, and announced the success of water control and the great rule of the world to the people of heaven and earth.

Di Shun also played a trick this time, the reason why he insisted on rewarding Dayu on the sacrifice was to make the people of the human race think that the success of the water control was blessed by the gods. I want to reduce Dayu's prestige. However, the effect can only be seen later.

After Emperor Shun rewarded Dayu, he hurriedly ordered the merchants to speed up their familiarity with government affairs. It's a pity that there are unforeseen circumstances, Emperor Shun in the thirty-ninth year of his reign, went to the south to patrol, through the wilderness, suddenly moved, fainted, the courtiers rescued for three days and three nights before waking up. It's just that at this time, Di Shun was already distracted, his face was pale, and his whole body was weak. Di Shun knew that he was not much, but now Shang Jun failed to convince the public, Di Shun sighed.

Di Shun thought about it, then found all the ministers, looked at the next Dayu, Di Shun's eyes were extremely complicated. In the end, Di Shun supported his body, and the corners of his mouth trembled and said to Dayu: "Dayu, I know that you have been haunted by the fact that I beheaded your father, in fact, how can I bear to behead him, but if I don't behead him, how can I give an explanation to the people of the world?!"

Emperor Shun ordered Dayu to step forward, then took Dayu's hands, shook his head and said: "You don't need to say more! I know that the limit has come, and from now on I will hand over the human race to Shang Jun, you have to be a good student to assist him, don't wipe the black of Xuanyuan's ancestors!"

Emperor Shun was helpless, and turned to the ministers and said: "People are not sages, who can be without faults?" After a lifetime, flaws are inevitable, mistakes can be changed, and the majesty of the emperor is obtained by the respect of the people. Today, I have issued an edict to the people of the world, so as to justify the name of Kun, and also show the virtue of Dayu. ”

As soon as he finished speaking, Dayu finally reacted, and he choked up and said: "Your Majesty, rest assured, the ministers should lead our human race well, assist His Royal Highness Shang Jun wholeheartedly, and live up to the teachings of the saints and the Holy Emperor!"

When Di Shun heard this, a hint of ruddy appeared on his pale face, and he said loudly: "So I can go with peace of mind!"

Seeing this, the ministers hurriedly knelt on the ground and cried. I saw a nine-clawed divine dragon suddenly fly out of Emperor Shun's body, hovering nine times over the cangwu field, and then flew up to the nine heavens with a roar, flying towards the direction of the Huoyun Cave!

At this time, the sky condensed several golden rays of merit, and one of the largest chased towards the nine-clawed divine dragon. And the rest of the roads are all flying towards the west. But it is the perfection of the merits of the emperor, and the merits of the heavens are rewarded by the heavens, and the people in the West also contribute a lot, so they naturally get a share.

These several merits flew to the Western Spirit Mountain, one of which fell slightly on Sakyamuni's body, only to see Sakyamuni's whole body surrounded by golden light, a moment later, the golden light disappeared, and a person flew out of Sakyamuni's body, saluted Sakyamuni and said: "I have seen Daoyou, congratulations to Daoyou for successfully beheading the corpse, and the road can be expected." ”

Shakyamuni laughed loudly and said loudly: "Fellow Daoists don't have to be polite, you and I are one, and we should be happy together." The man laughed, and then turned into a streamer of light and disappeared into Shakyamuni's body. Seeing this, everyone hurriedly stepped forward to congratulate them. When Shakyamuni saw this, he also returned the salute one by one.

Shakyamuni beheaded the corpse, and the saints immediately sensed it.

In the Tushi Palace of Shouyang Mountain, after Lao Tzu sensed the beheading of Shakyamuni's corpse, his heart was mixed with mixed joy, happy that he was now an alliance with the West, and the West filled in a quasi-sacred, which increased the strength of the alliance; Therefore, Lao Tzu's mood at this time was quite complicated.

However, after careful calculation, although there are also Burning Lamp Dao people under his own sect who have successfully beheaded the corpses, this Burning Lamp Dao people can be regarded as the same generation as the primordial and others, and cannot be counted as primordial disciples. Therefore, no one under the original door has ever beheaded the corpse. In this way, isn't it only his primitive disciple who has no way? Unable to teach a quasi-saint, how can this make the Primordial Heavenly Venerable happy?

Suddenly, all the immortals in the flood wilderness knew that among the saint disciples, another person had successfully beheaded the corpse, and the immortals were naturally envious of this. Among them, many people are aware of the deeds of Shakyamuni. Thinking that he had laughed at Shakyamuni for having no way to apprentice, he actually threw himself into the barren land of the West, which is simply a pearl and a secret investment. But now that Shakyamuni has successfully beheaded the corpse, it is like slapping himself and others, which makes these people embarrassed.

Soon after, news came again, but it was the Western Church that was preparing to open its doors and recruit disciples. After receiving this information, many scattered cultivators in the Honghuang were moved, and secretly thought to themselves: "It's better to give it a try as well, even if you can't behead the corpse like Sakyamuni and become a quasi-saint, but with the guidance of the two saints in the West, it should be easy to cultivate for great progress." ”

Thinking of this, many scattered cultivators were even more itchy, and they packed up one after another and rushed to the west. Suddenly, the Western religion seemed to have suddenly become the most famous religion in the wilderness, and there were countless people who came to apprentice, and the land of Lingshan was like a city. However, the two of them did not refuse to come, and accepted them all.

In this way, the number of Western disciples has increased more than 100 times in an instant, and now there are more than 10,000 people, and the Western Sect has also become the sect with the largest number of disciples among the four sects of the Flood and Wilderness. After Shang Jun succeeded to the throne, his prestige was too small, and the princes of the world were dissatisfied in their eyes. So they left Shangjun one after another and went to see Dayu.

In this way, under the support of the princes and the contest three or four times, Shang Jun finally had no choice but to abdicate and make way for Xian, and the fifty-three-year-old Yu officially became the co-lord of the human race, with Anyi as the capital, the country name Xia, the surname Ji, and the history called Xia Yu.
