"What the Demon Immortal Venerable has leaked is the most incredible legend in the Divine Realm, and this legend has not been heard of in the Eastern Divine Realm, because hundreds of years later, the Enlightened One will be born in the West, and then the beings of the Three Realms will understand all the realities through him, and this person will be called Buddha in later generations.

(If one falls into the evil path and suffers immeasurably in hell, if one in one life or in a previous life has recited the name of Buddha Aman, so that there are fewer good causes and conditions, and even if you are in hell, you will be relieved by Buddha Aman.)

There is no worry in the south, and the most auspicious is as good as coming

(Joy, faith, music, and satirical reciters, the world, the Seven Treasures, holding the use of generosity, it is better to grasp the infinite purity, such as the merit obtained by the person who comes to the name, hundreds of thousands of times more than the merit of the person who gives merit, there is no less merit, people cannot hear of it, this name is created by a thousand Buddhas, and the name of the Buddha is heard, but the name of the Buddha is born, and the sin of life and death is forty-eight eons)

Nan no infinite name such as lai

Nan no Amitayus wisdom decided to come to the King of Light

Nan Wusheng Amitayus decided that the King of Light would come

(If one can recite it one hundred and eight times, such a short-lived sentient being, increase the life expectancy, or hear its name, and the person who believes in it is a human being, and will also gain a lifespan.)

There is no world in the south, and the vast Weide is free and bright

(If the Buddhas and others hear that the world's vast virtues are free and bright, and the name can make you gain five kinds of merits, one is the first in the world, the second is the Bodhisattva, the eyes are strict, the third is great, the virtues are vast and surpassing all the outer paths, the heavenly demons are like the sun, the world is shining on the sea, the merits are towering, the four are great, free, wishful, like birds, flying in the sky without hindrance, the fifth, the wisdom is bright, the body and mind are clear, like glass beads, the Buddhas, etc., these seven Buddhas, etc., with the power of vows, to help sentient beings, forever free from troubles, free from suffering, and always happy, one is called its name, and a thousand lives are free from suffering, and there is no supreme way)

In the original Buddhist Pali texts. There are many references to a wanderer named Po Zang. Once, the Buddha came to the Buddha and asked:

In the time of the Buddha, there was no shortage of wanderers like the Bhagavans, who were arguing with others for the sake of arguing, often arguing with others on metaphysical issues. Ten of the well-known metaphysical problems are:

3. Is the universe finite?

4. Is the universe infinite?

5. Are the body and mind the same thing?

6. The body is one thing. Is the heart a thing?

3. The question of the state of Buddha's enlightenment

7. Does Rulai continue to exist after death?

8. Does Nyolai cease to exist after death?

9. Does it exist and do not exist at the same time after death?

10. Does it neither exist nor exist at the same time after death?

The Buddha was not interested in discussing these metaphysical questions. So whenever someone asked the Buddha the above question, the Buddha was always silent.

Why didn't the Buddha answer these metaphysical questions? First of all, these questions have little to do with the Buddha's teachings. In early Buddhist teachings, the Buddha emphasized the three non-missing learnings of precepts, concentration, and wisdom, as well as the three Dharma seals of impermanence, selflessness, and suffering. The Buddha said more than once. "Bhikkhu. There are only two things I'm talking about: suffering and the cessation of suffering (i.e., nirvana). Humanity is full of suffering. Our immediate task is to get rid of suffering, so I explain these Dharmas because they are useful. They are fundamentally related to the practice of cultivating the body and mind, and can lead to renunciation, detachment, and annihilation, as well as serenity, contemplation, and nirvana. Therefore, I explain these ....... And of the ten metaphysical questions above, the first four are about the duration and breadth of the universe, which are cosmological and have little to do with the Buddha's teachings. Whether the world is eternal or non-eternal, finite or infinite, they do not contribute to the liberation of human suffering.

The next two questions are about the physical and mental aspects. According to the Buddha's teachings, there is no self in all dharmas, and this is one of the three seals. In fact, the doctrine of selflessness is one of the great features of Buddhism, so if one asks whether the body and mind are the same thing or not, it is simply out of touch with the Buddha's teachings. For Buddhism, these questions are not at all. The last few questions are about the state of Buddha's enlightenment. The transcendent state of the Buddha's enlightenment can only be realized through practice. For ordinary people, they will never understand this transcendent state, even if the Buddha explained it for them. So these metaphysical questions have little to do with the Buddha's teachings, they have nothing to do with the Brahmanic practice of cultivating the mind and body, they can't make people get rid of it, get rid of it, go into extinction, attain tranquility, deep contemplation and nirvana, so the Buddha didn't answer these questions. So whenever someone asked the Buddha about these metaphysical questions, the Buddha was always silent.

Secondly. Metaphysical questions can lead people astray and disorient.

In the time of the Buddha, a monk named Man Tongzi was meditating one day in the afternoon, when he suddenly got up and went to the Buddha's house, and after prostrating himself, he sat down and said, "World-honored one, I was meditating alone, and suddenly a thought came to me: There are ten questions that you have never given us a clear explanation. Whenever people ask you these questions. You always put it aside. Clam up. I don't like this approach. World-Honored One, if you explain these ten questions to me today, I will continue to practice Brahmanas, and if World-Honored One remains silent on these issues, I will lose faith. No more Brahmanas. If the World-Honored One knew that the world was eternal. Just explain it to me like this. If the universe is not eternal. And why? If you don't know any of these questions, just say, 'I don't know.'" ’”

The Buddha said, "You stupid man, did you become a monk in the first place to understand these metaphysical questions? Did I promise you that you would answer these questions when you followed me in your Brahmanic practice?" The Buddha said, "You will die before you get the answer to the Buddha." Man Boy. If a person is wounded by a poisoned arrow, his relatives and friends take him to the surgeon. Suppose the man said, "I don't want to pull out this poisoned arrow, unless I know who shot me, whether he is a Kshatriya, Brahmin, Vaishya, or Shudra, whether he is tall, short or medium, whether his skin is black, white, brown or golden, and which city or village he comes from." I would not take out this poisoned arrow until I knew what bow I had been shot at, what kind of string it was, what type of arrow it was, what kind of hair it was made of, and what material it was made of...... Man Boy, this man died long before he could figure out these answers. In the same way, if someone says, "I don't want to follow the Buddha's practice, unless he answers me the question of whether the universe is eternal," that person will die before he gets the answer. Thirdly, due to the limitations of language, ordinary people cannot understand these problems through language.

Language is created by human beings to express the things, experiences, thoughts and feelings that human beings experience through their senses and hearts. It represents the symbols of things and ideas that we know well. It is confined to time, space, and dependent origination, and language cannot go beyond these confines. In other words, human beings can only express one thing, one state in words, within the limits of time, space, and dependent origination. Sometimes, human language is not even enough to represent the true character of everyday things. For example, experience tells us that sometimes we have a passion or feeling that we can't put into words. The so-called "like a person drinking water, he knows the warmth and coldness". So human language is not omnipotent, it has certain limitations. When it comes to knowing the truth, language cannot be very accurate and error-prone. Because absolute truths (such as nirvana) transcend the limits of time, space, and the laws of dependent arising, human beings can only realize it themselves, and it is impossible to describe it in words. In fact, these questions can never be fully and satisfactorily answered through words, and there is no language that can express such experiences. It's like there is no word for land in the vocabulary of fish. For example, the turtle said to his friend Fish that it had just gone for a walk on land and returned to the water. The fish said, "Of course you mean swimming." "The turtle wanted to explain to the fish that the land was hard and could not swim on it, but could only walk on it. But the fish insisted that there could be no such thing, and that the land must be liquid, and like the lake where it lived, there were waves, and it could dive and swim on it. In the same way, it is impossible to find the right words to describe nirvana in the vocabulary of ordinary people. However, at present, many people use the most beautiful words in the world to describe the sublime state of Nirvana, and some people even rack their brains to discuss the wonderful state of the Buddha after his death. As a result, as the Ranga Sutra says, a fool clings to words and words, like an elephant stuck in a quagmire and cannot extricate himself.

Finally, teaching students according to their aptitude is the Buddha's method of educating sentient beings. The Buddha was not a computer, and no matter what kind of question anyone asked, he would answer it without thinking. He was a very practical teacher, full of compassion and wisdom, and he did not answer questions to show off his knowledge, but to help the questioner on the path to enlightenment. When he spoke to people. Always remember the other person's level, tendencies, roots, personality, and ability to understand a certain issue.

According to the Buddha, there are four ways to deal with problems:

1. When the questions are straightforward, obvious, and avoid metaphysical questions, the questions must be answered straightforwardly. For example, what is the cause of suffering?

2. Certain questions must be answered analytically, e.g. is Buddhism idealistic or materialistic?

3. Other questions must be answered by rhetorical questions.

4. There is a category of questions that must be answered by silence. For example, when the Buddha was asked a question about metaphysics, the Buddha was often silent.

So, when the Buddha asked the Buddha if he had a god or not, the Buddha was always silent. The silence of the Buddha had more influence on the Brahma than any eloquence. The compassionate and wise Buddha took great pains to treat this bewildered seeker and showed him deep concern.

One might ask, was the Buddha able to answer the above ten metaphysical questions? But one thing is for sure. The Buddha must have known much more than he spoke.

Once, when the Buddha was passing through a corpse grove near present-day Allahabat, India, he took a few leaves and put them in his hand and asked his disciples, "O bhikkhus, what do you think? Or are there many leaves in the forest here?" You only have a handful of leaves in your hands. But there are too many leaves in the forest of the corpse house here. ”

"In the same way, the Dharma that I know is like a leaf in a forest of corpses, and what I have told you is like a leaf in my hand. There are only a little bit, and there are many more that I have not said, and why don't I speak those Dharma for you, because they are useless and cannot lead people to nirvana. That's why I didn't say those Dharmas. ”

Thus, Jayatilleak, a well-known Sri Lankan Buddhist scholar, said: "It is not because the Buddha did not know something, but because of the limitations of language, the Buddha could not express the transcendent state of the senses in ordinary words." ”

To sum up, Buddhism rejects the enthusiasm for discussing metaphysical issues and advocates a spirit of truth-seeking. However, at present, there are a small number of Buddhist scholars who think they are brilliant, ignoring the actual needs of modern society, and talk about the Dharma in a mysterious and mysterious way, sometimes in the heavens and sometimes on the ground. Of course, we should not study the abstract and esoteric theories of Buddhism, but it would be biased to dwell too much on them. Therefore, in terms of the method of promoting Buddhism, we should also learn from the Buddha, and in light of the needs of today's real society, we should talk more about the Dharma that is easy to understand and have a guiding effect on daily life, and less about empty and mysterious words.

Buddha, which is a transliteration of the ancient Indian Sanskrit word Buddha.

It is also translated as "Buddha Pack", "Futuo", "Futu", "Futu", etc. It is translated as "the enlightened", "the knowing", "the wise", and "the wise". There are three meanings of enlightenment: self-realization, enlightenment (enlightening sentient beings), and enlightenment (complete enlightenment, ultimate perfection), which is the highest level of Buddhist practice.

Ordinary people lack these three items, the latter two items are lacking in sound and karma, the last two items are lacking in bodhisattvas, and only the Buddha has all three. Theravada Buddhism speaks of "Buddha" and is generally used as an honorific title for the Buddha Shakyamuni. It is claimed that there are Buddhas everywhere in the three worlds and ten directions, and their number is like the number of sand in the Ganges.

For example, in the past, there were seven Buddhas, the Buddha of the Burning Lamp, in the future, there are Maitreya Buddhas, in the east, there are Buddhas of Ajin, Medicine Buddhas, in the west, there are Amitabha Buddhas, and there are also Buddha Virujana (Buddha of the Great Day) and so on. From the Buddha's body, the Buddha has three bodies: the Dharma Body Buddha, the Buddha of the Avatar Body, and the Buddha of the Corresponding Body. But, Buddha, there is a deeper meaning to this word. If we had to define the word "Buddha", it would be the supreme wisdom who possessed "four bodies and five wisdoms". The Buddha contains "judgment", "proof", "merit", "four bodies", and "five wisdoms".

The Extreme Demon Venerable said, "Lust has an indestructible power, which can make us have endless combat power. The Demon Immortal said, "Call him quickly." Yong Gongzi said, "Summoning all the Desire Heavenly Venerables?" At the same time, the dark clouds in the sky suddenly shone brightly.

Yong Gongzi said, "Ah, this is. Yong Gongzi suddenly looked at the sky, only to see that above the thick dark clouds, there was a faint light on the left and right. Yong Gongzi said: "The sun and the moon coexist?" What Yong Gongzi has always feared the most is that Da Heitian wants to use the time when the sun and the moon coexist to borrow his body to deal with the eastern giant god Pangu. Now that the vision of the coexistence of the sun and the moon has appeared, all that is called by the heart of heaven is the desire of the Heavenly Venerable, if the four gods are now one, is it completely in line with the arrangement of the Great Black Sky and unveils the battle between the Eastern and Western giant gods?

Wrathful Mingzun, Extreme Demon Venerable, and Demon Immortal Venerable said at the same time: "It is the coexistence of the sun and the moon. Yong Gongzi said: "Let's fight, this demon concubine is not as terrible as imagined." "Yong Gongzi crossed the line and crossed the air. Yong Gongzi gritted his teeth and attacked Concubine Li.

Concubine Li said: "Heavy ear child, you are here to find death." "Concubine Li used the claws of the heavens and demons, and the evil ghosts destroyed the gods. Yong Gongzi used all the magic to return to the yuan, and the bliss mixed with the heavenly sword. Yong Gongzi has exhausted the power of the three gods, and the methods of each god can be used as he likes.

The Sky Chaos Sword stabbed like lightning, and suddenly blocked the Heavenly Demon Claw Shadow. Concubine Li used a glimpse of the devil. Yong Gongzi went out without a trace. The two flashed and disappeared in mid-air, and the fight was extremely fierce. Concubine Li shouted.
