5 Lecture 1
The first lecture of Xiuwu Lonely Road 5
"Today I will first talk about some conventional knowledge and teach you the shelf, teach you light skills next week, and finally teach you to attack from a distance, which is a hidden weapon. All three of these things are essential for martial arts. The so-called master leads the door, and the cultivation depends on the individual. How much you can comprehend and how far you can practice depends on you personally. If you don't understand, you can ask me or ask Mu Bai. After I teach you what I want to teach, I will answer your questions in the future. Or if you still have something you haven't mastered, let Mu Bai teach you. The old man began to teach while drinking tea.
There are three treasures in the human body, which are divided into essence, qi, and spirit. There are three treasures in the sky, called the sun, the moon, and the stars. There are three treasures on the earth, called water, fire, and wind. That's what most books say. In fact, water and fire can also refer to yin and yang, and wind refers to air, and air is to circulate, so it is also said to be wind, but it also refers to anger and aura. Therefore, the practice must be in a place with fresh air circulation. It is the so-called feng shui treasure land and spiritual land. The place of spiritual energy mentioned in the novel. If you look at what kind of practice room you are practicing, the effect is not good. Especially for qi training, you can't practice it in the current house. There are too many chemicals and radiation in today's houses, and sometimes they can be harmful. The so-called water and fire are the presence of sunlight and water vapor. If there is no such good place, it is okay to have a place where the trees are not shady. This is the earth.
The so-called sun, moon, and stars are very mysterious. I can't say it well, and I don't think my master can say it well. I have to explain that if you are a college student, you should know what the universe is like, and you should also know what gravity, magnetism, and particles are like that. Including the light of the sun, moon, and stars. In short, this is the kind of impact.
And the people in heaven, earth and man are us ourselves. Externally practice hands, eyes, and body, and internally practice refinement, qi, and spirit. Hands, which refer to the head and limbs. Eye, refers to the senses. The body refers to the coordination of the whole body through the senses.
Essence is divided into congenital and acquired, true essence and false essence.
The innate true essence is the combination of the essence and egg of the parents, containing yin and yang. The acquired true essence is the true essence that is generated by using the cultivation of the innate true essence. False sperm is the metamorphosis of the human body through food and water grains, which is the basis for the activities of various viscera. The true essence is hidden in the kidneys, and ordinary people cannot use it except for childbirth. False sperm is in the viscera, flowing in blood, water, and jin ** liquid (this forbidden word is a common word in Chinese medicine).
There are different expressions of qi and qi, and each sect has its own statement. The qi of the internal organs and meridians acting on the body. What the body exchanges with the outside world is the breath of breath, the breath of the water valley. And what acts on the power is the true qi. Where exactly is the true qi in the body? No one can say for sure. Even if it is a meridian, it is not what is marked in medical books now. There are acupuncture points, which are roughly the places marked on the book. Otherwise, acupuncture is deceiving. However, the connection between each acupuncture point, the so-called meridians, is not necessarily the shortest connection between the two acupuncture points as marked in the book today. This can only be one's own feelings, and everyone's meridians are different and there will be subtle differences. And where is the true qi of our cultivation hidden in the human body? This is even more unclear. The general saying is in the dantian, and the saying of cultivation is in the gate of life. But the human body is so big, and there are organs in that part of the dantian, where is there still a place to hide the true qi? But we can clearly feel that the true qi is there. It can be seen that this is also a mysterious thing.
Therefore, the approximate location of places such as dantian and acupuncture points is there. But it should just be a point there, its space is not there.
The same goes for the meridians, which can connect this acupuncture point to that acupuncture point. But the meridians are there, and the meridians' own space is not there.
In scientific parlance, it's in another space. These are what Mu Bai said, and I agree with this point of view.
God, including the soul, the spirit, the mind, the mind, the mind, the mind, the mind, and so on, can only be understood but not spoken. That's what my master said to me. Everyone has their own God, not the same. So you have to master your own God, too. It's up to you to figure it out.
Outside the hands, eyes, body, there are also said to be outside the muscles, bones and skin. Modern people don't know, thinking that it is the hands, eyes, and body of the body that are practiced. Actually, that refers to the progress of the practice. It is strength, bones, tendons, and marrow. It mainly refers to the progress of exercising the body, refining skin, refining bones, relaxing tendons, and changing the marrow. They correspond to the Taoist practice of Gu and refinement, refinement and refinement, Qi and spirit, and return to emptiness.
A set of theories was passed down, and after talking for a long time, Wu Changkong was in a fog.
After finishing speaking, Lu Tianqing began to teach the routine. Wu Changkong and Mu Bai followed the practice, first rote memorization and then explanation. Mu Bai was smarter than Wu Changkong, he only remembered it ten times, and Wu Changkong used it thirty times. The taolu is used to practice qi and luck, and when you really fight, you will only use the bits and pieces of the moves as needed and then recombine them.
The taolu frame is to connect various striking and fighting moves together to facilitate qi training. Do not repeat this over and over again. So there are a lot of situations that laymen don't understand. Obviously, it's okay to punch over like this, why do you have to turn around, this hand is here, that hand is over there, pose and then hit? In fact, it is convenient for the operation of qi when practicing qi. Look at sanda, boxing, and fighting, and one move will not achieve recovering the defense. If you make a few moves in a row, not too much, but three moves, the person's breathing will begin to be unable to keep up with the rhythm. Because those moves are not coherent, when they are used together, the muscles and muscles of the body will not be rounded. And a set of shelf routines is practiced well, and the qi is smooth and complete, so they begin to disassemble themselves and recombine them into a routine shelf to practice. Over time, every move and every style can be connected with qi and breath, so that the qi will not be exhausted in the fight, and the breath (breathing) will not be chaotic.
There is also the practice of God. For example, the eagle of the eagle claw gong spreads its wings or the roc spreads its wings. In a match, who will spread their arms left and right to spread their wings and want to fly? That shape is good-looking, but it has no actual confrontational significance. So why is there such a trick in the routine shelf? This is practicing the gods. This wing-spreading is an imitation of an eagle flapping its wings before diving to swoop down on its prey. At this time, the eagle has locked on to its prey. Then this god will practice the state of locking the prey. At the moment when the arms are spread, the whole person will be like a bird of prey ready to attack, staring at the prey. And the prey that is targeted will create a feeling that there is no escape. This is called training God with form, and finally we must be able to have God and be invisible. The so-called god intangibility means that it is no longer necessary to open your arms to do the trick of eagle wings, just a thought can achieve this effect. That is to say, as long as you are willing, there is that feeling of locking on the prey in a gesture or in the momentum of the outgoing, and the prey has nowhere to escape.
In the same way, the moves of attack and defense are like points, and those actions and moves that connect the points, including those boring turns, swings, steps, and poses, are equivalent to connecting lines, so as to form a net.
When practiced to a certain extent, the effect of the attack can give the opponent a short time to evade the opponent because of the defense, and this evasion action can temporarily avoid the opponent's counterattack. This evasion is followed by another attack. If a warrior can use a combination of attack moves in this way, then it will definitely be a killer move in the end. This killer move is generally a must-kill move. Because it contains the power accumulated by all the previous attacks. Anyone who has ever struck iron with a sledgehammer, for example, knows it. After picking up the hammer and smashing it, there will be a large rebound force that will act on you in reverse. Therefore, the master will use this power to swing the hammer for the next round of blows. In this way, the hammer will become more and more powerful, and the speed will be faster and faster. If you don't pay attention, either the hammer will fly out or the person will fly out on his own.
The practice of the taolu frame is not to practice fast, but to practice slowly. Why? Because it's too fast to appreciate and control.
When the fist rushes out, the force has reached the fist, but the force is only in the fist, and there is no force in the wrists, arms or other parts of the body. Just like a cannonball, one at a time, each one is incoherent and there is a gap. There are gaps, and there are naturally flaws. Because it's a punch with force.
And those who have true qi are using their fists to exert their strength, that is, to produce true qi. Or use the palm to point out the force, and the claw to exert the force, and use the various parts of the body to exert force.
What is the power of punching? It is luck that when the qi is full from the dantian to the fist. As long as you don't retract your strength, then this force has been filling the entire hand to the dantian. If the fist does not hit the target, then the qi will be controlled and will not be released. In this way, you will not waste your energy, and you can change your tactics at any time. This is the gas to be released. This is very difficult to practice, and it cannot be practiced overnight.
Why do we say force instead of qi? Because legend has it that true qi can only be released after changing the marrow. Just like in a martial arts movie, you can beat people in the air. But why is this happening, or what is the situation like? These are just legends. No one has seen it now, so many people doubt the existence of true qi.
Force, what is force, is it energy, or is true qi energy? Physically, force is the interaction between matter. Maybe this is not the same as the power that our martial arts say. Or strength has the effect of being interpreted as the flesh and muscles of the animal. These are what Mu Bai said, and I can't say it myself.
However, only the entry is the qi after reaching the realm of skin refining can be called true qi or true power, and the qi that has not been entered before is called internal qi or internal force.
The human body should use the force point. The feet, the waist, and the elbows. There is also the point of connection, which is the joint or the part that can be twisted. So it's hard to borrow power in the air. Because the force is mutual. If there is a forward force, there will always be a backward force or a rotational force. A simple box is to jump, and if you want to jump, you have to kick your legs to the ground. There is no downward force to make yourself jump without an upward force.
From day to night, from Saturday to Sunday. From the theoretical basis to the practice, the retraction and release of force, the use of qi, the rhythm of the body, and the coordination of breathing. Each move, every move, different breath and rhythm has a different effect. Each force, every qi, different charging points and hair points have different effects. If there is no explanation from the master, it is extremely difficult to understand and comprehend. Like getting a cheats book in a novel, the plot of becoming a peerless master according to the above pictures and annotations can only appear in novels and movies. No one tells you how to sink and shake the strength, and demonstrate, just imagining and pondering by yourself is really harder than climbing to the sky.
There are also breath-holding, lock-leakage, acupuncture point induction, meridian induction, sometimes if you can't feel it, the master can use qi stimulation to help induction.
Fortunately, Wu Changkong has gained qi, acupuncture points, and meridians. Otherwise, it is already difficult to teach at this age. Lu Tianqing also suspected that Wu Changkong's blind practice by himself was not dead, which could only be said to be a miracle.
The old man was meticulous in his words and deeds, pointing out the various acupuncture points with his own fingers. On Wu Changkong's body, draw the direction of the force, and retract it. The old man's moves and styles all show the charm of martial arts. Take the eagle's wings as an example, when the old man demonstrated this trick, Wu Changkong immediately felt that he was being stared at by a giant eagle, and had a feeling that no matter how he changed direction and dodged, he couldn't escape. It was a very uncomfortable feeling, as if he was the prey of the old man, and the aura of danger came to his face in an instant. It seems that when he first tested himself, the old man didn't really do it at all.
By Sunday night, although the old man had finished his fast-food speech, Wu Changkong didn't have time to digest it at all. Not to mention digesting it, whether you can remember it all is still the same thing. The old man also said that there is not much martial arts that can be said, mainly relying on his own diligent practice. Comprehension through constant practice. Wu Changkong himself is an example, without a master, he can still practice a little bit of success. The master just pointed out the direction and pointed out some detours that did not have to be taken.
Acupuncture points are very important. The old man used some true qi to point on the acupuncture points of Wu Changkong's body. In this way, Wu Changkong's acupuncture points will feel a little painful and numb when he practices in the past few days, so that Wu Changkong can remember those acupuncture points. The old man pointed out 360 acupuncture points, and said that there are so many acupuncture points at most. The old man's master also passed on so many acupuncture points to the old man, but Mu Bai didn't believe that there were only so many. According to Mu Bai, the ancients liked to talk about everything like to talk about eight, nine, twenty-four, thirty-six, sixty-four, and three hundred and sixty. It's all about being smooth or auspicious. It is said that the acupuncture points of the human body correspond to the stars in the sky. There are so many stars in the sky, and there are more than 360 celestial bodies in the solar system alone. It's just that there are so many galaxies and planets in the universe that they can't be counted, so can the human body have such countless acupuncture points? And Mu Bai himself knew three hundred and sixty acupuncture points.
Because Wu Changkong had to go back to school on Monday, Wu Changkong went back with Mu Bai. Wu Changkong wanted to rush back to the dormitory. In the past two days, the old man has talked a lot, and there is a conflict with Wu Changkong's own practice. Wu Changkong must not only remember, but also slowly digest and correct it in the future. Along the way, Wu Changkong's brain was rote memorizing what Lu Tianqing said. Over and over again, without any tricks, just rote memorization. Even Wu Changkong didn't know when he was going to return to the dormitory, how he was going to take a shower and sleep.
According to the roommates, Wu Changkong came back that night as if he had fallen into an evil spirit. His eyes were hollow, and he was doing things mechanically, and the atmosphere of the whole dormitory was strangely infected by him. Everyone didn't dare to talk much that day, and they avoided him in everything. When Wu Changkong heard them say this, was his suspicion so exaggerated? His roommate Zhu Zide said: "Yes! If I wasn't afraid that something evil would happen, I would have taken a picture with my mobile phone a long time ago." It's just that I've watched too many ghost movies, and I'm a little scared. ”
Originally, Wu Changkong rarely dreamed. Maybe it's because of the non-stop rote memorization, which caused Wu Changkong to sleep and dream on Sunday night. I don't know if it's a dream or not, anyway, when he was sleeping, Wu Changkong still felt that he was there with the old man, listening to him teach martial arts, or practicing routines over and over again. It's like this over and over again, and the scene of being with the old man for two days on the weekend keeps reappearing. As a result, I woke up the next day and it was almost twelve o'clock at noon. This is the first time that Wu Changkong has overslept in a long time, and it is also the first time he has missed school since coming here. No one dared to wake him up from his roommate. Fortunately, no one woke him up, otherwise maybe Wu Changkong would have gone mad. Why didn't this happen when I slept there on Saturday night? Maybe it was because I was too nervous and tired there? Or maybe I was in bed, and I was a little relaxed when I went back to school?
Is there really a madness? Lu Tianqing said, Yes! This is a problem with the spirit of the spirit. If something goes wrong in the practice, there is something wrong with the qi. If the qi is out of order, you will get sick or paralyzed, and it is a problem of the body and internal organs. If there is a problem with God, there is a problem with the mind, the mind, and the soul. Now in terms of medicine, it should be a nervous disease, or a nervous disease? Anyway, it's the kind that will go to an insane asylum.
Luck is sometimes a really hard thing to say.
