An overall response to the controversy in the book review section

Next Chapter

Actually, I didn't think to write this chapter, but there have been a lot of controversial comments in the book review area recently, so let's make a unified reply here. Pen Fun Pavilion wWw. biquge。 info

There is a flood on the label of this book, which is my mistake, because I have always equated the flood with Journey to the West and the Fengshen List. As for the Honghuangwen novel at the beginning, I only read less than a third of the Buddha's original Tao a few years ago. Not only did I not finish reading it, but I didn't even see the characters related to the Fengshen List and Journey to the West in my impression, so I don't know what the world system of Buddha is the Tao is.

In the introduction of this book, it is clearly mentioned that this book is to decipher Journey to the West, I have followed this step before, and will follow this step in the future, but now that the story of Havoc in the Heavenly Palace has ended, I will expand and extend the story in the future according to my own ideas.

Journey to the West itself is a great work, in the Ming Dynasty, it was once listed as a banned book, and the author did not even dare to sign his name after the work came out in order to avoid the persecution of the Ming Dynasty. As for the author Wu Chengen written in the textbook, in fact, there has been controversy since the Ming Dynasty.

The reason why Journey to the West was once listed as a banned book is because the storyline in the book reflects a large number of secrets in the Ming Dynasty court and even the Ming Dynasty palace, which is unacceptable to the Ming court.

Some people said before that Journey to the West looked up to Buddha and suppressed the Tao, and some people said that Journey to the West clearly looked up to the Buddha and suppressed the Tao, and secretly respected the Tao and degraded the Buddha, in fact, neither of these two was the author's original intention, the author was born in Confucianism, and was not a pedantic Confucian, but a Confucianism with his own political views and governing philosophy, neither worshipping Buddha nor respecting the Tao, which was determined by the environment at the time of the Ming Dynasty. The Buddha and Tao in Journey to the West do have the meaning of reflecting Buddhism and Taoism, but they are more of a political symbol than a religion in the pure sense.

I am not a staunch atheist, whether it is for the Buddha or the Tao, I have a respect rooted in the bottom of my heart, so where Mani can be replaced in the book, I try not to appear the Buddha word, and where I can replace it with exposition, I try not to appear the word Tao. Of course, this is all wishful thinking on my part, and so far, the results have not been good, but I will still persevere.

I hope that when you read it, you will see the Buddhism and Taoism in the book as a political force, rather than as a religion in reality.

I have read Journey to the West several times, and I have read many works that decipher Journey to the West intermittently over the years. For the record, I am not as talented as the author of Journey to the West, and I am far from being talented even those who dare to decipher Journey to the West on the Internet, I am just a lover of Journey to the West and a small engineer with achievements. Whether it's TV, movies, or books, they are my favorites.

With the development of society and the diversity of entertainment culture, there are very few young people who are willing to spend time reading the original book, and more people know Journey to the West through TV series and movies.

The purpose of writing this book was actually very simple, one was to like it, and the other was to think that the articles on the Internet that deciphered Journey to the West were too theoretical, and many people were reluctant to read them, so I wanted to show it in the form of a story, showing the side of the original Journey to the West that is different from film and television works, and giving everyone more choice.

I hope that lovers of Journey to the West will also like this book and give more useful opinions to this book.

For the record, I will not reply to posts that are obviously logically wrong in the comment section, or posts that are somewhat offensive to the book, and of course I will not delete them, because they are unnecessary.

I also hope that when we are discussing, we will not attack each other, because there is really no point.

Finally, I wish you all a happy Mid-Autumn Festival!!
