Chapter 55: Internal Strength (2)

Yun Xi's heart was shocked, his hands seemed to be magical, and there was a force guiding him, and he couldn't help but open the book. Pen "Fun" Pavilion www.biquge.info

But see that the first page is densely written with many words. These words are horizontal and vertical, round and even, the thickness is about the same, he knows that the font is a small seal font, and it is written on it "Practicing martial arts, it is really for strengthening the body, not for hurting people, the so-called 'people who accumulate goodness, there must be afterglow; those who accumulate bad habits, there must be aftermaths', if you practice advanced martial arts, but go the opposite way, you will have a day of self-destruction......"

(This sentence is from the "Wenyan", the original text is "The house that accumulates goodness will have afterglow; the house that accumulates bad will have aftermath", with slight changes, forgiveness.) )

Yun Xi kept his eyes off, continued to look down, and saw that the above was all about what kind of exercises were not for competitiveness, but for the sake of chivalry and righteousness, eliminating violence and peace, or if a person who practiced martial arts harmed the world, there would be retribution and so on.

He nodded, silently agreeing with the statement, and said, "The person who wrote these words is far-sighted, and he is not at all false. And he took these words to heart.

Turning the second page, I saw that the rightmost side was written "Taishang Gangqi" four small seals, below is a light and yellowed painting, a few simple strokes, it outlined a standing person, only to see that the person's right palm raised, pushed to the chest, five fingers opened, the left foot of the lower body stepped forward, the shape of a long bow.

Next to the five fingers, the names of several acupuncture points are written in Chu Suiliang font. The thumb is written on the Shaoshang acupoint, the index finger is written on the Shangyang acupoint, the middle finger is written on the Zhongheng acupoint, the ring finger is written on the Guan Chong acupoint, and the little finger is written on the Shaoze acupoint.

On the side is written: The Beginning of Qi, from this.

On one side are two lines of small print:

The body often has no spare strength, and the body is full of strength. If the executor can keep it, Wanli will be self-transforming. I want to do it, and I will make it a nameless simplicity. The nameless simplicity, the husband will have no desire, do not want to be quiet, and the world will be self-determined.

The meaning of these words is that there is no superfluous power in a person's body, but there are many hidden powers. If those who possess these hidden powers can obtain it and draw it out, then all things will naturally grow. But when I grow up, I will be greedy, and I will use the simplicity of Taishang Gang to subdue it. The simplicity of this Taishang Gang can eradicate this greed. After eradicating greed, one can be as quiet as a virgin, and one's body will enter a state of natural stability.

Yun Xi read it several times, and couldn't help but imitate the movements of the people in the booklet. His left leg was arched out, and he felt the "Shaoshang Acupoint" on his thumb jump, like an electric shock, which made people feel very comfortable. Not long after, a warm current was slowly injected into the wrist from the Shaoshang acupoint, and then flowed to the arm through the wrist, and the whole body suddenly warmed up, which was very comfortable......

His afterglow swept obliquely and shifted to the Shangyang acupoint, and at the same time, the Shangyang acupoint was the same feeling as at the beginning, and a warm current was born, slowly advancing forward......

Then the Zhongheng acupoint, Guan Chong acupoint, and Shaoze acupoint also beat a little, and then the heat flow flowed down from the beginning of the fingers.

At the beginning, these five warm currents were in their own camps, passing through his entire arm, and when they came to the "shoulder chastity point", they suddenly became stronger, although through the clothes, they could still feel them jumping "bang bang", like the feeling of a spring girl deer hitting her arms.

Yun Xi only felt that his limbs were comfortable, and suddenly, the five forces suddenly disappeared, turning into a large stream of surging water, from the top to the bottom of the shoulder acupoint, extremely fast, with a great sense of plummeting, and attacked the dantian.

Yun Xi snorted with an "ah" in his nose, which was useful. This force hit the dantian, and the whole body was warm, and after a while, it gradually disappeared without a trace. But the body is more comfortable, and now there is a high mountain in front of me, as if it can push it away.

Yun Xi then turned the second page. On the second page, too, there is a picture of a person. It's just that this time the person is lying on the ground, and the annotation is not where the acupuncture points of the fingers of the left and right hands are, but the acupuncture points on the top of the head...... There is also text below......

Yun Xi followed silently a few times, and suddenly he was also hot-headed, and an inexplicable warm current rushed towards the dantian. After this warm flow returned to the dantian, it also disappeared out of thin air, but the body was very comfortable.

This booklet has a total of about 100 pages, each page is painted with a picture, but the characters on the picture are very different, there are acupoint annotations on one side, there is also a text explanation under the picture, Yun Xi every time he repeats it several times, he feels that the corresponding acupoint comes to feel, and then the warm current gathers, and returns to the dantian.

It turns out that these hundreds of pages of "Taishang Gang Qi" respectively record the twelve meridians and the eight veins of the Qi meridians.

"Taishang Gangqi" is written by a martial arts master in the period of the Northern and Southern Dynasties for decades, the booklet records in detail the luck of each acupoint of the human body, the method of doing the exercises, is the supreme internal strength of the heart method throughout the ages, if no one instructs, the light will go mad into the devil, lifelong cripple, and the heavy will die in Huangquan.

But Yun Xi is burdened with deep internal force, and the internal force of his body is wandering in his body, after reading this booklet, he is like a dragon entering the sea, and the fish in the pond returning to the abyss, coupled with his understanding of words, he has no teacher. He was just curious about why his body was so comfortable and comfortable, but he didn't know that his kung fu had advanced to another level.

He only knew some important acupoints before, such as temples and the like, but later when Lin Xing taught him martial arts, he mentioned many acupuncture points and their locations, and what is recorded in this booklet is much more detailed than Lin Xing's dictation.

The 12 meridians are also known as the "12 Positive Meridians" in traditional Chinese medicine, including the Hand Taiyin Lung Meridian, Hand Yin Pericardial Meridian, Hand Shao Yin Heart Meridian, Hand Yang Ming Large Intestine Meridian, Hand Shao Yang Sanjiao Meridian, Hand Sun Small Intestine Meridian, Zu Yang Ming Stomach Meridian, Zu Shao Yang Gall Meridian, Zu Sun Bladder Meridian, Zu Tai Yin Spleen Meridian, Foot Yin Liver Meridian, and Zu Shao Yin Kidney Meridian, which belong to the six organs and six internal organs.

The six organs include the heart, liver, spleen, lungs, kidneys and pericardial meridians, which are distributed in the inner side of the limbs and the chest and abdomen of the human body.

The six intestines are talking about the gallbladder, stomach, large intestine, small intestine, bladder and three jiao meridians, which mostly follow the outer limbs, head and back of the human body, among which the three yang meridians of the hands are distributed on the outside of the upper limbs, and the three yang meridians of the feet are distributed on the outside of the lower limbs.

The remaining eight pages record the eight veins of the strange meridians in addition to the twelve meridians.

The eight veins of the Qi Jing include the Du pulse, the Ren pulse, the Chong pulse, the belt pulse, the yang vein, the yin vein, the yin vein, and the yang vein. They are different from the Twelve Canons, neither directly under the viscera, but also have no relationship between the outside and the inside, the ancients said in the works that it is "other strange deeds", so it is called "strange scriptures".

There are eight representative acupuncture points in the eight veins, namely Gongsun, Neiguan, Linqi, Waiguan, Shenmai, Houxi, Lieque, and Zhaohai. The ancients once had a "song of eight caves" handed down, which is as follows:

Gongsun Chong pulse, stomach, heart and chest, the same under the inner Guan Yin dimension;

Houxi Du vein is in the canthal neck, Shen pulse and yang stilt are also connected, Lie is absent in the Ren pulse line lung system, yin stilt shines on the sea diaphragm throat.

Taishang Gang Qi passed through each of the twelve meridians and the eight veins of the Qi Sutra in his body one by one, as if he had experienced a marrow cleansing and changing tendons, and he could not perceive it from the surface, but in fact he had already experienced a nirvana rebirth.

In this way, in a short period of time, his kung fu has entered the hall again, which is more than twice as high as before.
