In general, this exercise is to focus on the path of life, temper the physical body, and finally the body is not bad, the inner cycle of heaven and earth, and the physical body is sanctified!

Well, speaking of which, we can't fail to mention the various benefits that this cultivation of the twelfth layer of Qi refining has brought to the monks.

Qi refining is broad and profound, the galaxy universe, in the endless years, how many talented people have contributed to the succession of their predecessors? How many ancient scriptures and secret techniques have annotated their books? Why did they have to cultivate at the twelve-level level after simplifying in the end?

Nature has its reasons.

The human body, the limbs are hundreds, the big hole is three hundred and six, just like a tiny world, the sun, the moon and the stars, the mountains, rivers, lakes and seas, all in the meantime, supported by a spine up and down, like the pillar of optimus, the golden beam of the sea, the most important, the axis of people.

This spine, from the bottom to the top, from the thighs to the back of the head, joints are united, interlocking, there are qi refiners to look at it, it is about divided into twelve sections, Du Ming in the previous life, Taoism called it "twelve floors".

As mentioned above, what is a human immortal? Internal and external meetings, flesh and blood are clear, the eight evil plagues cannot be harmed, this is a human immortal! If a cultivator can reach such a state, he will be able to manifest all kinds of miracles such as the valley, the food qi, the rejuvenation of the face, the increase of longevity, the concentration of the mind, the spiritual sense, and the lock of the sun, and so on, just like a true immortal in the world!

And these, one by one, are not of great benefit to them, the low-level cultivators who have just entered the cultivation gate? Therefore, in this endless universe, there are countless cultivation civilizations that use it as the foundation and jump for their own cultivation of reserve new blood!

This world is no exception!

The twelve layers of qi refining, one step at a time, can open the door to the immortals for mortals, get rid of the deification of the mortals, and step into the smooth path of cultivation!
